Please Sir/Madam Adobe, Can you update Lr so that after you use Denoise it takes you to the "Enhanced-NR.dng" file and doesn't stay on the file that you just used Denoise on.  Thanks! 

Hi! I'm desperate for help after upgrading my Lightroom and amongst several issues- lost my ability to sync to Mobile/Ipad. I am on Lightroom 13.3 because I can't upgrade past 13.5 without upgrading my computer software which I don't want to do.  I have no sync errors showing, and when I sync a collection, the album appears on LrM but not the photos inside of it. So obviously in some way, it is connected, but for some reason the collection appears empty.   I spent 2 hours on the phone with Adobe and they couldn't figure it out either. They tried creating a new catalog, and rebuilding sync data and neither worked. Photos edited on the Ipad update on LrC but not the other way around.  Sync is the center of my workflow as I do culling and editing of all client galleries on the Ipad so would SO appreciate any guidance!

I am having an issue with my photo not syncing to the cloud. It has been trying to upload for a few weeks now and I am afraid one day I will lose my work. Is this a known issue? Is there a way to fix this? I have dne some research and one post said to flag or rate your work. After that it will recognize a change and begin to upload. Still nothing... Please help.

Applying keystone corrections to images that involve complex geometric patterns at odd angles requires manual adjustments.  It is often necessary to rotate an image before applying a keystone correction, and there will be times when rotation and perspective correction may have to be iteratively applied.  In Capture One, the same panel that provides for Keystone correction also has a rotation tool which makes it so much easier to manually apply these corrections than in LR, which requires switching backand forth between the Transform panel in the image Edit tab and the Crop tab.  Could we add a rotation slider / tool into the Transform panel?  I highly recommend it, even at the risk of a bit of duplication.

The Adobe Lightroom Downloader installation process stops with the message 'no library found'. Has anyone experienced this? 

I'm paying for the subscription, even tried repaying multiple times and every time I go to the app after a day it says I don't have premium but I am paying for premium... how do I fix it

I have a Creative Cloud "photography" subscription that comes with 20Gb of cloud storage. I've had this plan since 2015. I've exceeded the storage quota, and now the apps are basically useless. I can't save any "projects." Ok, fine, I'll upgrade my plan. However, when I click on "manage plan," the only option I get is to "end my service." (See attached image.) Am I going to have to cancel my subscription and then resubscribe to a plan with more storage and then re-upload my 20+ Gb of images? This is not a good customer retention strategy.  

Hey, for some reason Lightroom CC imported about 2500 of my photo's to May 9, 2017. These photos are in reality from a variety of different dates. I also store my photos with google photo's and these same 2500 photos appear under the correct dates there so it seems to be a Lightroom problem. Does anyone have an explanation for this and more importantly a solution, preferably one that is quick! If all else fails then my 2nd question would be, does anyone know how to change the capture date on each photo in Lightroom CC, either on Windows or on the IOS version. Let me know if you have an answer! This is super annoying!!!

App works on lightroom 6.5 and 7.0. anything newer and the program will use more and more ram until the system itself begins to page, and lead to remarkably slow operation and lightroom crashes.  Contacted support and they ran through all troubleshooting steps, getting onto senior team who are reviewing a memory dump file (26GB file, as i only have 32GB of ram the system i can't go higher). absolutely no progress.  This issue is present on a system running, an AMD Ryzen CPU and a Radeon GPU, also present on an Intel CPU, Nvidia GPU system. It happens on windows 10, it happens on windows 11, it happens with completely new drivers, and up to date software. it happens on a clean install of the OS and adobe creative cloud. (by clean, i mean clean OS installation, and using Creative cloud cleaner to remove all traces of adobe software on the machine.) I have no plugins active and no external apps interacting with the application. This issue persists if edi

I load few hundred photos into my LR Ipad, but only a handful of them got uploaded into LR Classic.  I checked LR Web and all photos showed up there, so how to fix this issue?  Thanks

Lightroom is seeing and reading my SD card. However I'm not able to edit the photo at all from the card. I can only choose to import them some where else. I know for sure I was able to edit photos directly from the SD card in the past; I'm not sure what I'm missing.

Hello, I have a question regarding cloud storage. I currently have a yearly subscription to Lightroom with 40GB from the Apple Store, and I already have several photos stored in the cloud. I want to switch to a subscription directly from Adobe, specifically to the Lightroom 1TB plan. My question is whether it’s possible to somehow transfer the photos from the previous subscription to the cloud of the new subscription. Everything is under the same account. The recent update bugged out the lens corrections tab. I can enable lens corrections but I cannot select which lens profile it should use. This is especially annoying because I use vintage lenses.

Здравствуйте, после входа в приложение adobe lightroom через секунд 20 высвечивает ошибку. Причина не удается подключиться к серверу. Lightroom не удается подключиться к серверу. Повторите попытку позже. Программа как будто запускается не полной. При открытии программы главный экран где должно быть предложение загрузить фото и так далее, окно темное. Большинство функций серые как по зеркалу. Какие варианты только не пробовал. Порекомендуйте пожалуйста решение данной проблемы. Нужно работать а данная ошибка мешает.

I have purchased some presets on etsy and when i try to upload the dng file to lightroom, the option to "create preset" is greyed out and i can't click it. i've uploaded many presets before so im not sure why it isn't working anymore. When using aspects of the "people" mask I can't see the changes live. I have to make a change, click to reconfigure the mask, click again to update the aspects of the mask and then the change is made and I can see if I like it. It's impossible to see the nuances of the photo. Also, if I click off the photo and return to it later it requires me to go through the reconfiguring and updates again. For each and every mask I make. If I update the people masks then the backgroud mask, the people masks then need updating again. Whatever you have done to "update" the AI, it is not good and majorly frustrating.    [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]
