Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hi, How can I create a slideshow video from my photos and my music? I tried on both Ipad and Android phone and couldn't find such options in the menu, where other people reported that paying customers  should be able to do so. Thank you in advance.

Fiz o contrato  de sete dias gratuito do Lightroom e ainda assim foi cobrada indevidamente, apesar de ter cancelado ainda durante o período de teste. É uma compra no valor de R$82,90 e não esse valor é  inviável de pagar, ainda mais que eu não comprei. Estou tentando entrar em contato para ter o reembolso e não consigo resposta.

Lightroom doesnt open photos in Photoshop after update. Writes: "The file could not be edited because Adobe Photoshop could not be launched"

I have several versions of one image, all look very similar. Lightroom is identifying them as duplicates and I am simply unable to import them in for editing. How can I override the do not import duplicates into the program?

So I use Lightroom and Photoshop and my laptop has decent spec I have 1TB of storage 585GB on my C Drive and then the rest on my D Drive. I import my photos in to lightroom then when I export them I save to a file then transfer file to an external hard drive then clear the photos off my laptop so I save space. I currently only have 14678 images in my lightroom in ARW files. I have had a alot more in there in the past ( will normally delete folders I wont use again or dont need to keep) but now I only have 5 gb of space left on my laptop and I have nothing I can trim off to give me more space.... Are the files saving somewhere I am not seeing?    Can I move lightroom to my D Drive?   Using the most updated Lr (updated 10.20.24)(computer specs: just in case its helpful Gs75 Stealth 9SF)  intel(R) Core (TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.60 GHz Ram16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)  System type 64-bit , x64 processor 

White balance eye dropper tool doesn't always work. Sometimes while editing I want to white balance several photos in a row, so I press "w" to turn on the white balance picker and go frame to frame. Sometimes, when I do this and mouse I've the image, instead of getting the eye dropper tool, the mouse cursor stays on zoom. The eye dropper icon in the color section is highlighted, but clicking in the image only zooms. By clicking around, sometimes I can get it to work again, but usually I have had to quit and restart Lightroom. This is on Windows 10 with an Nvidia 2060 GPU and a Logitech 305 Bluetooth mouse. 

I do not own a computer so I rely on lightroom mobile for everything.. As of October, I am no longer able to download any photos or video from the app. It crashes every single time. Unfortunately thanks to Canon's new files, lightroom is the only app that will read these files to where I can download them since I cannot back them up to anything else. I've cleared my cache and restarted my phone multiple times.    Is there a way to fix this? And does anyone also know how to get ahold of Adobe since they don't actually have tech support when it comes to the mobile app?  Hallo, i just buy premium Lr Mobile. I want to use Lr for Colorgrading my video with MOV format. And when i export it with video type MP4 , it cant export the video, the app says "Couldn't Complete export". I dont know why. Anyone can help me? My deadline is getting closer😭

Hi all! I am trying to HDR photo merge multiple stacks of photos, but when I do so, lightroom tries to combine each of the stacks together, and results in a "unable to merge" error message.   I've watched multiple tutorials online where people are using Ctrl+H when they have multple stacks selected, and Lightroom automatically creates MULTIPLE photo merge tasks... Lightroom is not doing this for me, but rather combines all stacks into a single Photo merge task, which fails.   Can anybody straighten me out here? I can't continue spending loads of time selecting each 3-photo batch and excecuting the photo-merge task one by one... it takes ages.   Thanks so much all!!!   {Thread renamed by moderator}

Recently migrated from LrC to Lightroom. All seemed to go well. Lightroom on my macbookpro (Sonoma 14.6.1) shows all 21,000+ photos in my albums in the Cloud. BUT both my iPhone15Pro  (17.6.1) and iPadPro (17.6.1) include only about 5,600 photos. While all the albums are present, most are either empty or contain only a few photos.  How do I fix this? Why isn't the Lightroom Cloud the same for all three, that is, just like on my macbook? Perhaps this helps with a diagnosis?:  The Cloud icon on the iOS devices says "Synced and backed-up" (which obviously they are not, at least not fully). However, on the macbook (which actually appears to be fully synced and backed-up), the Lightroom Cloud icon has a red exclamation mark. When I click on it, I get this message box: Under Connect Your Devices, when I click on the Lightroom Mobile, it tells me that it is included with my Adobe plan and suggests I download it. But it's already downloaded on both iOS devices.  D

I don't know what you've done, but before, just by entering the number of the photo you were looking for, you could find it, now it doesn't find it or select it. Please fix that.

I am editing a night photo I took. At some zoom lengths, it looks normal, but at other zooms there are strange aliasing effects. Has anyone seen this issue before? The aliasing effects show up when I export as well. Any help would be appreciated!

The healing brush in lightroom is absolute TRASH. I'll erase a smudge off of a white surface and it'll throw in a random shade of hot pink ( which is nowhere in exposure ) or someones skin tone. Isnt the tool Ai powered? I spend half my edit time just running around in circles trying to get the correct heal. On top of this, the tool likes to shrink in size as I use it. I'll start with the brush size set to ten and after a couple of clicks its a tiny little 2. What's that about? Anyways my gig is paid hourly at the moment so the hours spent restling this poorly designed tool to do simple cleaning up is money in my pocket I guess BUT ADOBE PLEASE DO BETTER

I have LR classic on my laptop, and Lr installed on a tablet also. I had 2 collections ticked in classic to sync onto an Android tablet so I could show the photos to a friend. I accidentally ticked another collection with 2000 photos in to sync as well. I realised and unticked it, but it seems to have synced anyway so I can see those photos via Lr on my tablet alsoo. I have now unpicked all collections but there are still 2205 files showing in Lr on my tablet. I would have thought as I unticked everything, it would remove them from the cloud. How can I remove them? I presume if I delete them on my tablet, it will delete them in classic also? What about if I disable sync first? Help please.

the new remove dust or things functionality does not work without IA activated.it paints black regardless of the background  

I am using Lightroom version 7.2 on a Windows 11 PC (system info below) using Fujifilm XT-4 RAF (raw) files.I have mostly had success using the AI denoise function, creating a stack. However, with some files, the system goes through its 5-7 minutes denoise operation, but no denoised DNG is stacked on the original. I've discovered that I can go into a deeply buried Windows subdirectory "C:\Users\..\AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom CC\Data\03403ce712c14965bb82d7e8c980ce33\originals\" and find the denoised DNG file that was created, but it never shows up in Lightroom, even after waiting a day or so. I would like to change the instagram account that is associated with my profile within Lightroom Community. When I go to edit profile, I can see various fields to change including my profile picture, other socials (such as facebook), etc. But no option to change my instagram. Am I doing something wrong? I can see that my profile is associated with an old instagram account, it is there under my picture in the lightroom comminity, but I can't seem to change it to my new account. Thanks!

About a week ago, I migrated from LrC to Lr. After a few days, apparently all successfully uploaded to the Cloud. I can view them all on my iPad but not on my iPhone. How do I fix that?iPhone 15pro, iOS 17.6.1.

Bonjour,Depuis la mise à jour effectuée sur Lightroom (que j'utilise en version classique), je n'arrive plus a retoucher mes photos... Quand je sélectionne "Actions", l'analyse se lance puis s'arrête brusquement en fermant la page.Serait-il possible d'effectuer une correction sur la mise à jour ou revenir à l'ancienne version ?

How do I upgrade to 10.0

Hi, What is the permanent fix for Lightroom stuck on syncing? It's been like that since couple weeks and through different versions. I'm currently on 6.3.1. The syncing is running in a loop only on my desktop version - all other devices are OK.  When I go to all pictures on my desktop and I look for photos still being synced, I get 0 results. The deleted folder is empty. I also tried checking "sync issues" in the web version with no luck (I simply don't have it). I removed the local cache which made no difference. I expierenced in the past something similar, however I was able to find the pictures stuck on syncing. This time it's a bit different as I described above. What else can I do? Please help.
