Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

My payment is done for adobe light room but not show on app and not working   [One attachment removed as there were private information including transaction ID's - Mod.]

I bought a subscription and the mask option doesn't work. When I use it, the changes are not saved. 

Buenas tardes: Querría saber si en algún momento las funciones de selección de sujeto o selección de cielo, serán compatibles con el IPad de 6 generación. Tiene el mismo chip y ram que el iphone 7 plus, el mismo chip que el ipad de 7 generación y sin embargo no es compatible con el de 6ª generación y si con los otros. No lo puedo entender. Se corregirá esto en el futuro o nunca será compatible??   Gracias

Not sure if this is a bug, or just operator error!I upgraded my cloud storage, but Lightroom still shows I am over my storage limit. When I access my account on the creative cloud, it shows I have only used a small portion, but Lightroom doesn't seem to be backing photos up to the cloud, as it thinks I am over the limit. 

Hi everyone.I've a problem with LR for Mac.I can't download or remix a preset from the community. I always have an error message which ask to try again later.Working without a single problem on my phone with LR Mobile.Is somebody has the same issue?Thank you very much for your answers.Gaëlle

Hi, I use Lightroom CC  newest version. When I want to work on a picture it partly disappears under  the fold-out screen when I want to start editing or cropping. . Therefore I can not see the cropping marks on the right side of the picture. What 's wrong. Thank you for your help  Piet Hein van der Hoek Amsterdam .

There is an option for storing smart previews locally in Lightroom Desktop, but only on the same drive as where the catalog is stored. This is not convenient as I want to store the catalog locally on my computer while storing smart previews on an external drive. Is it technically possible to do so? Some random thoughts...I've been a heavy user of Lr softwares in the past few years. A conventional idea was that local software runs faster than cloud solutions; however, in recent times I find the Lr Desktop runs smoother than LrC, including loading previews, searching for photos, and even editing newly-imported photos etc. This is good news for Lr Cloud but unfortunate for LrC. So somehow while maintaining the LrC catalog, which is still essential for my photo archive with over 200k photos, Lr Desktop is what I use more and more for daily purposes.

I know recently Lr mobile was enable to import presets from xmp files. Is there a similar way to read editing metadata from xmp files?

Hello everyone.OK, I use Spot Removal in Lightroom Desk Top  A LOT!!! What I do is I edit really, really old photos (from 1940s-1990s) that I have 're-photographed' with my Nikon Z8 in RAW so the 'new' photo is around 45MP. I Then edit them in 'Local' from a folder downloaded onto my PC desk top. As you can imagine some are really battered, even ripped, creased, torn, faded, scratched etc. I Am using an Apple Mac Studio M2 Ultra with 64GB of RAM & 2TB or storage (24 Core CPU, 60 Core GPU, 32 Core Neural Engine). I Specifically brought this set up two months ago for use with Lightroom only, nothing else. However something is going wrong. After several uses of the spot removal tool on a photo in which the spot is removed instantly it then starts to lag, just a millie second at first but after several minutes of use its taking 3 or 4 seconds for the spot removal to do its job and until then its impossible to move to go on to the next one, very, very frustrating!!! When I edit photos, they looked like they have been stretched out width wise.  I can not figure out how to correct it.

Cannot always select remove button in the mask section. If you push the remove button in mask the add button is selected and the selection is added instead of subtracted, this happens to all available selection types. When Lightroom is restarted this issue is resolved

Hello, I recently updated Adobe Lightroom Mobile and noticed the new feature allowing users to share photos directly to Instagram in HDR to preserve photo quality. However, despite using a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra with all software up to date (Lightroom, Instagram, and system firmware), I do not see the HDR sharing option. The Galaxy S24 Ultra is a flagship device with full HDR capabilities, so this is quite puzzling. I have verified that: My apps (Lightroom Mobile and Instagram) are updated to their latest versions. The device software (One UI and Android version) is fully updated. Is this feature still being rolled out gradually? I'll keep it short and simple, I used to edit photos on my lightroom mobile but didn't back up my photos and sold my phone(yes i know im dumb) and now i need help in recovering them.

I migrated my library from Lightroom Classic CC to Lightroom CC and purchased the 1TB plan with the intention of backing my full-resolution photos up in Adobe's cloud (as well as a local external drive). However, I *far* prefer the interface of Lightroom Classic CC, and also really like having the full-res original photos stored in a known location on my system. I've enabled sync between the two apps, but am a little confused about the right way to import photos.I imported a set of photos in Lightroom Classic, and dragged them into a synced collection with the goal of having them uploaded to the cloud. However, I think only the smart previews were uploaded. In Lightroom CC, the photos are showing up but they are not full resolution (when I view a photo in Lightroom CC, it says "Local: Smart Preview" and "Cloud: Smart Preview Only").How can I take advantage of that 1TB of space and have my photos backed up in full to the Adobe cloud, while continuing to have them stored locally in a san

Hello!I just upgraded from Lightroom Classic and I've been doing some disk cleaning to try to declutter my workflow. My C: drive is too small to hold the preview files for Lightroom, especially in the quantity that I use it for. When I installed the latest Lightroom, I selected a location on a different drive (F:) which I have plenty more room on. However, when I launched the new Lightroom and attempted to import the media, it tried to put the photo cache onto my C: drive again. I looked up online and saw that I needed to change my local storage location, and did so by changing "Storage location for the originals:" to my F: drive. It restarted Lightroom but still is giving me an error saying my "C:" drive is full and to changer my local storage setting... Which I just did becuase I knew the "C:" couldn't handle all of the required space...  Can someone assist me with understanding why Lightroom continues to reference a Drive which it IS NOT installed on and why does chan

iPad Pro 18.1 Lightroom Mobile 10.0.1 Lightroom Mobile is always stuck syncing 1 photo. There is no way to filter by sync status on mobile, so I'm not sure how to sus out which photo it is.  To be specific, there is always one photo "Uploading" and one photo "Storing Album Locally". My Lightroom Mobile is never "Synced and Backed Up" there are no problems in lightroom classic or lightroom cc desktop, nor are there any sync issues in lightroom web. 

Hi everyone! I deleted my library and i didnt know that all my saved preset from the commnunity will be deleted too. Now i lost my favorite preset of all time! i hope someone can help me find this preset - Desert outdoor Concert - Frank Smith. Tried looking Frank Smith in the Community but can't find one.  Please help guys! Thank youuuu  

Hi,  When I edit an image, the image is clean in details view but when I get back in grid view all images I have edited are blurry.   Lighroom ver 8.1 in Local mode

Everytime I detect a subject now when masking in Lightroom it applies a subject from a photo I edited a while ago. Anyone know how to fix this? here's a picture for reference  

The Lockscreen widget for Lightroom in iOS is missing. It's not an option any more in the list of available widgets.
