We havent been able to assign licenses to our team. We raised a case with Adobe support three weeks ago and they havent been helpful at all. This is stalling our operations. We always get a reply that the case has been escalated but i think they have got the meaning of escalation totally wrong. I needed to add 1 license but i tried adding 5 licenses and we were still charged for it.

Hello!We need to automate installation of Adobe After Effects on Windows server.The main reason why we want to do this that we need to have quick way how to restore instance with AE in short time it case of it termination and avoid manual configuration that takes a lot of time .During AE installation there is nessesary manual step of loggin into Creative Cloud account for licensing. Could you please let me know how this step with loggin into Creative Cloud can be automized?

An employee left us a few days ago. In the Admin Console I removed the user & selected the option to transfer their content (Project files). I was able to download all of them which were sent in an email as several zip files (https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/asset-reclamation.html). However I am having issues with doing anything with these files. When I unzip the files they are all .PSDC and .AIC files. Photoshop and Illustrator does not recognize and will not open these files. The error message is: "Could not open “file-name.psdc” because cloud documents that have been exported as local files cannot be opened." I then found the article that said I needed to "Upload assets to your storage account" (https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/upload-reclaimed-assets.html). Hi all!I purchased a six-month creative commons subscription using a student discount.  The purchase went through and Adobe tech support says they can see that I have an active plan associated with my adobe account but they kept trying to kick me to some sort of Admin Support (I don't have admin access so it denied me).  When I sign into the Creative Commons desktop app, under my user name it says "plan information unavailable." My school's tech support says they cannot make exceptions to the email firewall.Anyone got any ideas of a workaround so that my 6-month subscription is reflected in the desktop app? Thanks!

I was having the same issue.I got the "Uploading PSDC file via the web isn’t supported" message and none of the proposed solutions worked.-Renaming files to .PSD did not work-Trying to upload to the online Photoshop Beta did not workWhat did work, was copying the downloaded files in the "Creative Cloud Files" folder that is on my computer.After that, I could see and access the files in my cloud account at https://assets.adobe.com/files

I want to be able to give department IT leads the ability to submit support cases to Adobe for issues such as egress errors when using SDL packages and installation errors on lab workstations in the departments.  What is the minimum role required that a department IT lead would require to be able to submit support cases tro Adobe from the console?  Or is there a way they can submit cases without going through the console?

My organization's Adobe Creative Cloud subscription renewed on August 9th.  We have seven (7) licenses.  After the renewal the administration page showed I had 7 (users) of 2 (licenses). Shortly thereafter five (5) users lost access to Creative Cloud.  Since then, the issue has degraded to 0 of 2, then 0 of 0.  Current status is none of my users have access to their Creative Cloud applications.  In an attempt to get users working I agreed to purchase addition licenses, and was billed for them, only for them to stop working within a day or two.  I did this action twice (purchased additional licenses) in an attempt to get my users working again.  This has been going on for well over a week at this point.Is anyone else have issues accessing their Creative Cloud apps due to licensing issue?Our Acrobat Pro licenses are working fine, only impact is with Creative Cloud licensing. 

We as Visteon has ETLA signed with Adobe and Adobe is for sure collecting usage information unless if the option is specifically disabled by users. Not many users do that.  We herewith request Adobe for usage report. Example: We want to know the no of days, duration the user has used the Adobe Application (Including Acrobat) in the last 3 months.  Adobe Competitors like Autodesk have made this report readily available in Admin Portal itself and Adobe being a big player in the market should start providing this in the Adobe Admin Portal for its customers.

We currently sync hundreds of files across four desktops so we can all work on INDD and image files as needed and back each other up when one person is out. Sync is going away? What is the set-up and workflow for a team doing brochure and document design in INDD with a thousand photos in our archives we need to access to place in the INDD files? Can't believe there's no guidance from Adobe on team workflows for shared documents and server. Must be so common for teams to be able to save to a central server where we can all access it. Scheduled an expert session. Had to laugh the Adobe Support website says they're happy to schedule a 60 minutes Expert Session with the account admin, but when you get to Calendly to book it, it's only a 30 minute session. Looking for some clarification on the option of running a cleanup command for our AUSST server. According to the "Maintain the internal update server" documentation it appears that you need to run an incremental update followed by the cleanup command to cleanup obsolete products and updates. My concern is around the possible requirement of including the --filterProducts parameter during the incremental update and the verbiage that states "sap codes you want to retain after cleanup". Currently we run incremental updates routinely on our server but we do not use the --filterProducts parameter. Our reason for this is that we want to grab any or all products updates whenever they become available considering that any user in our company may have any or all the Adobe products on their client. The concern is, if we don't use the --filterProducts parameter in the incremental update and then follow up with the cleanup command, will the cleanup command remove all of our downloade

Our company pays for Adobe Acrobat licenses (Acrobat for Business) for many staff members but we also have an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. Can we combine these for one-stop billing? If yes, how? Thanks in advance.

We have been seeing that some of our new users get a message to create a more secure password when we try to use login with google. Here is an example of one of the users passwords that Adobe seems to feel in insecure Ti49mmYFTW! I'm not sure how that isn't secure. Any ideas?

My organization has given me a Shared Device License account, can I sign out of my account and sign in with the same account on another computer within the organization?

Thanks to Surfspot and Adobe messing up my license, I lost access to all my files. My license got placed on a business profile while all my files and hard work got on a personal profile. This means I can't use my files due to no license being on my personal profile but on the business one. This is ridicilous. Do you really think I am gonna buy two separate licenses for this? How do you Adobe guys suggest fixing this for us? 

How many users at one time does one licence allow?

I'm curious and interested in automating the deployment and installation of Adobe software across multiple systems within the same network. I'd like to understand if this is achievable, the process to do so, and if there are any real-world use case scenarios.

Hi, We made a package with cloud sync option disable and does the job but is there a way to block existing Cloud Desktop app installed without sync block? Is there a regkey to change to achieve same result as installing blocked Cloud Desktop package? Thanks, Ste

Hello, A few days ago I wanted to start illustrator and then I was asked if I wanted to start a trial version. While my subscription runs through October. When I wanted to log in again I suddenly got the option from two accounts, what's correct because I bought Adobe last year on a different mailaddress then my account on my iPhone. After logging back in I was surprised to see that my Creative Cloud had thrown out all my installed fonts. In addition, all my shared links of designs and work I send to clients also disappeared in my account. The shared links do still work, but still this remains strange. Any idea how this is possible?
