So Adobe made the change of adding both personal accounts and company accounts. All my Creative Cloud libraries have been added to my personal account.   My company account has 0 libraries and also 0 shared Xd files. The libraries are very important to us, we have lots of them, also the Xd files.   How to I move all libraries from the personal account to the company account? And how do I share them with my colleagues? Because they are already invited on them.   For example: My mail is account1@adobe.com . I invite my colleague, account2@adobe.com. I'm the owner of multiple libraries on account1. When I invite account2@adobe.com adobe will say they are already invited. I can't choose to invite either the personal or company account.   This change is very annoying honestly. 

Hello, I am wondering if the ETLA plan provides the following features:  1. Do you provide a feature to restrict login access to Adobe accounts registered in the console, preventing external personal accounts (e.g., Google) from logging in? For example, ensuring service access only through the company account on work PCs, not through personal accounts. 2. Do you provide access control features to restrict access to only authorized devices within the company network, such as IP access restrictions and public settings restrictions? For example, disabling public sharing settings like the Notion web publishing feature. 3. If mobile apps/desktop apps need to be used for work purposes, can security controls such as authorization, authentication, and access control be applied? For example, for apps like Notion mobile app and Slack mobile app. 

Olá, Tenho uma licença corporativa da Adobe atribuída a um utilizador. Sei que cada utilizador/licença pode ter os aplicativos instalados em até 2 dispositivos com login simultâneo e que só posso usar um aplicativo num computador de cada vez. A minha dúvida é a seguinte: por exemplo, tenho o Photoshop instalado em dois dispositivos. Isto significa que só posso usar o Photoshop num dos dispositivos de cada vez? No entanto, posso ter o Photoshop a funcionar num dispositivo e o Indesign noutro dispositivo, e ambos funcionam simultaneamente, mas em dispositivos diferentes, correcto? Podem ajudar-me a esclarecer esta questão?Obrigada! 

I have searched for an answer to this issue, but not found a solution yet. I hope I am making myself clear enough for someone to help me out. I work in a company where I am the owner of an Adobe CC Library, which has been shared globally with several colleagues and the assets are being used in 100s of files over several years. I recently transfered to another country with the same company.  I still have the same email but I now have a 'new' Adobe account, due to the change of country and IT department. I did not expect any issues with this, as it is the same email. But because it is another company that now pays the bills, Adobe treats my change as a 'new' account. My issue is that I am the owner of the Library on my original account. And I understand how to switch between the accounts. But the original subscription will end, and I am not allowed to add my new Adobe account (same email) as an editor because 'I already have access' with the email. And I cannot remove

2024, this is still happening.  The whole department lost all their licenses and I had to reassign them all again. 

on Adobe Creative Cloud, i clicked "Access Request" but who is not my administrator have been receiving e-mail from 'notifications@adobe.com' every everyday.   there is no page showing the list of my "Access Request", can not make it stop sending e-mail.   help me to not receive e-mail anymore.  thank you.     [Moderator deleted private information. This is more of an FYI than a support request, however I think it's important that the community & Adobe is aware of this. We're piloting FortiNet's VPN client and came across a couple test users who were unable to login to VPN for an unknown reason. After days of trial and error, we discovered that the culprit were certificates installed by Creative Cloud to 'Current User\Personal\Certificates' were for some reason blocking part of the VPN login process. (We're using SAML/SSO via Entra Enterprise App.) After deleting the certificates login was successful.  We've submitted a request to FortiNet to have them try to code this out. Adobe, if you're listening, be aware that these certificates are blocking the use of FortiClients current version (7.2.4).  Thanks!

I've build a quite large CC Library for our organisation but i suddenly can't scroll down the pop-up window to see and manage who the library is shared with? Anyone with the same problem and a smart fix?PS. Can't believe Adobe is so hard to get in touch with. We spend A LOT on your software and we are a quiet big organisation. All i get is a useless chatbot that does not help at all and it doesn't even offer to talk to a real person when it doesn't have any answers!

My Adobe Account lists my plan - ADOBE FOR ENTERPRISE FCCC - FOUNDATION FOR CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY COLLEGES - but my Creative Cloud app (Mac) doesn't. When I open Photoshop and Illustrator, I get a "6-DAY TRIAL REMAINING" notice. I followed Adobe "RESOLVE TRIAL AND LICENSE EXPIRED ERRORS" troubleshooting instructions, but nothing has worked so far.

Are the iOS/iPad apps, like Illustrator for iPad, included in my CC membership?  Or are there discounts for CC members to buy the iPad apps?  Thanks.

For many years I have a CC-license via the school where I work. Soon I will retire and then my school CC-license will expire. As I want to keep using CC the license I have from school needs to be changed to a private license. I’ve searched the web but couldn’t find the necessary steps for this transition. Can you tell me which steps I (and the school ?) should take, and in which order ? I‘m a bit anxious about this as I use CC on a daily basis and I don’t want to loose any data.

Hi there, I have recently completed my university program and although graduation hasn't quite passed yet, I am worried about my access to Creative Cloud. I cannot find any information on my account that tells me when my access will expire although I am aware that usually it is on a term by term basis. I attempted to check on Adobe Admin Portal to see my expiry date but was blocked from accessing it. I want to make sure I migrate my account to a personal account before my access is revoked however I am curious about whether or not the remainder of my current subscription will be transferred over as well. If someone could help me figure this out, that would be great.

Hello,I understand Xd was discontinued. However, we had new team members recently join our company and we would like them to be able to access our past projects through Xd. Is there a way to get a download link for them?

Do we have a perm fix for this one? i have multiple users in an orginisation, with this issue! Adobe needs to fix this ASAP. 

My credit card has expired and when i go in to update the info there's no option to submit the updates.  The same for Adding new Credit Card. Tried on Edge and Chrome both have the same problem.  Any ideas what is wrong or how to submit?  

Hi there!  The majority of my team gets this when they go to Data and Privacy SettingsBut this is what they're supposed to see Is there a way my team can access the correct data and privacy settings?  If I can contact Adobe's personal IT site professionals I would like to.  My guess is it's an issue with the site itself.This is the link we all tried to use https://account.adobe.com/privacy

I've seen this asked elsewhere, and there seems to be no answer. I set up what I thought was a user account to start a free trial. It now appears Adobe created an Enterprise/Teams Organisation for my business and attached my user account to that. I had to jump through hoops to cancel the free trial (because Adobe has actually removed the "Manage plan" button from the Plans page to force this), and now I find I can only delete my account from the Organisation, I can't remove my Organisation from the Enterprise? Except I'm sure there must be a way to do this, so can someone give me a link to how to do this? Or is it another case of fight support in chat for another half an hour?

A~ for "Admins of small teams with Business Direct plans" but when I "navigate to the Adobe Admin Console" and try to " "Add people from your Team" from within the Adobe Express application "Manage People's Role and Apps" from within the Adobe Express application " there is no option to MANAGE PEOPLE because I CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO UPGRADE FROM INDIVIDUAL TO ENTERPRISE. How is it SO difficult to locate HOW TO CHANGE YOUR ACCOUNT TYPE?????

Hi,It's Ryan from a marketing team. We use design tools from Adobe (such as Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Spark) and manage our projects (campaign, tasks, events,) using Smartsheet,  a web based task management tool.Smartsheet is working fine for us. The functions we use incl. assign tasks to team members, view task deadline and other info of tasks/project, put a task into different status (such as To Do, In Progress, Complete, etc.). Such information can be viewed by all team member from the same project.Smartsheet works ok for us. We just would like to know if there are similar tool for project / task management within the Adobe projects? As if there is a ideal tool that may replace Smartsheet, then we may consider using the substitution product from Adobe, for better integral experience with the Adobe design tools we are using.Could you guys provide some info and advice please?Peace and Love,Ryan
