Hi Adobe Community, I cannot update or install any apps. It always shows an error, do I need to clean storage or anything? Does anyone know how to resolve this. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, Thank You

Admin console doesn't permit domain validationThere is no longer the option to add domain name.I only have directory with settings option in my admin console.Although I dispose of administrator account.Contacted several times Adobe support which is a waste of time. You can barely understand their "English" and the people I spoke ... sound like the most demotivated people in the world...After being transfered several times to non existing numbers.... Tried the virtual support assistant from admin console service unavailable ... Although I'm contacting support from the admin console where I use the proposed Business/Entreprise support... apparently it's not them that can help me...  After 3 hours "maybe just maybe" somebody from Adobe support could try and make an effort to review why I don't have the option to add domain and validate via DNS records which I can't receive without the option... Our goal is to use SSO authentication with Azure - Adobe....&nbsp

Where I work we are trying to deploy machines faster, currently, our longest and hardest step is downloading creative cloud, because we have to sign in to Adobe first to download. Is there a way to download creative cloud or Photoshop without having to log in? We would like to make it fully automated. Any ideas or work arounds?

I would like to submit a complaint about the lack of ability to transfer folder ownership. This occurred in our company's case with a user that is no longer active as he left the company, who used to be the team admin. Adobe Support helped transfer team admin status to the group account, and he was removed as a user from our licenses. Since then, sync issues have abounded for me and my coworkers on the folders that his ghost account continues to own. I confirmed this to be the root of the syncing issues by copying files under one of said folders to a new folder where the sync issues stopped. The only solution Adobe Support offered was to download all of his assets and re-upload, but this is not feasible due to the amount of assets (over 220 GB) and new files having since been added since the syncing issues started occurring. I've applied for a education license for substance painter through https://substance3d.adobe.com/education/ every time I try to sent a request it says its succesful, yet I get no email about it, I've checked every folder. When I ask for a password reset it sends me the email within seconds, so the adress is right. Any help is appreciated.

we have 2 accounts (teams) but with 2 different logins. We want it to be one, so we can share the cloud files to all users. I don't know how I can merge these 2 to 1.Can anybody help me?

Daher finden wir unserer Rechnungen nicht mehr, bzw. wissen nicht, an welche Mailadresse Rechnungen von Adobe geschickt werden. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit einzusehen, wer Teamadministrator ist bzw. an welche E-Mail Adresse Rechnungen für den Teamaccount geschickt werden? Der Chatbot des Supports konnte nicht weiterhelfen, daher wende ich mich an die Community. 

Hello,      My colleague is having an issue with Photoshop where it appears as an attachment since yesterday, and she needs to send a request to use it. However, after using it for only 2 hours, the same problem occurs again.     Despite her account status showing as Active, she has never encountered this problem with Photoshop before. How to fix this?  Thank you in advance.

My team is now having this problem. It first occured on Tuesday (04/02/2023) and we were able to recover and re-sync. Worked fine on Wednesday. Then today, Thursday (04/04/2023) we were on a call and were watching our trash fill up with almost 2500 files that the 3 of us DID not move there. ADOBE what do we DO!? THIS MUST STOP

I would like to file a complaint. I have contacted support through the Virtual Assistant and over the phone to cancel my subscriptions. After talking to a support agent I was forwarded to another number because my products are subscriptions for teams. After an hour of waiting and listening to the same music I gave up.   I also would like to file a complaint about the unlawful processing of my credit card information, which I am not able to remove from my account detail. I can update the car, but not remove it.

HiRecently my enterprise account expired and i dont have any access to library. The enterprise create another account with the same e-mail and new licence but i need the library from the expired profile to carry on my work. My question is, how can i import or merge library profile to another. Thanks Regards

I have a bunch of different Adobe plans, all under one Adobe Account. Several have photoshop. Several have Acrobat. I have enough total licenses for all adobe products on all computers that need them.When I use Acrobat (or PS) on any of my computers, it only shows the number of licenses on one plan, but doesn't say which of my plans it is. It doesn't show the total number of licenses in all my plans. I always have to make it log out of one computer, but then when I use that computer it makes me log in using that one again (have to log out of another).How can I use all the licenses I pay for so I don't have to keep logging out a computer I don't happen to be using at the moment?

Hello, I recently switched from an individual account into a Teams account. There are a few shared projects in which I wanted to upload licensed fonts into Creative Cloud using these instructions: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/add-your-fonts-to-creative-cloud.html However, when I follow them on the Creative Cloud app, I am greeted with an error message: "Looking for your custom or brand fonts? Your team's administrator can add fonts to your account through Creative Cloud so that you can use them on any desktop device. Please contact your administrator to take advantage of this Creative Cloud service." Mind you, I am the administrator, and I am using Creative Cloud. As I contacted support, I was informed this is an enterprise-only feature. But, the article above indicates that creative cloud subscribers have access to this feature, and that enterprise clients have a different process. I supposed this is both a question and feedback. When I started my communications program I signed up for Adobe and was told I could get a discount if I used my school email.  So I did.  I pay $19.99 each month and all Adobe email go through my school email.  I  am changing schools now and can not change my adobe account as it says I have a enterprise account.  The school has refered me back to adobe as they don't know what I'm talking about.  I can't message adobe, I only get a contact enterprise for help message.  I do not know who that is!!!!  If you are going to have subscriptions this way YOU need to have a contact for us listed at the "enterprise". My question now is can I just cancel my current one and sign up with my new school information?  It seems this will be the easist way to change a email.  Which is basically all I want to do. ThanksJC

Our Adobe admin portal seems to not be showing us all of the licesnes we currently have. On the overview page, it shows we currently have 0 of 1 license assigned for Acrobat Pro. If I go to the Account page, however, I see at the bottom that we have 4 Acrobat Pro licenses. The 4 should be the correct quantity, so not sure why it's not showing them anywhere else.

Hi, My company is using Adobe products to generate graphics and videos etc. We have a libary of assets set up on Creative Cloud. However, some members of the team do not use adobe and need to use the assets for other places other than Adobe (eg uploading them to our website). I was hoping to find a way that we could sync our content....so anything added to Creative Cloud is automatically added to our team's Sharepoint/Onedrive folder for the times outside of Adobe that it is needed. At the moment we have to manually keep both places up to date and it is very easy for the two to become out of sync. Any ideas?

Hi, I'm trying to cancel my subcription and unfortunately Adobe is making it impossible to do so! It is really client unfriendly, possibilities to upgrade or add users are everywhere but you have to dig really deep to cancel. And once found, the 'Manage plans' button is not available. I'm not unhappy with the products, it is just an administrative issue. Please help
