Lightroom Classic

Hallo, ich nutze Lightroom Classic Version 14.2, MacBook Pro 14" M1, Mac OS 15.3.2 (24D81) und habe seit ca. 5,6 Monate ein wirklich nerviges Problem. Bis dato war es immer so, wenn ich Bilder exportiert habe hat er mir den zuletzt ausgewählten Ordner vom vorherigen Export als Verzeichnis vorgeschlagen. Seit kurzem wählt er immer (!) den Schreibtisch aus.  Erklärt an einem Beispiel:- Ich exportiere 5 Bilder in den Ordner bzw. das Verzeichnis: Schreibtisch-Projekt xy-Export-Webfotos - Exportiere kurz darauf (ohne LR zu schließen) 5 weitere Bilder. Früher war ich dann automatisch in dem Ordner den ich zuletzt für den Export ausgewählt habe. Nun schlägt er jedes mal den Schreibtisch vor. Kann sich das jemand erklären? Wie bekomme ich das behoben? Ich stoße tagtäglich auf dieses Problem mehrere male und es kostet mich wirklich eine Menge Zeit. Danke & Cheers! 

My subscription ended, I need to export some photos because of work, I should be able too, I don't get the option to even open lightroom, i can only buy or uninstall. I read I was going to be able to export my work after subscription ended. I need to, then all my work is lost because I no longer want to pay subscription? I understand not being able to edit but I payed for your software to be able to edit my photos. Now i need to pay to export my photos from your program? what the hell is that? seriously?? and no way to contact because i'm no longer a paying costumer? WTH???/ Those photos are mine and I should be able to export photos from my catalog to JPG. What a cash grab seriously you are not here to make our life easier, now that you guys are a monopoly are effin everyone over? WTH!!?

Linear and radial gradient mask no longer have controls once placed over photograph.  Previously masks could be moved, resized etc. now there are no handles or controls what-so-ever.  I un-installed and re-installed LRc.  Updated video drivers.  Updated Windows OS.     Lightroom Classic version: 11.5 [ 202208080927-8a575c91 ]License: Creative CloudOperating system: Windows 10 - Business EditionVersion: 10.0.19044

Hello,I can tether seamlessly with my Canon 6D old camera with exactly the same software. But when I use my new Canon R6M2 + new TetherTool cable, LM connects with the camera, I can do live view, remote trigger. But after photos are taken, they do not show up on the designated folder. What is going on? PLEASE HELP!

LrC is not syncing at all. I think I can trace it to installation of 14.2, possibly before, as I haven't taken a lot of pictures lately. Import works fine for two cameras but there is absolutely no syncing with LR Mobile or lightroom.adobe.com. Photos from iPhone show up and sync fine, but not imports. I have tried all the standard advice:- Pause sync > Resume sync. No change.- Pause sync > quit LR > reopen LR > resume sync. No change.- Quit LR, reopen without pausing sync. No change. (That would get syncing unstuck in the past.)- Rebuild sync data (at least 5 times). No change.- Generate diagnostic report (can't understand it)- Restart iMac as well as shut down all the way then restart, numerous times. No change.- Clear cache on iPhone. No change.- Do a minor edit on a few photos. No change.- Opt-Shift on opening LR to reset preferences. No change.- Probably a couple other things and nothing works.- Cloud icon has the check mark in the green circle indicating "Synced" but

J'ai migré d'un iMac27" sur un Mac Mini et depuis lorsque je clique droit sur une photo je n'ai plus la main sur "modifier dans. "

I am running LRC v14.2 and Win11. Since I have 2 computers I have my catalog on external harddisk. This solution has been working fine for a long time, however lately (v14 ?) I have now discovered that LRC damage (delete) my original RAW photos in a way that I loose them. They are deleted from my disk.   I put my raw files in different folders and add them in to the catalog. In the library module I rename the pictures, then I go to Develop module for adjustment and export them as JPEG photos. All this is working fine. The problem is that in my previos folder all RAW files has been deleted and the RAW files from last folder is copied in to that folder.  In the libary module I can see the picture, but in Develop module it says "The file could not be found"

 I get an error message when I run a backup. I have checked the permissions and access - everything is ok. Could the error be that I have Time Machine running on my mac studio?

Em vez disso, aparece uma exclamação com o aviso:"Algumas máscaras precisam ser atualizadas."Como trabalho com grande volume de fotos (acima de 2000 por vez), atualizar manualmente as máscaras após a importação se torna inviável devido ao tempo necessário.Medidas já tomadas sem sucesso:Contato prévio com o suporte da Adobe (inclusive com acesso remoto);Reinstalação do Lightroom Classic;Formatação do PC e reinstalação de diferentes versões do Windows.O problema persiste independentemente das versões utilizadas. Gostaria de saber se há alguma solução definitiva para esse comportamento.Alguém já passou ou está passando por este erro?E tem solução???

Hey everybody, So ive got a lot of photos of people standing in the same position but they shift slightly between photos since i was adjusting my stance a bit. I want to edit one photo and also apply a subject-mask and copy all that to the next of the same people and just move the mask a tiny bit over, but i cannot move the mask! I see the mask "pin" (the little people icon) but cannot click it and move it over a few millimeters. How do i move the mask around like usual with other masks? Subject masks cannot be moved using the mask's pin? Re-creating the mask and redoing all its edits each time is not an option as it is too slow and costing too much money. Thank you for any info or the "must be super obvious right in front of me" setting to allow it to move.

I had found a Tips YouTube Movie that showed a "hidden" way of being able to apply this button to any selection of photos rather than just one at a time. This worked brilliantly for me and saved hours of time as once I had set it once it remained active every time I restarted Lightrooom. Unfortunatley it has reverted to single photos only and I cannot remember how to reset it and I cannot find the YouTube Movie either. Can anyone help me please?

Issue: Graphics glitches Lightroom Classic version: 13.5.1 [ 202408271704-d15d09cd ] MacOS Sequoia 15.0.1 Apple Silicon M3 Max Issue: Graphics glitches whilst using LR in develop and library whilst Full Graphics Acceleration is enabled. Step 1 Goto Performance > Enable 'Use GPU for image processing (Process version 5 or higher)'. Step 2 Navigate the Library and start editing pictures and graphics glitches begin to apppear. Expected result: No graphics glitches Actual result: Glitches appear within the edited file but also randomly in various elements of the LR interface, sometimes even in the menu bar of the OS. Sometimes the system will crash, reboot and log back in with a crash report ready to send to Apple. A WORK AROUND is to ENABLE 'Use GPU for Display' but DISABLE 'Use GPU for image processing (Process version 5 or higher)', no more graphics glitches and LRC can be used to edit images without any issues. Recently updated to mac OS Sequoia 15.3.2 and started having problems importing photos from my iPhone to Liughtroom Classic. It will import some photos, but not all of them. Looked through the some of the old community posts for suggestions, but none of the previous advice seems to help...

I have recently encourted this problem in Lightroom.  I copy the exposure, color temprature etc. (Command C)I then paste it on a set of images (Command V)  The first time I hit command V it is not applying. The second time I hit command V it will finally apply.  I have reset Lightroom Classic and it is still doing this to me.  Macbook Pro - November 2024 - Computer I am using 

I've recently experienced a consistent crash of tethering my Canon 5D Mark IV to Lightroom Classic v. 11.3.1 (most recent update as of 4/22/22) after exactly 6 shots. I use a 15 ft. TetherPro USB-C to 3.0 Micro-B cable to my HP OMEN laptop with an Intel Core i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz and 32 GB of RAM. I’m running Windows 10. I called Tether Tools tech support after reading two articles on their website that blame the issue on the speed limiters built into the USB 3.0 ports on laptop computers. They suggested using a powered USB hub, the Tether Tools boost controller or my USB-C port. I tried the powered USB (which I happen to have) and it didn’t work. I then purchased the boost controller and a Tether Tools USB-C cable and neither solved the problem. I read another post where it was suggested to turn off the Use Graphics Processor option in LR settings but that didn’t work either. I then discovered 2 solutions that avoiding the freeze (1) shoot jpg (not a good option)

I'm quite nervous about this---I have about 35000 images in my LR Classic catalog, that I've worked with for years on my dear old iMac. The images themselves, though, are on a couple of 2TB drives in a two-tray box from Mac Gurus, and I hope to keep them right where they are. These drives have been connected via Firewire 800 to the iMac, using a Thunderbolt 2 to FW800 adapter. I'm about to update the drive box from FW to USB 3.1, for faster data movement when connected to the Mac Studio. When I got the Studio, I used Migration Assistant to bring all my files and folders from the iMac to the Studio, but I continued to use the iMac just for Lightroom work because its screen was better than what I had for the Studio. I've just acquired a Studio Display as well, so I'm ready to start using LR on the Studio at last. When I started LR on the new Studio, Adobe apparently copied my existing library to it, via the Cloud, I assume---nice! I have HEVC .m4v video files created with Apple Final Cut + Compressor which work fine in Lightroom CC, Lightroom Mobile, and Lightroom Cloud, but cannot be read by Lightroom CC Lightroom Classic 14.1.1, Mac OSX Sequoia 15.2, Apple M2  Trying to import HEVC .m4v files fails with "An unknown error occurred while reading the video file." The clip imports fine into Lightroom CC on the same computer, as well as Lightroom Mobile on an iPad, and syncs through Lightroom Cloud. These clips also don't sync down into Lightroom Classic from Lightroom Cloud The clips were created using Final Cut Pro and Apple Compressor, Apple 4K HEVC Profile. All clips generated with Apple Composer and HEVC profile have this problem Sample clip in Google Drive

I have the same problem I cannot transfer photos from lightroom to photoshop I can only suspect it is because I have a PC with a snapdragon processor is Adobe aware of this?   [Mod.: Please don't react approx. two years old posts. I went to open LRC and it will not get past the start up and freezes where it says that it is reading preferences. I have rebooted still nothing. I reset to default preferences and nothing happened. I uninstalled LRC and reinstalled and same problem. I am running a brand new MacBook Pro. Help. 

Hi,after upgrading to Lightroom Classic 14.2 my GPU GeForce GTX970 4GB stopped working in Lightroom (Error message - GPU is not supported for graphic acceleration). When I downgraded back to 14.1. GPU acceleration works fine.Does anyone know something about official discountinuing of support of GeForce GTX970 in 14.2 or it can be a bug issue?

It appears 14.2 has problems  It has corrupted two of my catalogs I dont dare even try any others.I cant work.I have tried resetting prefercences
