Bring back the old masking tool in premiereOpen for Voting

The new masking tool in premiere is terrible. I’m so tired of adobe taking thousands of my dollars for their subscription based crap, and then implementing “updates” that no one asked for while there are bugs that haven’t been fixed for 10 years. With the new masking tool, I now have to double the amount of steps and triple the amount of time it takes to make a basic mask transition with a straight object passing through the frame. When I have keyframes ON and move the position/path each frame, it doesn’t create a new keyframe. I have to manually click it for EVERY. SINGLE. FRAME. This is ridiculous. You would think oh, the tracker can track a straight line across the screen? WRONG. If its slightly out of focus, like something in your foreground would probably be, it doesn’t even know what it is tracking. To make this ridiculous and stupid change and then to NOT have a legacy mode is even more stupid. Why am I paying adobe for this garbage? As soon as my subscription is up with adobe, I’m moving to Resolve. You mean I can pay $300 for a complete program, not have to pay thousands to a subscription, AND STILL receive all the updates, updates that are actually good and beneficial? What a crazy and novel concept. I haven’t switched because I didn’t want to have to relearn another program, but with this crap adobe is putting out, I’m already having to relearn how to do tasks that should be BASIC and SIMPLE. This is ridiculous.

P: Head DetectionOpen for Voting

Please update Lightroom Classic to include “Head Detection”While I appreciate the ability to select individual aspects of a person face and body to edit, it would save me a tremendous amount of time if Lightroom was able to detect just a persons head and all facial features found within.  Often I do not wish to edit a person’s entire body as their attire does not require adjustments.  It takes too much time selecting all of the facial features in the selection panel.  The other workaround is to select an entire person and then removing the mask for a person’s clothes and body skin afterward.  Which again, takes up time when doing this hundreds of times for a particular gallery or event.  It would increase my productivity tremendously by having a face and/or head option that limits the mask to a person’s head and/or face. Also appreciated if there was an option where I did not have to manually remove the background after creating a mask for a person.  If I do not remove the background from the selection mask of a person/subject after the mask’s creation, a halo is noticeable around the subject; particularly around a subject’s hair.  It would save me a lot of time if Lightroom did not include some aspects of the background that it currently includes when selecting for a person.  At the very least, create an option so that this step is done automatically when selecting for a person or hair.  Thanks!

The ability to transfer Illustrator text along with its applied styles into PhotoshopOpen for Voting

Hello Adobe Team, I hope you are doing well.I am writing to request an important feature that would significantly improve the workflow between Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Currently, when text with Graphic Styles / Appearance effects is copied from Illustrator into Photoshop, the text can only remain fully intact if imported as a Smart Object. However, Smart Objects prevent the text from being editable directly inside Photoshop, since double-clicking opens the file back in Illustrator. In many real-world workflows, especially in graphic design and social media production, we need: The ability to transfer Illustrator text—along with its applied styles—into Photoshop while keeping it as an editable Photoshop text layer. More specifically, it would be extremely helpful if Photoshop could directly interpret: Multiple strokes (similar to Illustrator’s Appearance panel) Layered fills More complex text appearances Automatic conversion of Illustrator Graphic Styles into Photoshop Layer Styles This feature would allow designers to: Edit text inside Photoshop without re-creating complex effects manually Reduce time-consuming style reconstruction Avoid workflow disruption caused by Smart Object limitations Keep consistency between Illustrator and Photoshop assets Requested Feature Summary: Add an option such as: “Paste Illustrator Text as Editable Photoshop Text With Effects”or“Convert Illustrator Graphic Styles to Photoshop Layer Styles” This would dramatically improve cross-app compatibility and save a great deal of production time for designers who rely on both applications together. Thank you for considering this enhancement.I greatly appreciate the continuous improvements Adobe makes for creative professionals, and I believe this feature would have substantial positive impact. Best regards,SiLYEV.
