Lightroom Classic

I import files from my SD Card and do not edit them.  Put the card back in the camera and take more photos.  Import the files to LR Classic again and the photos from the previous import show on the card as new images and LR wants to import them again.  This used to work and uncheck the previously imported files. What has changed?Using macOS and latest version of LR.Thanks,Dave

Since updating to LRc 13.3.1 it is very slow and is getting worse as time goes on. Getting more frequent "not responding" screens.   No changes to Windows computer and everything else is working fine. Optimized the catalog, increased cache size etc to no avail.

I have a iMAC 2023, 24GB of memory. I just denoised about 10 images back to back. And now i went to denoise and I get an error that says: UNSUPPORTED HARDWARE: Enhance requires a graphic card with Metal Support. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN!? I have the right software? So I never had this issue before but I imported some presets and they don‘t show up in lightroom? And when I try to import them again it says they have already been imported. When I check in finder they are there but not showing up in lightroom.

Have a moderately large catalog (~150K images) running on M1 Mac Mini, 16gb ram. Since upgrading to Classic v13.4, deleting files takes an absurdly long time. Select a file, hit "Remove Selected Photo..." and the progress bar shows "Gathering Information". This can go on for a minute or two until the final dialog box to remove the image comes up. I've optimized the catalog with no change. LR has never been a rocket but I've found more than usable. Until now. Anyone run into this too?

Hi- Hoping someone has a work around for this. I'm editing photos from a wedding and there is a portion of the night where all the skin tones look to red. I don't want to change the color anywhere else in the photo... redness is mostly from drinking I think! When I create a mask using the "select people" function and select multiple people, I then adjust the color to my liking, go to "copy settings" where I just copy the mask and then when I do to "paste settings" to the next group photo ineviatbly the mask is only applied to one person, the person on the far left.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

Ao tentar sincronizar as configurações efetuadas em uma foto e selecionar as demais para as mesmas configurações o LGHTROOM trava, após travar somente pressionando o ESC para voltar a etapa anterior.  I am a longtime lightroom classic user.  Seem to have this irritating issue. - develop module- auto sync is ON- select a handful of photos- first photo in batch is the reference photo- make a variety of adjustments- randomly the reference photo resets the sliders to zero AND the values to the right of the sliders disappear.  see photo- HISTORY for the photo is still intact BUT sliders are reset??? Adobe support hung up on me after doing initial steps - optimzed catalog- reset to factory defaults- reset preferences- reinstalled the app. PROBLEM PERSISTS.  Tom    https://youtu.be/oWqoV6J7eQk

Estou tendo grandes problemas na quando faço a edição no modo revelação do Ligtroom.Faço a foto na camera em sRGB, edito as fotos da muehor forma possivel nas cores que de costume trabalhar, ao exportar as cores saem mais contrastadas e saturadas, mesmo exportando o arquivo em sRGB.No meu Lightromm não é possivel mudar o perfil de corres pois, na aba de revelção em Perfil nao me aparece outros perfis de cores e nem de camera.

The issue goes away when I disable graphics card acceleration. I did not have this issue until about a month ago, and I've updated and reinstalled both lightroom classic and my graphics card drivers. I'm  running a AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT with the following driver version: 24.10.29.01-240714a-405988C-AMD-Software-Adrenalin-Edition When I edit photos, I run into an issue where all these bizzare solors show up in my previews and main window, then the program crashes. 

Hello everyone, a question for the experts: why Lr and LrC don't have the same keyboard shortcuts? It just seems a useless mess.

I recently update lightroom cc, and now when i try to import pictures from an sd card it doesn't let me and it says that the picture is already in catalog, but i havent imported these images. i have no clue what to do

Since upgrading to 13.2 or thereabouts, all the keywords I add to my photos (like tagging people through face recognition, or using suggested/recent keywords) ignore the hierarchical structure I had set up and are added to 'root' instead.   Has anyone experienced this?

Hello, I want to install brushes in LR classic. Looking to Preset - All other LR presets. Short a black frame appears thats all. I cannot find folder 'Local Adjustment Presets'

Hallo zusammen,   was mache ich falsch? Ich möchte gern ein Bild über die Superauflösung vergrößern und dann entrauschen. Das klappt nicht. Bei keinem Bild. Ist das so gewollt? Und wenn ja: Warum? Denn aus meiner Sicht ist das suboptimal.   Wird das als Update kommen?   Gruß Kai

I have recently had a problems with DNG and Fujifilm raw files imported into Lightroom from different SD cards, from different cameras.  In the Library module the images look normal, bit once opened in the Develop module the files look corrupted.   I thought it was just with recent files uploaded, but if I go back and open other images that were successfully edited some time ago the same thing happens. I can open the files in Apple Photos and successfully edit them, so I suspect it is something to do with Adobe Lightroom rather than the raw files themselves.  If I open the files in Adobe Camera Raw I get the same corrupted view. Running Lightroom Classic v 13.4 on a MacBook Pro (Last Intel version), files held separately on a hard drive. I'm not sure how to say it.  Theres a super short video attached if you aren't riding your buggy on my trail from the explanation that follows. The circumference of a radial mask usually has a black marker and a smaller black circle inside showing the feather area. Linear gradients usually have 3 black lines denoting the center and boundaries. They can be moved or resized. I'm not getting anything but the red overlay when I place a mask. This is what I get for a day now. Restarted LRC, restarted creative cloud, checked for updates. Nothing has fixed it. So while I can see a red overlay, everything else is a guess and if I don't happen to magically lay out the mask boundaries perfectly despite not seeing them, I have to delete it and start again since there's no black lines. I've attempted clicking in the places the lines would be and nothing happens. I'm on the LRC 11.3.1Windows 10i7 7700 3.6ghz32g ram1Tb SSD250G SSD1 Tb HDDNvidia 1070

Hello everybody, I am running a late version of Lightroom Classic on my M3 MBP. I made a stupid mistake the other night and accidentally created a hitch in my backup system to where I was using Carbon Copy Cloner. I recently got some new SSD drives, my Carbon Copy Cloner task menu was full of old things so I decided to delete everything old.Well, I accidentally made a boo-boo, and I will chalk it up to exhaustion, so I took my Lacey rugged 2 TB SSD, which is one of my two drives and is currently my primary working drive, which I back up to a 2 TB scan extreme when I created the new Carbon Copy Cloner profile accidentally copied the back up onto what is supposed to be my primary drive long story short I went and tried to fix things messed it up. I decided to rename the drive and correct everything. It says my main drive has 668 GB of space left on it. I just tried to download a memory card with 25 photos of the sunset I took. I got the message in the screenshot. I know my Z9 takes large

Hi there,I am new to lightroom. I am currently learning how to use lightroom using you tube videos.I don't seem to be able to find File Handling and New Metadata Preset. Does anyone know how to find them?Thanks Tiger 

How to fix this Error? I not able to reduce noise with AI. My computer is 2014 MacBook Air,  the "Super Resolution" can be done, but AI denoise can't.Hope somebody can help me, thank you so much.

Following the release of Lr Classic 13.3 I have a potential bug that i cannot understand.  If i import a Nikon NEF raw file Lightroom applies Process Version 6 to it.  If i send the same file through DXO PureRaw 4 and then import the resulting DNG file into Lr Classic it applies Process Version 5. Not sure if this is a LrC or DXO issue but i cant remember it happening before the 13.3 update.

When activating DeNoise in LRcc on a NEF image, DeNoise goes through the motions and finishes.  However the DeNoised image does not show up.  Screen says 'no image'. If I restart LRcc then the DeNoised image shows up. I have uninstalled LRcc and reinstalled.  Otimized LRcc and every other thing I can think of. I tried usings Topaz Photo AI with the same result as above. There were also times that Relmove Photo would not allow removal. when restarting however the images were in the trash can. I am flumoxed! Any help appreciated. LRcc and MacOS all up to date.
