Photoshop has the ability to copy shape layer attributes, but I don't see any way to copy the style of one text and apply it to another, so I have to do it manually, which takes time. Is it difficult to make such a function for text in Photoshop? It would be convenient to have this feature in new PS's updates.I hope I didn't miss it)
Please add Portuguese - Portugal Language ! Why do you put PT-BR, when that it is not the original language ?
Hello, I write this post as an angry wedding and event photgrapher. The problem is every time I work inside Lightroom Classic I keep loosing the initial Custom Order i set while selecting images to deliver. Every time Lightroom (or me accidentally) changes the sort order inside Library from Custom to Capture Time. Sometimes I need to change image position again... and when I don't notice that the sort order option has changed (because I'm in the Develop module, and there's no way to see the sort order there), and drag a photo in the film-strip... Boom! The initial custom order is GONE FOREVER.So, to me, as a wedding and event photographer, that custom order is essential to create my story telling, and the basic Capture Time sort order can't solve the issue (considering there are often many photographers, camera bodies and many files with different names involved). So the hours passed ordering hundreds of photos is precious to me. Why I have to risk loosing it every time beacause of Lightroom lacking a simple Save Custom Order function???I already know I can rename all raw files inside Lightroom and then change the sort order to File Name, but this is really a sub-optimal way to resolve a software issue. Mainly because I don't want to change the raw file name, if I'm not forced to...
The newly implemented progress bar for the Remove Tool (remove after each stroke) in the new PS 25.11 is horrible. Everytime you drag over to remove something you get this invasive and distracting progress bar box on the top center of the screen. Before, there was a small, simple spinning circles progress and only if the removal was complex, it would show a progress bar box.I suggest using the almost useless and usually empty top options bar for all progress bars for different tools so they are not on top of your image.Final Cut Pro already has something like that in a circle but in Photoshop the options bar is usually empty so it can easily be used for displaying information out of the image's frame. Also time for something new in the adjustment boxes... After 34 years the windows in Photoshop are pretty much the same. Nothing has really changed and not too much innovation on the GUI...I suggest a floating transparent popup for certain things like snapseed for iPhone where you can choose adjustments from a popup and then the progress would be on the options bar as well without being on top of your image...i added a couple of screen shots and a small video to illustrate.
Hello, I have been having some problems displaying my LUTs. I have them added to the correct folder but the dropdown menu only shows a limited number. I have reinstalled the program, removed and reinstalled the luts, cleared the cache, everything, and i still can not get the full list of luts in my dropdown menu. What is strange is that at the end of the drop down list, i can select the last one and use the arrows in the preview box to see othr luts, but i cant access them via the drop down. This is quite frustrating as it is a relatively recent problem and it makes my editing difficult as i work with numerous underwater luts, and due to the nature of the alphabetical listing of luts, it takes me ages to get to the lut (via clicking the arrow for several minutes) i am interested in looking to use. I have seen other people report this issue and i cant seem to find a solution. Please help. OS X Sonoma 14.5 Premiere pro version 24.5 Mod note: I updated the title to reflect the feature request.
Hi, I am creating a mogrt template. I am adding more than 300 solo properties to the essential graphics panel. And I am placing them in folders to keep them in order. However, since there are so many solo properties, it takes too much time to move them to folders. It would be great if it was possible to multi-select solo properties in the essential graphics panel. Is it possible?
There are tons of threads requesting this feature, one thread has 217 upvotes since 2014. The contributor that submitted this idea, @johnrellis, wrote a plugin called Any Comment to do just this, but it is no longer compatible with LR Classic v13.3 or higher. Attached is a screenshot of how John's Any Comment plugin allowed me to write the likes and comments received from LR Web/Mobile to the metadata field of my choice in LR Classic. This allowed me to filter those comments for a specific word.Adobe, please consider adding this feature for those of us with workflows that involve team collaboration to review and comment on thousands of photos that are synced to Lightroom Mobile for review and commenting. Without this, I now have to manually add the comments from my team to the LR Classic Metadata, just so I can filter for them.
I would really love to see the option of a half drop pattern preview. This would be really beneficial for surface pattern designers. other options like in illustrator would be nice too, but half drop is the one i believe would benefit most. I often have to use clunky workarounds which ruin my work flow
When you open a file in the source panel, Premiere displays "Source:" + the full filename in the tab. When you have files with long names, it crowds the other tabs out and you have to click the >> button to get the option to select other windows, like Effect Controls. Its particulary a pain when working on a single laptop monitor with limited space. An option/feature to limit the space the source panel tab can take up would be amazing. Thanks!
Man, If y'all could do that, it would be a boon to documentarians and corporate video producers. Sometimes you just need a little chuckle at the end of an interviewee's sentence to really make an idea land --being able to find those moments with ease so one could cut in a little somethin'-somethin' would be great. THANKS!
I teach Photoshop in many schools including UCLA and Photoshop Meetup groups going back to the 90's. Ever since I can remember, I have had to tell my students to remember to change the default color setting in Photoshop to Adobe RGB. I am not sure why Adobe keeps placing sRGB as the default since it is a much smaller color space. If people do not know or remember they need to change the color space to Adobe RGB, then when they print, they have lost a zillion colors that they could have used and the colors and feeling will be off. The emphasis of sRGB as the default so that people maybe most want to to work on images for the web is just not true. The color space from Adobe RGB is the standard around the world and I wish Adobe would make this change finally!!! Then we can change to sRGB anytime. They have always had this backwards!!!
Hello!I'm a huge fan of Adobe Premiere and I've grown very accustomed to the software over the years, however I would love for more codecs to be supported from within Premiere Pro itself. Specifically, I would love for more high quality audio formats to be supported like OGG, FLAC and OPUS. Specifically OPUS since it's open source, has a relatively small file size and offers great improvements in audio quality over something like MP3. If any of these codecs are added I will be very grateful. Thanks and keep up the great work! Cheers,Henrik
It's been a long time when vetical videos are made using after effects. All the trending Tik Tok video, Youtube shorts and Instagram reels are made in vertical format. Even after years after effects is not optimised for vetical videos. There's not even a option to change from horizontal to vertical screen resolution. I don't why is ignoring this major feature. There's no workspace preset for vertical format video. I think it's time add these essential feature to the software.
I would like to see a Solo button that solo's video tracks added to the custimizeable video tracks bar. I am aware that if you shift click the eyeball icon, it turns off all the layers and you can turn on the layer you want to solo, however if you have some layers purposely turned off, like timecode or captions or supers that are just there for internal purposes, you have to remember which ones to go back and turn off again. And you have to do this every time you want to solo a layer. Which leaves a lot of room for error when you export and maybe forgot that a layer was supposed to be off. And it's also an unnecessary added set of steps or a common "workaround" editors are used to, where a Solo button would just make it easier. Why does audio tracks have a solo button but video tracks don't?After effects has a solo button, which is pretty integral to the way of working in after effects because it exists. Having a solo button would be really useful. A lot of times we have to go through the process of creating multi-cam or nested clips to easier choose between synced clips, where in some cases you could just save time by putting the synced clips on the timeline, solo them and cut them and bring the cut to the top. Please add a solo button to video tracks.
Gree Sorry if this question isn't terribly legible, this application isn't working well with either of my Screen Readers. I am writing to ask if Adobe Audition works with Screen Readers (NVDA, JAWS, Window Eyes, voiceover, etc). --Thanks for any help!
Just make the generative fill panel a normal ass panel that you can dock and leave somewhere. The fact that it is always popping up right next to your selection is super annoying. It's always in the ay when I select something, and I'm constantly having to move it.
WHY WHY WHY did you change this? Please tell me there's a way to adjust my preferences to get the way it used to be back. Here's the problem: with a recent update you changed the look of selected clips on the timeline. This is hard to describe, so please pay attention. It used to be for years that if you clicked a clip on the timeline to select it--you could EASILY SEE it was selected because the WHOLE CLIP GOT VISIBLY LIGHTER. Didn't matter what color it was labeled, that color (forest; cerulean; rose) got whiter so you KNEW WHICH CLIP WAS SELECTED--then you could perform whatever effect you wanted to apply to that clip and quickly understand which clip it was happening to. Right now, the only way I can tell a clip is selected is two white lines on the side of that clip--and I can BARELY SEE THIS--and I'm using a large monitor at home. OMG! I have been teaching nonlinear editing at the university level for over 20 years using multiple different NLEs, and this is quite frankly the worst thing that you could possible change for my students. Most of them are using laptops with very little screen real-esate, and their sequences are tiny. How is anyone going to get anything done? Why on earth would you decide to make it harder to see what you're doing? Please say there's an easy fix to get the old way back. If there isn't a fix in preferences, then PLEASE change this back to the way it used to work. Thank you.
How about a reasonable discount for retiree's and seniors. Adobe already offer substantial discounts to students & teachers, why not seniors? I'm sure there are many people who would take advantage of a discounted subdcription to start a new hobby, or be able to continue with one that they enjoy.
Hi! Would b great if we can exporr as glb and fbx from aero!!🙏🙏 also would b amazing if we can edit and choose textures!
The transitions on the timeline have a whole new way of being controlled and moved. I used to be able to easily see them due to better color identification against the timeline but the BIGGEST issue is movement. I frequently slide them over and resize them, and with this new update it is ridiculously difficult to click on them to slide them over, so difficult in fact, that I can't believe this change was even approved!#2 With the new color scheme, the transition effects no longer easily stand out visually from the other colors, and are much harder to see. Why?!
Every 5 seconds, I get a new popup from Adobe. A blue bubble that disrupts my workflow. A tutorial that comes up every time I open up a program that I didn't ask for. Every time I open up Adobe Creative Cloud, I'm met with more popups and notifications about things that are irrelevant.I wish companies weren't so out-of-touch that they understood that popups are useless distractions that never provide helpful information. I can't stand how many popups I've received, then I'm met with a virtual chat assistant, then disabling the popup process is just as tedious. It's 2024. Stop making popups.
Sometimes Audio/video is improperly linked (in particular when moving from cloud drives with similarly named files). Thus the Enhanced Speech may enhance on the wrong audio-wave form. There is absolutely no way to clear the incorrectly linked enhanced audio.Instead, I'm required to render the un-enhanced audio, and enhance it manually.A "clear previous enhanced speech" function would be ideal.
Literally I love this website because this is very useful for the students but, the problem is the understanding of this web, why? because sometimes or The person making this picture often doesn't understand what I want them to do. but if this website gets better and better, I'm sure many people will use it and I'm sure there will be very few people to complain about this website.
On the composition section I'd like to draw it, instead of looking for an image or draw it, take a photo and the upload it. Ideally I could use a foreground, a middleground and background (maybe those three layers have different colors).
