Hey everyone, Has anyone gone through the process of registering Adobe as a supplier for invoice payments?Our company recently updated its finance policy, so instead of paying by credit card, we now have to process payments via invoice. To do that, we need to formally register Adobe in our system, which means providing some standard documents—things like their business registration, a bank letter confirming the receiving account, a supplier registration form, and a signed Supplier Code of Business Ethics and Conduct.(I know that last one is a bit unusual, but yeah, it’s part of our internal requirements) I just reached out to their sales team and am waiting for a response. Since Adobe is a large company, I imagine their process might take some time, but we have a deadline to complete the payment, so I need to manage expectations with my manager on how long this might take. For anyone who's been through this before, how long did it take for Adobe to provide the documents?

There is an issue. the switch to download older versions has been removed for legacy apps. I have lost the ability to install Fireworks CS6 and belive it or not InDesign has vanished! 

HelloOur users who have Creative Cloud products can manage the updates of their products.  This was fine till last week.  From this week, there is no longer an option to manage updates, it's gone and furthermore if they click on an update it requires admin rights.  Something has gone very wrong this week with an update of CC.

I realize this is an old thread, but I wanted to follow up on this post with a further question. Is there a way to create just 1 msi file that would install the Adobe Creative Cloud app?  Here's the issue I am running into: when I create the package that I want, it is a zip file, that once extracted has numerous directories and subdirectories that apparently the msi file depends on; however, I am looking to deploy this via enterprise-level deployment software and I can only upload an .msi file -- there is no way to include several other folders, etc. along with it. How would I accomplish this--this has got to be common as the prior 2 insitituions/companies I have worked for had deployed creative cloud to 100's of workstations, accounts, etc. 

A user (Adobe ID = e-mail address) has been deleted in a team account. This user has been set up in a new team account and has been assigned a license. Unfortunately, the activation of the software fails. How can the old team account be changed when logging in or activating the software?

I am a system administrator for an enterprise Adobe account.  A user in our organization has asked me to adjust the Typekit CSS for two particular fonts to change the substitution fonts (fonts that are displayed on the web when the primary font is unavailable).  I have spoken to Adobe expert support, which advised that I post here; this doesn't appear to be an adjustment that I can make at the enterprise level.  Does anyone familiar with pushing web content out have suggestions/recommendations that I can share back to address this inquiry?  

Starting October 1, 2024We will begin discontinuing the Creative Cloud content synchronization process as well as synced file and folder sharing, and permanently remove the cloud-based copies of files for users. We will begin discontinuing Creative Cloud Synced files for business customers. Assets in the local Creative Cloud Files folder on user devices will no longer be synchronized with Creative Cloud storage. User files will remain in their local Creative Cloud Files folder. Folders and assets previously shared from Creative Cloud Synced files will no longer be accessible to others including inside your organization as well as externally.Note that users may not see these changes right away as we roll out the process gradually.   So, what the hell does this mean? What are you replacing this with? How will team projects in AE still function? How will remote teams function? What does this mean? This email, which is very alarming, has zero explanation.

Hello, Enterprise & Teams Users, This update reflects a recently implemented change designed to enhance your storage and collaboration experience.   Previously, Creative Cloud allowed users to save files on their local devices within the Creative Cloud Files folder. This folder's contents could be synced (copied) to cloud storage through a background process running on the local device. Users could then access their files either locally or via the Creative Cloud website under the Launch More menu (Synced Files option).    Discontinuation of Synced Files:  To enhance storage and collaboration capabilities, Adobe discontinued the Creative Cloud Synced Files feature for business accounts associated with organizations that existed before February 3, 2025.  This change affected users on Creative Cloud for Teams and Creative Cloud for Enterprise plans. Hello.Me and my coworker have 2 computers and we need 2 creative clouds at the same time but we only have 1 e-mail (we both use the same e-mail). I think that is not possible to have 2 license at the same email. How to solve this?

Hey guys, Adobe uses Microsoft Visual Studio C++ 2015-2022, and in it there's a file called VCRUNTIME140.dll. Daily when we have users across our organization open up Adobe, we get an image that pops up that says "C:\\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\VCRUNTIME140.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or contains an error". Error status 0xc0000020When we repair Microsoft Visual Studio C++ 2015-2022, Adobe is able to work again for one day. We've uninstalled and reinstalled the C++ suite, all adobe apps, rand sfc /scannow repeairs, ran DISM image repairs, and still no success. Have you guys seen this ticket come up yet and do you have more solutions than what we've tried?

We would like to know how to set up a folder so that my teammate and my boss can access each other's adobe files. Right now, both of them are using the same adobe account; 'team@hardstoor.com' but their files are different. So access, they have to email each other the .ai files and other files because they cannot easily see where and get access to edit or view the files each of them is using. We want to get helped on how to solve it by either creating a folder we both can put files in. I already tried doing that. I'm coming here because I don't know where else to go anymore. Our VIP accounts expired on January 11. We received a notification 24 hours before they were to expire that sent me into a panic over the weekend because I assumed it would mean our team would not have access to the tools on Monday. I spent multiple hours in the Adobe console on a Saturday trying to figure out how to renew (Note: the console had a big red banner saying our access would be terminated if we did not renew). There is no way to do the renewal in the console that I can tell. I also sent several messages to our account rep, as well as to renewalhelp@adobe.com to try and get guidance. I received no responses. I found a phone number on Monday and talked to a customer service rep (who provided no service). The individual I spoke with informed me that we have 30 days once our contract expires and that our products become unusable on Feb 11 and a rep would be contacting me. I've sent 2 additional emails

Hello Adobe Support team, I hope you are doing well. Adobe XD has a feature that allows you to generate a link to share the design of a prototype application. In other words, it enables you to create an interactive design and generate a link for others to try it out.The problem is that these links cannot be generated in the following two cases:When connected to the company network, the application shows a message indicating that I am offline.When connected to the VPN, the same message appears. The message is as follows: It should be noted that this does NOT happen if I am connected to my home network and the VPN is not activated.Could you suggest a solution or indicate which ports need to be open to allow us to generate the links within the company network?

Is there a setting that configures the install of the Adobe Acrobat so that Disable New Acrobat is enabled? I have looked all over in the settings and cannot find it.

So We have just had the update to the Admin Console and one of the new features we were told to expect was the following, (I quote an Adobe email)."Combined your individual users’ storage capacities into pooled storage for the whole team, so individuals have the flexibility to store more than 1TB of content"We have 34 users with Creative Cloud All Apps, so that should be 34tb in total. We are on Teams but that looks like it’s now the same as Enterprise.. We need one of our user to have more than the default 1tb, and although Adobe led us to believe that would be possible now, we cannot see how to do this in the Admin portal. Cannot delete my account because i owned the organization. i have no user and admin (but not myself). so how can delete this account without transfer admin role to the other when i don't have one?  

Can I turn off the Creative Cloud user online storage function from the Adobe Admin Console ? How to set it or have other methods, Thank.
