With todays 4k monitor settings Photoshop worlspace the Menu Bar, Options Bar, Tools Panel and Panels Area is so tiny it can’t be read. Using the options choiced of enlarging type and the 200% increase doesn’t make any difference. The only way to actually increase the zize of these is to go to the Windows settings and modify the display setting. The problem with that is it makes Photoshop bigger but everything else is bigger too.Give me a slidebar so I can sdjust the size of these elements so it works perfectly for me. I’m betting a lot of long time users are aging like me and need this help. As a LONG time user of Photoshop, please don’t force me to using AI programs like Grok.
Be able to rearrange the single layer adjustments in photoshop. That way we can keep our most used adjustments in the order we use them at the top and stay in our rhythm with editing. It is neat to expose us to the new features, but it annoys me having to get into a new rhythm with editing with the adjustments being moved around.
Transcription tool should be able to learn voices within a project, and keep a master list of speakers - currently have to manually input speakers each time with each new source clip!Avid can already do this … just sayin :)
When saving a Photoshop PDF, add a checkbox to "Create Acrobat Layers from Top-level Layers" so that viewers of the PDF in Acrobat can toggle on/off the Optional Content Group (OCG) "Layers” created, just as users of Illustrator and Photoshop can. The benefit to the user would be feature parity with Illustrator and Photoshop in creating a PDF with OCG.
while working in pattern preview it would be nice to have the option of lowering the opacity in the preview area, similar to how the crop tool works, in order to separate the working area in a complicated file. Even a 50% opacity option would be nice.
Animated AVIF is a modern replacement for gif supported by Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Samsung Internet browser. It supports background opacity, which is very useful. You can read more about it here. I would really like to be able to export After Effects videos as animated AVIF.
Hi, I googled for hours but couldn't find the solution. My problem is: I use default transitions a lot in my projects, and I use Snap feature to align clips, and each time I try to align one layer to another, it snaps to other layer's transition, not to it's border. This creates a lot of gaps and misplaced clips, not to mention a lot of frustration. I wonder if anyone needs snap to transition's border more than to clip's border, but Premiere constantly do this, and I have to manually check every junction in my project. The transitions are small and easy to miss, sometimes they're not even visible without zoom, so I don't even know where did it snap to. When you have 1000 clips in a project, this becomes a pain.Does anyone have a solution for this?
In Lightroom Masking add the Parametric Tone Curve to the already existing Point Tone Curve. This already exists in the Main the Tone Curve Panel. The Parametric Tone Curve is often more intuitive and effective than the point curve.
I’d like to request the addition of Add 'New folder from selection' to the right-click menu in the Project Panel. This would take any selected project items and create a new folder, move those items into the new folder, and the folder would be active to directly type a new name.Functionally, this work work exactly the same as selecting items and dragging them to the Folder icon at the bottom of the project panel (big up Brian Carter for sharing the knowledge on that one 🍻). It would simply make the process faster to execute, as well as potentially increasing discoverability (thank you Kyle Hamrick, Jake Bartlett, Bobby Donald for valuable input on this 🙏🏾)It's a feature my file manager has (I'm using OneCommander - I think there's a Powertoys tool for this as well), and I find it super useful for quickly organising files. Just select the files needed, run the command, and they're placed in a new sub-folder that I can instantly name. Really useful for things like client asset dumps that come all in one folder. It would be really useful for quickly organising project structure, especially if the menu command could be added to a KBar button or keyboard shortcut.I'd imagine it living just under 'New comp from selection' in the right-click menu for the Project Panel, as a logical location that users may be familiar with for the other command.TLDR - Please add a menu command to place selected Project Panel items in a new folder, just like dragging items onto the new folder button.
Adobe Stock is currently very difficult to use professionally because of the flooding of low-grade AI generated vector assets.I would like to suggest a feature that would inform the user better of the actual quality of the file before deciding to download it.For example:Misleading thumbnail of a trashy, unusable, likely AI Generated stock asset. Note the useless filter on the left.Upon seeing this asset I imaging I can easily select objects to hide or recolor them, include products or texts behind some of the vegetal elements.Unfortunately upon download and inspection, the file is trash and unusable. Removing elements creates a hole in the illustration. Selecting an element to recolor or hide it is useless, as it also selects neighboring elements that merge with it.The Layers panels is an unfathomable sea of unlabeled elements that i do not wish to navigate. I think that I was misled by this thumbnail and wish Adobe would offer more information about the file to prevent feeling misled and wasting users’ billable time.Suggestion #1:Thumbnails of assets would include a zoomed in preview of the asset, helping the user decide if the file is up to their standards. As soon as the file is zoomed in, we can see that elements merge into each other and that is it unusable professionally: Suggestion #2:A wireframe preview of a vector file would help the user understand how the file was created and better decide to download or not: The only use for this I can think of is color-by-numbers. This is not what a professional file should look like.Suggestion #3:Adobe provides an insight in the Layers of the object top help determine whether they are easy to use or not (this would help for both AI-Generated vectorslop as well as for actual contributor content): This is enough for me to know that I will struggle if I dare venture into this jungle.Suggestion #4:Contributor ratings. If a contributor has had images removed or flagged for AI mislabeling, this should bring their rating down. Ratings help users make important life-saving decisions daily on every modern website from eBay to Uber, and it is astounding that Stock websites have not found a simple system to implement that. The account behind the Jungle illustration. No performance or satisfaction rating was detected anywhere in the minimalist design of this page. Spoiler alert: A lot of their images seem to be AI slop. There are maybe other ways to help Adobe Stock customers who are struggling with this issue but these seem to be easily to implement with a few UI changes and scripting. As someone who downloads and purchases assets from various websites, I find Adobe Stock to be one of the most limited, if not the most limited, when it comes down to preview file comprehension.
I'd like to request that Adobe expose mask manipulation through the Premiere Pro UXP API.Currently developers can work with sequences, clips, markers, and many timeline operations, but there is no public API for accessing or editing masks attached to clips or effects. It would be extremely valuable if the API allowed developers to:Read all masksCreate new masksDuplicate existing masksDelete masksMove masks from effect to another or from unassigned masks to an effect
Feature Request: Local Cage Offset Painting for BakingI'd love to see a Paintable Cage Offset feature in Substance 3D Painter, similar to Paint Offset in other programs.Currently, we can only adjust cage distances globally or import a custom cage. In many production scenarios, only a few small areas require additional projection distance. Being able to paint the cage offset directly on the low-poly mesh would:Reduce baking artifacts on complex assets. Eliminate the need to create custom cage meshes for minor issues. Speed up the baking workflow significantly. Work perfectly alongside the existing Skew Painting system.Ideally, artists could:Paint positive and negative cage offsets. Preview the offset cage live in the viewport. Blur/smooth the painted values. Rebake automatically while painting (similar to Auto Rebake). Store the offset map per Texture Set.This would make Substance Painter's baking workflow much closer to others programs while keeping everything inside Painter
S'il vous plait, laissez le calque de réglage comme il est. Celui de PHotoSHop Beta est trop compliqué et trop spécialisé.
in the video generation tool, it should be able to chain together different firefly capabilities, or any of them should. . I should be able to 1. Create an image 2. Turn it into an animated clip and 3. Add generated audio in one promptsee diagram
I use Lightroom on iPad to cull large numbers of portrait photos. My workflow is:Scroll through the grid (for example, image 463 of 629). Mark several candidate photos with the Pick flag. Filter the view to show only Picked photos. Remove the Pick flag from the weaker candidates until only the final selections remain. The problem is that when I disable the Pick filter and return to the full grid, Lightroom always jumps back to the beginning of the album instead of returning to my previous scroll position. On Lightroom Desktop (cloud-based), the scroll position is preserved, so this behavior is inconsistent between platforms.Preserving the previous scroll position on iPad would significantly improve the culling workflow for photographers working with hundreds of photos. Each subject typically has around 10 photos. I first Pick about 5 candidates, then filter to Picked photos and narrow them down to the final 3 selections.
It would be incredibly useful to have a "Ripple Expand" feature that restores selected (or all) timeline clips to their full source length while automatically rippling subsequent clips to prevent overlaps. This would make it easy to recover from accidental trims in large projects without manually expanding each clip one by one. A simple option like "Expand to Source Duration (Ripple)" would save significant editing time.
When you copy a sequence and then delete clips in it, the old transcription stays with the timeline. Sometimes I copy a timeline because it has a layout and features that I am using consistently throughout a project but am building new edits within it. I realize that creating a template is probably the best way to go, but sometimes I just want to copy another timeline with edits already in it and work from that. I'd like to be able to just completely delete the transcript that comes over with it. Perhaps offer an option in the ... menu to CLEAR TRANSCRIPTION I am on MacPro (M1) in PP 23.2 on Ventura
🎙️ Audio VST Effects like Duckers which I want to use for voiceovers need sidechain to work.(Lower music volume when voice is speaking)So please please Adobe, implement this normal professional feature in Premiere Pro.Thanks a lot. 😀Then I can use https://unitedplugins.com/VoxDucker/ finally.
