Since I can't install other applications on my company PC, I bought the photo plan with a personal account but used the license number in the business account. Now with my business account, if I connect as a personal account I have access to the photo plan (with Lightroom and Photoshop), if I connect with the business account I have access to Adobe Pro. I can't combine different plans that have the same account name. It depends on how I access the applications or on the cloud I can't use some apps. If I'm logged in with my company profile, I can't use Lightroom, if I'm logged in with my personal profile, I can't hear Adobe Pro. How can I combine them having all the plans in my company profile??

Hi,I have save my emails to PDF and embedded it in the excel sheet. I always received several error message when using the latest Acrobat Standard. But when I uninstalled the Acrobat Standard and installed Acrobat Reader. I got no problem when opening it.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Error message received. 1. an error exist on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem. 2. There was an error processing a page. Operation or data is too complex.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I don't think that the PDF files is corrupted as I do not have issue when opening via reader and this issue do not affect me but also my others colleague that using Acrobat Standards. Thank you,Azhar 

For some reason my organization's automatiic renewal did not take effect even though my payment method is valid.  I'm not being told by support that my account will need to be entirely deleted, along with my 16 users, so I can reinstate a new contract.  I was walked through a mental manual backup process for every user's cloud data because it would all be deleted.    I requested my ticket be escalated and I was told someone would call me and then I got an email that the ticket was closed. How does this make any sense?

user added the wrong birthday and now can not log in to adobe.  How can we fix this ?

When Will Adobe have the ability to track total license usage for Adobe Assets within th application or in Admin Console? We were promised at the 2023 Summit that the new Assets UI would provide this along with a view of last log in date by users. That had not been released yet. I would like to control my usage by removing anyone that has not accesseed the application in the last 12 months. Until Adobe makes this available, we continue to burn through our MSA licenses. This seems like a simple ask, as WorkFront has this built in already. It also seems like a basic need that Adobe should be able to support. 

How many Pervious Version of Photoshop and Acrobat pro we can use as in enterprise.

Hi, I am almost du for my VIP renewal. I would like more management capabilities, that's why I am looking to convert my TEAM licenses to ENTERPRISE. It looks like I might be able to disactivate the cloud storage completly with ENTERPRISE licences but I can't seem to find the procedure to do it anywhere. The only thing I found which leads me to believe I can do it with ENTERPRISE is this but it I looked at Creative Cloud for ENTERPRISE and found nothing.  :https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/faq/teams.htmlMy organization wants to block access to certain services, such as storage and community features, available through Creative Cloud. Hello,Trying to install an .msi package that I created and cannot get beyond the software restriction policy detailed below. We have no blocks against .msi files but I think what might be going on is that unsigned .ps1 scripts are running as part of this installation and those I know we do block. Is that the case? Anyone else have this feature turned on or had it on at one point?  Would you mind sharing your experience with the initial activation as far as how it impacted users and how it has been since activation?  Or, perhaps you had this feature on and decided to turn it off.  Could you share why you made that decision?  Also, which setting (length of time) you used or are using?   Does it give the users the opportunity to save their work before it signs them out, does it cause the apps to crash, etc?  Thank you so much!

We're a two person non-profit shop with me using mostly Lightroom and some Photoshop and my associate using Photoshop, InDesign, and some Illustrator.  My associate also serves another client. I want us to share my Lightroom CC library and it seems like Teams is a great way to do this.   If I join us through Teams what are the downsides?Can I easily move her to Teams and will she get access to my Lightroom CC library along with my folder and album library organization?I want her to be able to keep her work for her other client away from me?What if there's some kind of problem I've not thought of, can I separate us without me losing control of my photo library?What have I not thought of? Thanks!!!   

I am a IT Director for a CTE High School that uses Adobe products in several labs.  We have over 200 students who use the various products we license.  Our students take a NOCTI exam which is a national test to prove their competency in their CTE program.  Students were recently accused of stealing digital content from this exam.  I attempted to search the contents of their Adobe Creative Cloud folder from the Admin Center and was told I cannot even look at the content in their folder.  I can do this with other cloud products (Microsoft, Google, etc).  I was told the only way I could access it is to have the user logon or the person would be gone and I would take control of their files.  This is a severe issue as I do not want to create large panic by inquiring the entire class nor do I want to delete and recreate a bunch of accounts.  A lot of new school code language coming dictates that certain people in a school need to be able to reasonably

I setup an intune deployment with an Admin Package.  The one I did with the MSI it just fails and never installs at all.  I did one with the Setup.exe, that one it actually does install.  However I cant seem to get the uninstall portion of that one to work.  I was just wondering what else I can look at?  We are new to Intune, so didn't have much resources at the company to ask about it.  Was looking for some guidance on that.  Thank you.

Hi all, I have a creative cloud account (through my university). I am able to download creativ cloud, but when I go to download apps, I get the erre "You don't have access to manage apps. Permission from your IT administrator may be required to enable apps management". I have contacted the IT administrator who said he wasn't the person to help. Can anyone here suggest a solution? Just before I go digging and endless testing, has anyone moved from using the AdobeCC Update server to letting users download straight from Adobe's servers?Quite a few years back we had to create the update server because our proxy was not very good so created an on prem update server, but now we have overhauled everything and now using Zscaler and can bypass and tunnel to go directly out using the user's internet connection. We've still got the settings to pull from the update server but want to make it as easy as possible to remove the settings, so their AdobeCC app talks directly out.I have 2 theories that may or may not work and wondered if anyone has done it1. I just create a PowerShell script to remove the AdobeUpdater.Overrides file and AdobeCC will start pulling direct from Adobe?2. Create a new package that doesn't point to our server and deploy that, and it will remove the AdobeUpdater.Overrides file once that is done?Any help before I go into the repetitive testing of every

We have customers who work with various Adobe applications.  We would like to automate the distribution of Adobe licenses and therefore want to know if it is possible to manage our customers' plans and products using the API. We want to use the API to purchase, distribute, and assign products to users that they need.Is it possible to fully interact and manage licenses without using the Admin Console and other user interface elements? We found that using the User Management API, it is possible to add users to the group to which the product is assigned. This way, the user can get access to the required program. Are there any other API solutions to fulfill the rest of the needs?We found the Commerce Partner API, which allows creating orders, but it doesn't allow choosing a product plan (for example, Acrobat Pro or all Creative Cloud Apps).
