Im receiving this error message, with no error code. I had a subscription renewed and this started happening when trying to assign creative cloud to my profile. I used adobe products daily so there should be no connection or setting issues. error message:Server is not respondingYour assignment could not be completed because our servers are not responding. Check your internet connection, proxy or firewall settings, then try again.

how is this even possible?  in may 2024 we are moving to another office without datacenter or servers and my graphical workers NEED to be able to pool their storage to e use a shared 3 tb drive for their job. now we keep it local but it is impossible in the future.  is there a way to request/force a migration?

Our team is on an enterprise version of CC.  We are a small team, and are constantly jumping on eachothers documents (XD).  Right now, we are unable to organize these files into folders, because each project file is attached to the creator.  Is there a way to have these work as team files that are organized for our team, not by individuals? I have a stinking suspicious that we are not using CC enterprise properly.  

I'm wanting to send a folder containing Adobe files via a link - to ensure security to a person and that I can see the progress of the documentation.  How can I do this?

Ordered 5 InDesign licenses on Mar 13th.  There is another charge on my card for close to the same amount, minus 2 cents and on the same date.  I was told by an adobe agent that this was an authorization charge, but if it was, why wasn't it the same amount? Both charges are still Pending.... Previously I was disconnected out of a chat by an agent named Anshuman just out of the blueOne charges shows up on my adobe invoices and one charge does not show up Has anyone had issues with extra charges coming from adobe? Joe

Hello, I would like to buy access to a single application for my employee to use. I would prefer it if the employee didn't use my account credentials to log in and use the app. Do I get access to the Admin Console if I only buy one application for businesses? Can I relegate access to that application to my employee or do I need to buy the whole creative cloud bundle?

Is there a way to buy the programs and separate it from this constant updating to worse versions of the programs. I just want the program to function and be left alone. I can't download fonts without waiting forever and is locked to the adobe as you have to buy them and place them yourself otherwise, the new updates are ruining 3D effects and UI for several aspects. I am using this for school and the constant updates to each version changes the dumbest things and makes things unuseable sometimes. I just want the programs to be off this service and stop testing features that don't work on people rather than just updates fixing problems with the version I purchase.

Hello!Now we have an organization account with "for teams" licenses and automatically for our users available Adobe Storage, so they store their files on them.But we have a question, it is possible to disable Adobe Storage for all of our users?Also, in the future, we plan to migrate to "for enterprise" licenses to be possible to active Federal Identity with SSO. In the "for enterprise" licenses types also we will be able to disable/enable using Adobe Storage for our users? Thanks in advance!

It should be possible for administrators to access all users cloud storage files and folders.  Currently we can only get reports for how much data the users have in the cloud. Please add the ability for administrators to view, download and delete users cloud storage data.  Separately, I posted a request for the ability to fully disable cloud storage....

Creative Cloud started crashing and wouldn't let me sign back in, so I tried uninstalling it then reinstalling it. However every time I try to reinstall it, I'm given a notification that I can't connect to the Adobe servers or it won't stop loading the page that says I'm signed in and can now close the window and go back to the application. I need Creative Cloud for school so I'd be really grateful if anyone could help me with this.

I am an Adobe Admin. Why are our Acrobat users being asked for their dates of birth? From what I have read, Adobe collects this data for Creative Cloud accounts to ensure that users are over the age of 18. That makes sense. However, users in our organization who only have Acrobat licenses are being asked for their DOBs. Why? Hello, I bought Adobe Illustrator but it's not in my plan.I can ask for an email address for the procurement department as the chat is not working.

Signing into our Adobe enterprise with our adobe admin account, constantly gives error of Access Denied. You do not have access to this service. Contact your IT administrator to gain access, or sign in with an Adobe ID. We have not changed anything within the environment, everything is allowed through our filters/firewalls, and this is the only admin account we have, so there is nothing that should stop this. Have checked service status and everything is operational. Any help is appreciated.

Just had a really lame chat with someone at Adobe who took twenty minutes to even respond with huge delays between each question and then who just ended the chat. Over an hour wasted and I found nothing out that wasn't on the website. So can anyone here help? I'm an individual who works with SEND kids on creative projects and I was looking at how to get an educational licence for CC so I can use it in my sessions for design, video and web work. As I work for myself I have no educational email address or any paperwork. The sessions with the students are 1:1 and can sometimes only be for a few days and at different locations and organisations. The best they could offer me was two CC licences for myself on the usual business rate which is almost £150 per month (which is just the standard option that's on the website anyway), which would be completely unaffordable for me. Hi all Is it possible to turn of users being able to save to cloud? We use the CC client and users install the programs they have a license for, usually all.But they deal in sensitive data and we do not want them to be able to accidently save it to the cloud. Only local is allowed.Is there a way to turn it off?

Hi! I run a small business in Denmark and currently have 12 Creative Cloud licences. However we need to adjust this to 8 licences due to people om maternity leave and a bit of down scaling. I can see, that Adobe have chosen to remove the "Manage plan" button in the admin console. So I have to call them to make the adjustment. But I have called them three times now, get through to an agent pretty fast, but get transferred to the team dealing with licences for business's. I have now been on hold in a total of almost two hours and have given up. I have work to do.  I start getting the feeling that this is a deliberate strategy, to make it difficult. This does obviously not comply with the EU laws of subscription termination, adjustment and support, so I have taken the first steps in starting an appeal case with the Danish Consumer Ombudsman. But do you guys got an advice for me on how to either get through to them, to adjust the number of licences?&

I can't get Creative Cloud or Adobe Premiere installers to work on Windows10. 1. I have to use an admin account to run the installer. (Either run as admin or just authenticate to allow installer to run)2. It runs and says "We'll open a browser window to authenticate your account:3. Click continue4. Chrome launches even though it isn't the default browser.5. Adobe page loads and says "You're all set. You've successfully signed in. Feel free to close this browser tab  andreturn to where you previously left off."6. ..nothing happens... Installer still says "Check your browser. We've opened a new browser tab for you to sign in. (Once you've been authenticated, you will automatically continue here.) at the bottom it says "if your browser is not repsonding, sign in here"if I click sign in here it does nothing. So I'm stuck.

We have a client who started up and we didn't think ahead to get control over the admin panel. We can't login to it because there is an adobe administrator, but all the high ups in the company do not who it is. I have been through testing accounts with people and checking the company accounts but have found no trace of who administrators the acccount. We usually would use a generic one such as adobe@ Is there anyway to recover access to the admin panel or to find out who is the admin? I have check but it doesn't appear anyone has been added to the team so they do not appear under My Plans in the normal adobe sign in.
