Is there a phone I can call to talk to someone about my adobe?
I've created packages for the Creative Cloud apps that we're going to be licensing and setup the packages so Remote Update Manager is on (which it is by default). Some of the packages can be updated while others encounter errors with the download. One would think if the update process was a firewall issue I would not be able to update any apps. Since I wanted to test the upgrade process I created packages of the older versions, where available, and then wanted to upgrade to match the current version. I ran into this issue yesterday and tried again this morning with Photoshop hoping it might have been a temporary issue. Any ideas why some applications cannot download updates?Successes:Light Room - updates without any issue from 6.0 to 6.6.1Media Encoder - updates without any issue from 10.3 to 10.4Premiere Pro - updates without any issue from 10.3 to 10.4Failures:Photoshop - fails to update from 17.0 to 17.0.1After Effects - fails to update from 13.8 to 13.8.1Mos
Hey, as mentioned: I manage a company, which is using different Adobe licenses on mutliple personal accounts. This is annoying and difficult to manage. I just can't find a way to level my account up to a company / business account, which is allowed to use Admin Console.I want to use this account as a company / business account. 1 license is running on it. Can i level it up to a business account ? How ?Do i have to create a new business account ? Can i collect all of our licenses together in one business account ? Best regards
Recently Adobe's system seemed to have distributed users and licenses across multiple consoles for one our tenants. After addressing this confusion and migrating users to their correct locations, it became necessary to cancel licenses that were no longer in use.For the past two days, I've been trying to reach out to someone who can assist me with the license cancellations. During this time, I found myself repeating my concerns and being transferred from one agent or team to another, with the need to reiterate my situation repeatedly. After spending over 5 frustrating hours navigating through support, I reached a point where I couldn't contain my frustration any longer. At that moment, I expressed my dissatisfaction, and to my surprise, I was transferred to another agent without prior notice. This new agent, Simeone, seemed eager and energetic to help resolve my issue. She asked me to restate my problem, but at this point, I felt exhausted from explaining the situation over and over again
We have a year subscription for a high school for the entire CC suit. The most frustrating thing is that all apps keep pushing the use of AI features sometimes eveninterrupting workflow or pushing panels and tools that dont work. Apparently all these features dont work on shared device licenses. kids just get an error saying that we have violated the terms or that the system is too busy. Is there a way to remove all this stuff? We have started to use Canva since these features are disabled for us.
Ich wollte heute das Probe-Abo für Teams kündigen und nach ewigem Suchen wurde mir vom Virtuell-Assisten mitgeteilt, dass das nur während der Geschäftszeiten und nicht online funktoniert.

Hello, I am having an error on my Adobe Admin Console under my tenant's account stating the following: "We couldn't process payment on this account. Please contact customer support. Payment must be received within the next 90 days to keep you account active. Until then, you won't be able to add new licenses or assign existing licenses." We have updated and completed the new payment. I have attempted to contact the chat, but it was forced " While this conversation has ended, feel free to come back anytime you need help." There is also no contact email that I can use for our issue. This is our only option. Please help [moderator moved from the Acrobat forum]
I really have a problem with Creative Cloud on our business network. Whenever anyone tries to update a program or just signing in to Creative Cloud the entire network goes down. I'm on a fiber network and I have even tried to connect directly to the fiber-box (not through the router) and the same thing happens. We use both Macs and PCs and its the same problem for both - and only for the Creative Cloud app. Anyone experienced the same and have a solution to the problem?
Hello, Our school district has an enterprise license that have staff and student IDs using the Federated login with our Active Directory. This has been fine with the usual Adobe apps like Photoshop and Illustrator. Recently, Adobe substance 3d painter was purchased for a staff member but when trying to install it, it would not install under the regular Federated adobe ID that the teacher uses. An admin told me that it had to be assigned to her gmail address because Substance used a different licensing scheme than the Federated ID license. All staff and students have a regular email address and a gmail email address. In order to use Substance, the teacher has to logout of the CC desktop app and then open Substance Painter 3D and click the Login with Google. If she tries to login to the CC desktop app, a big red banner comes up saying that Personal Accounts are not allowed. The gmail Adobe ID
Установлен пакет СС2018 лицензии на устройство. Почти на всех ПК перестали запускаться программы, выдает сообщение "Обновить лицензию" (приложение). Как запустить приложения?
Would like to propose and request Adobe look for an alternate option in the future to transfer data while keeping shared links and file sources intact. We had an issue with a user mistakenly transferring data following an Adobe update to a personal account meant for a business accont. This rendered the shareable inks and file sources useless. Perhaps an alternate way besides maual asset transfer can be provided?

I am using Amazon AppStream to use Adobe CC on Chromebooks. For some students it works perfectly. When they open InDesign it prompts them to sign in and they use their Google apps account, but for others the screen to sign into their CC acount will never pop up. The apps auto close themselves after a minute of use. In my desktop version I can go to help > sign in but that doesn't work in the Streaming version. There is no manage account option under help. In app stream the students stream one program at a time, they can not use the Creative Cloud Desktop App. How can I force the program to get them to log in to CC?
I signed up/into Adobe using my work email, as they had sent a license to me. However, I cannot access the license they have given me, I can only see the creative cloud free account. How do I access the license that they have provided to me. I thought about cancelling my account, but as it is with my work email I worry that I will not be able to use that email again to obtain the license. Thank you in advance.
What about this situation? Can you sign into Adobe Pro on two devices, then move to a computer with a Shared Device License and sign in without signing out of the existing two?
I'm tired of trying to reach Adobe's customer service, but unfortunately, Adobe makes it harder... I'm trying to update the number of users in my plan but failed to see how I can do it.I can't log in or open Admin Console...Please help me.
So, I haven't launched Creative Cloud in a while on my machine. I launched it the other day to uninstall some of the software, and I could not get anything to work. I used the CC Cleaner or whatever to remove all the Apps I wanted to get rid of; however, now I want to update the Apps I'm keeping. When I launch CC, it gathers storage info in the top right, then it keeps saying Updating Creative Cloud. I have tried downloading Creative Cloud and reinstalled it and also tried uninstalling and hit repair. I'm still stuck with this. If I click uninistall or update an app, I get the screenshot below. NOTHING happens even after leaving it for a weekend. I cannot figure out what to do. I've gone in and renamed the opm.db in the OOBE folder. I've restarted and tried from a fresh restart. Nothing has helped. I've followed every support doc I can find. I'm running macOS Ventura 13.2.1 not an M1 or M2 Mac. Please help!
Hey Adobe, I called the phonenumber to talk with the customer service, however they took the call and for about 10 min, they didn't say anything. I could hear that they were talking in the background, please fix! Anyhow here's my question... If I have a Adobe Libary that I have shared with other people, and I change my license, will this libary be deleted for everyone or will it still be there? Best regardsKasper
How do I allow CC through a firewall? I can't find any information anywhere about which programs/ports to allow.
Can we please have the ability to disable personal profiles at a tennant level. If a User is using a business email address we only want them to have a Business profile. If they leave the organisation they won't have access to that email anyway to manage the account. Thanks
We also have this problem, with practically every package we create the download breaks. This happens again and again the problem exists since we create these packages in the admin console.
When I switch a user from an Adobe ID to a new Federated ID what Adobe desktop app sign-in issues might they encounter and how can I avoid them?
Hello, since late 2022 all of our Adobe CC users get a prompt to log in with admin privileges when they try to install/uninstall applications or CC updates. In every package we deployed the option "Allow users without administrator rights to update and install applications" is enabled and it worked fine in the past.Is this a known issue or is it supposed to work like that?Best regards,Patrick
