Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hello,I have Lr for mobile on a Samsung tablet. I used it during an Alaska trip last year with a good deal of frustration. I don't think I accomplished download and sharing the same way twice during the 10 days. I will be traveling to remote Alaska again and will use the tablet and an OTG device to back up daily images from SD cards to a thumbdrive. I will shoot RAW+jpg for the trip and plan to save all to the thumbdrive and save jpgs I wish to share to the tablet's ext card. 1. I would like to use Lr for mobile in the tablet (I use the CC photog plan) to view the downloaded images on the thumb drive or the tablet's ext card, to cull and to choose a few to edit/send. Is this possible to do without wifi or cell? (I do not use cloud services and I will not have a connection for this anyway. The tablet only works on wifi) I will send the finished photos to my phone, sign on to a Starlink connection, and send.2. Can I create/store smart previews of the RAW images on my table

Hey guys, maybe you will be able to answer my question. let me explain my situation:I created a preset in lightroom, while saving it I disabled adjuting my exposure and while balance when applying it on image. it works well with 99% of my images but I came across one image and when I apply the preset to it it becomes totally underexposed and I have to crank up the exposure quite a bit to get it back to normal. The photo was shot on iphone 14 pro, in Raw format. When I apply it to a similar photo taken like 5 mins after it doesnt underexpose it. does anyone know why does this happen to me? thank you all:)

I have been using the Lightroom mobile premium with 100gb storage space and I'm confused how it would work if i also subscribe to the Adobe photography plan with 20gb storage space that includes lightroom mobile. Would my lightroom mobile storage decrease to 20gb or would it stay at 100gb? Would it be best to just have different IDs for these plans as i don't need that much storage for photoshop but i would like to have a subscription to the app and the photography plan seems to be cheaper than just photoshop plan

I can't start the camera in the mobile version of Lightroom, it just doesn't start to start it. You have to remove the permission to use the camera and run the application. And then only through the application give permission. This is the only way the camera starts. IPhone XS Max IOS 17.7 

Hi Adobe, Could you please help me as soon as possible. I lost all my Cloud photos from Lightroom after accidently switching to another Lightroom plan. I have already cancelled this plan but this is available to 23 December. 2024 Now all my photos in Lightroom with a 1TB plan are all gone. How can I retrieve this or do I have to wait after 23 December 2024. Could you please help me! 

Lightroom is changing the lighting and colours on my cr3 raw photo and is adding noise to it when I import it. The photo was taken on a canon m50 mark ii and this problem only started happening after the iOS 18.2 update. I am editing on an iPhone 16 pro max. I currently cannot edit any of my photos due to this. I have attached screenshots to show what is happening. My app is up to date, it is doing the same on the website as well as in photoshop. I'm not sure about any of the other apps. Please fix this asap. 

I can't fully use photoshop and lightroom, camera raw doesn't work in photoshop. Lightroom doesn't start at all.Windows 11, graphics drivers updated.Everything installed, I think, on the local disk. Hello.. I went on a trip and I backed up my photos on Lightroom mobile like every other year .except that this time when I got home there was a synchronization error with LR on PCet I lost 600 photos .. Thank you Adobe. deplorable    {Thread title edited by Moderator}

I am doing an editing course with the iPhone Academy, and I'm trying to understand why what they have on their screen is not the same as what I am looking at in my Lightroom app. There is something that they're describing as versions and when I am trying to create a version it doesn't allow me. I anyone able to help me

Hello,   I do have an Adobe photography plan and am using LR Classic (desktop) on a PC.I have a few travels planned (in countries with Internet is not something readilby available (where I will have no network/Internet connectivity). With LR Classic (desktop) it would work but I would like to only leave with a tablet (ideally iPad PRO or not) and not a laptop.So this is a dual question:Can I run a version of LR that doesn't require Internet access on an iPad/PRO? Either Classic (desktop) or LR CC if it can work with local storage only and does not require Internet access.Thank you very much!

I paid for a year of Lightroom for mobile but when I use the app and try to make edit changes it says I need to get a membership

The screen shows the photo to be shot in DNG mode, but goes blank if switched to jpg. This is also true for the front camera.

When selectiing 'Edit in Photoshop 2025' in Lightroom PS is saying it is unable to ppen the NEF file due to a disc error.   I can access the same file from Photoshop directly from the external hard drive - is there a known problem?

My premium subscription is not working. I've already reinstalled the app, checked that Im using correct email, checked apple store for any problem. Everything is ok and I have been charged. In the application it shows expired subscription. When I try option to buy premium it shows error, when I try to restore subscription it shows loading page but doesn't go through.

I am currently trying to setup a new desktop with a new NAS and download lightroom. It is asking to download all photos, I have 2.3tb of photos. I am trying to pick a folder in my newly setup NAS and it currently is saying "Not enough free space available" even though there is 21TB of storage. How can I best get lightroom to recognize the space available?  

I saw a Youtube video of a guy showing off his presets and to my utter surprise he had two view options for presets - list and grid. It looks great that he can get a quick preview of the presets without having to hover over.  I do not get these options at all and for me it's just a list? Am I missing something? 

I have an issue where whatever i do, my grid view dos not load. Nothing. Only gray. Detail view works fine. filmstrim in detail also has issues, but only sometimes.Nybody ran into this or similar issue?

I have a picture in Google Photos with location-data. However after editing the picture in Lightroom, and using share - upload To Google Photos, alle metadata is there except for the location. In the export settings I have checked the option to retain location data. It seems like a bug or am missing something?

Upgraded to premium but Can’t access premium

I just updated our Mac Lab (iMac Intel Core i5) computers to Sequoia 15.2. We are using Shared Licensing with Creative Cloud. When I start Lightroom CC (not classic), the program starts then exits immediately. In the upper right-hand corner it has a login button. I am already logged in. I have tried uninstalling Lightroom, rebooting, then reinstalling Lightroom, rebooting. Lighroom Classic works just fine.What is the next step to get this working? We have classes starting soon that will need this program.

Saved a photo through LR mobile to add my water mark. But the colour was distorted from the original. Particularly noticeable because it was snow. No other edits done but the photo came out darker. Why? How can I correct this. Thanks.
