Hello, After some years decided to ty Adobe Lightroom again (not classic this time), love I idea of all photos / edits been synchnozied through all your devices. But unfortunatlly I have confusing problem from afirst day. Tried to look for solution for past tree days and tried any available help online but without any luck. Seems like photos from my macbook pro are not been uploaded / synchnonyzed to the cloud and sync cycle will keep rotating. Only blank file will apear in Creative Cloud library and I also can't use Recomended Preset Tab, it says: Something went wrong, we weren't able to complete your request. But I do see images which been synched from other devices.Suprisingly everything workds perfectly fine on my other devices: "Samsuns s23" mobile Lightroom app and from "Windows PC desktop" on the same home wifi network. Hi, everyone. I am trying to apply Denoise AI, but it takes too long time. It's been processing for minutes. I have even permitted full graphic acceleration. In previous version, it would work within a minute, but now it's endless. Lightroom also is utilizing about 10GB of RAM out of 16. Mac specs: M1 Pro 2021, 16GB RAM, 250GB SSD free/1TB, Sonoma 14.5 (23F79).

Hello. Not sure if this is a bug or something else.  When I export via lightroom iPad version, it doesn't always export. It's like 50-50 it works...  I will have a batch of photos to export and will start them up.  Everything appears to go smooth. It goes thru the usual messages of rendering...  And it will either randomly stop at some point and not export or it will get to the end and still not export any.  I do not get any errors or messages. Sometimes it says it exported successfully but not a single photo processed.  I know exactly where the images are exported to.  If I restart the exporting of the SAME images, wait all over again, and this time it worked.  I don't know what's going on... Its like 50% - 50% chance they export. I would like to resolve this and have it export 100% lol...  Anyone able to help greatly appreciated  

There's 175 photos "synching" but when I go to filters to see what photos are synching, there's nothing there. I believe this is holding up syncing of a bunch of other photos. I have 7500 in "sync issues".  How can I resolve this? I can't clear the 175 syncing pics because it won't tell me which ones are stuck.

There is no option to duplicate the photo, and when I save and try to reupload the photo it will not allow me to upload a duplicate.

Hi, I have a Portfolio site. Recently I was doing some changes, and was adding a new lightroom page connection with an album in Lightroom. The connection was created and the new page appeared, but when I went to the Pages list, the new page was not visible. So I couldn't add it to the navigation, nor remove it! I tried again with same outcome. I even deleted the album, renamed the collection in Lightrom CC, which sync to Lightroom, and then added it as a new page in Portfolio. Same outcome, it was added to the connections list, but not visible in Pages. I have an request active with Portfolio Supoport, and I was asked to to reach out to Lightroom Support, but they can't remove connections at their side, nor will they liaise with Portfolio to discuss the problem. I'm waiting on Portfolio Support now, but wonder if anyone has experienced this problem. MacBook with latest updates. Safari browser. Thanks, David

Why can't Adobe allow us to deactivate automatic syncing to the cloud on Lightroom mobile? It makes the app really glitchy. You can deactivate cellular data, but if you connect to wi-fi, it will start syncing. Adobe, give us an option to disable syncing please, seems like a pretty basic feature that should be optional for the user.

Hi, I've notived that Lightroom on desktop is painfully slow when just dragging photo around when zoomed in using GPU. I see absolutely no reason for such dragging being not butter smooth 100 FPS, or 1000 for that matter. Machine is more than capable (dxdiag attached), no other heavy processes are working. On the video you can see the frame choppiness - it's not an effect of low framerate video - it's exactly how it performs. Photos shown on the video are just JPGs, not even heavy RAWs. When GPU acceleration is disabled, no such low framerate choppiness occurs - draggins is smooth enough. Looks like when dragged the currently visible part of photo is being copied to GPU memory. Still no reason for it not to happen at 100+ FPS.

This is beginning to be extremely frustrating. This is not the first, second, nor third time this happens to me after hours of making edits to my photographs. I could be editing pictures just fine, using the Remove tool to get rid of unwanted items/blemish in photographs, then suddenly the software stops allowing me to use the tool further. (I click on another item to remove, but nothing happens - opacity is at 100%, everything is on the same setting as before). After this glitch happens, I know I am in huge trouble. The tool only seems to work after I quit the software altogether. Once the software opens again ALL my edits that I had finalized in this and in other pictures, are NOT there!!!!! What is going on??? Why isn't there a manual save button that I can trigger to actually keep track of my progress? How is it possible that after hours of work, my most up to date progress was not tracked by the software even though it's all seeemingly working??? (The software was not slow, and I

I don't think I have ran into this issue of importing heic or webp files in a couple years, but this is an issue now. And it's frustrating.  Now I'm having to put my photos through topaz to convert them to jpg to import them into lightroom. Which is REALLY dumb.  Did I miss something on an update? I'm on the latest version (7.3).  Help, please! 

Bonjour, J'utilise Lightroom depuis 1 semaine sur pc avec affichage tv et mes photos qui s'affiche sur le panneau détails (photo du milieu)sont completement cramé (blanc et couleurs saturé).Je ne peut pas utiliser le logiciel pour faire mon traitement et je suis obligé de fair ele traitement sur mon télephone ou toutes les photos s'affichent correctement. Détails: import de fichier RAW de canon 77D, essaie en local et cloud, essaie d'import d'un RAW et JPEG=> meme resultats sur tout les test. Les photos s'affichent correctement sur mes autres logiciels (Digital photo pro et GIMP). Si quelqu'un a une solution. Merci 

Not sure if this is the right community to post this in but i thought id try.So ive been trying to read through all the forums and search google for a simple answer to my question but I cant seem to find one or im not smart enough to understand what theyre suggesting to do. So I currently use Lr mobile (the paid version) to edit. I had tried to make the switch to Lr Classic to see if i could learn it better as well as more easily transfer photos to a third party gallery. Turns out I didnt love editing on it and it ended taking up way more space on my computer as well as my computer would get super overheated when using it. IK that prolly a problem with my computer but not the moral of this story. So anyways I deleted LrC and I noticed afterwards whem trying to clear space on my hard drive that I had 14gb in mobile downloads lrc file. Im not sure if this came about as a result of me trying out LrC and if somehow all the cloud synced photos got stored locally on my hard drive or what.&nb

I used an ipadpro (2024) for travel. I backed up my daily photos into the ipad, and then imported those photos into the latest Lightroom mobile version.  In between, to test it, when i had a round 2000 photos, i exported the originals, and it worked ok. Now i am at 3500 photos left, and some videos (they were not there first time). When i try to export (as originals) the export starts, the rendering completes, and then i get a nice "export dialog" in the top right which is blank. And flashes every few seconds.  Seems to me that this is "too much" for Lightroom mobile. So it's a joke in terms of stability, as a few thousand pics are normal these days for a wildlife photographer ( i took 10.000 pictures and culled already, but wanted to do more culling in the office ).  I also noticed that when the ipad goes to "sleep" during the proces, the export option never shows up either.  I will redo all the culling, but this seems to be a serious limit

I am trying to edit some ProRaw files taked from my iPhone 16 Pro. It appears as if Lightroom miss interpreting the colorspace information about the file and trying to adjust it results it clearly incorrect results. For a shot that is relatively cool, the app is reporting a color temperature of 2750 and a tint of -150. Trying to adjust the temperature results in the image going magenta and as the tint is already at the extreme of -150 it cannot be corrected. Additionally the white balance presets are wildly inaccurate. I renewed my subscription on the App Store, but I cannot access as premium functions in the app. I can't renew because I remember and I can't use the restore purchases function because "Duplicate purchase" appears, what do I do? I have an Iphone 6.

Hi! I noticed this a few days ago. When exporting a videos post adjustments (adding a present and then tweaking exposure, etc.), the video gets downloaded to my iPhone (15 pro) in its original unedited version no matter what I do.   I tried logging out and in again, and even reinstalled the app but the issue remains. Hola gente, estoy teniendo un problema, hace unos meses compré un iphone 15 pro max para tomar unas mejores fotos para mi trabajo, al tomar las fotos en RAW con relación de aspecto 16:9 en la galería del teléfono se ven bien anchas como debe ser, pero cuando las quiero importar a lightroom para editarlas en la pc se suben todas en 4:3 y quedan mucho mas "cuadradas". Como puedo hacer para solucionarlo? Es importante para mi porque trabajo en real state y necesito mostrar amplitud de las propiedades. Muchas gracias!

Bonjour, J'ai 2 soucis avec Ligtroom un au sujet de la sauvegarde, elle commence et tout se bloque , et 'autre avec IA masque et retouche, il me demande des MAJ non stop et ne les mémorise pas, ce qui me fait utiliser des points inutilement.Je penses désinstaller et rinstaler mais si pas de suvegarde , j'ai peur de tout perdre et là, grosse colère lol..  Merci d'avance pour votre aide   Emilie
