Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

After the company I work with changed it's subscription plan I realized that I lost all Lightroom libraries, which I thought were saved locally. Is it possible to recover or migrate these files? Thank you very much in advance!

Dead pixels, broken images on Lightroom after the latest update (8.1) on desktop.  Images seem to have corrupted data. Can't get any work done. 

When using the new Archive to Local option, the resulting files feature a new date as if being exported, and it should retain the original date. This is a MAJOR issue. You can't change the date of the photos that go into people's archive right after it deletes the files from the cloud. Also, when there aren’t any visible XML/Lightroom files alongside it, it makes it hard to have the confidence that the photos contain the settings.  I really wish you would take more care of designing the local edits features of Lightroom as it is much better overall than LRC. Subsequently, an error message appears stating that "Photoshop cannot be opened". The images above are from my current import of .CR2 files into LR. This has been happening EVERY TIME lately. I've formatted the card in the camera and re-formatted plus changed cards and it is happening every time. I shoot with a Canon 5D Mark IV.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,I took a RAW image with my iPhone, then removed some elements using the Clean Up feature in Apple Photos app (on iOS 18). But when I open Lightroom, it shows the edited version of the image for a split second, then the original one. This is very annoying because even in the Lightroom grid view, it shows the edited one so I expect to see the same one when opening it.the video shows a screen recording of when I tap on the picture in the grid view.

Hey everyone, Last year when I was on vacation I synced around 250 Images (RAW, 70MB) from my Tablet trough the LR Mobile App into the 100GB cloud storage. (This is more of a safety thing for me than anything else)After I came home I went throgh my standard routine of importing my normal FIles (around 10.000) into LRClassic. The Images the were stored in the cloud were not duplicated and I moved the storage folder into the other images on my harddrive. So that I was able to delete the Images that were uploaded into the cloud and downloaded onto my computer from my harddrive.Now the question:How do I delete the images in the cloudstorage without deleting them on my harddrive? Until now I havent found an option to delete them without removing them from my catalog. But the storagespace in the cloud fills up without the option to deleting images... Sorry for the long question and thank you in advance!All the best Sam! 

Uso o lightroom em 3 aparelhos, sendo celular, notbook e computador (não ao mesmo tempo) no computador onde é meu principal local de trabalho as fotos não salvam! (JPEG) Já tentei de tudo, antes não salvava só as imagens editadas com a máscara, agora não salva mais nenhuma, POR FAVOR ME RETORNEM COM URGêNCIA, tenho materiais para entregar e não é a primeira vez que reclamo desse erro!!! HELP!!!!I need to batch enhance & denoise photos (sometimes up to 500-700 at a time) I used to be able to turn it on before bed & leave it working overnight however now it is getting stuck! No error appears but 12 hours later its still sitting on 121 / 600 for example. It is even happening in small batches.I have updated my nvidia driver & have tried turning on GPU for processing but its currently stuck on 16/24 even after a restart!!!!!It's a deal breaker if this wont work.

Hallo in die Runde, ich habe ein Problem, der bereits mehrfach geschildert wurde. Ich kann mein Abo von Lightroom Foto- und Video- Editor nicht auf mein neues Händy übertragen bzw. Käufe wiederherstellen. Alle Voschläge im Chat habe ich bereits ausprobiert. Ich hoffe jemand kann mir helfen. Danke schon im voraus!

For a few months now, I've had a strange issue: Open a photo in Detail view.Press the Delete key on the keyboard then press the Enter key to delete the photo (or click Delete).Try to keep using your keyboard to move between photos or use shortcuts. The third step will fail because the window loses focus. You have to click the window to get it back into focus. I'm using macOS 15.2 with Lightroom 8.1 from the Mac App Store. Is anyone else encountering this? 

I have searched the internet for an answer and found this suggestion: C:>users>username>AppData>Local>Adobe>Lightroom CC>Data. Delete the "Data" sub-folder, then restart Lightroom. However I am unable to locate (most of) these folders within my computer, no matter how far I dig into it. I can get into users and into a folder called "Nillz" and then into pictures where I can locate Lightroom but I think it is the Lightroom Classic and I am looking for Lightroom CC. I am on a deadline as most photographers are and am not sure where to turn! Please help!

Hello! I am trying to clean out my photos in Lightroom but it has synced to my phone and all my iphone photos are in there. Is there a way to only have photos I upload to lightroom in there?

Hello, I currently subscribe to Lightroom 1TB and in the process of swtiching over to Lighroom Classic 20GB.  However, I have about 40GB data files in the Lightroom cloud, so can some please guide me as to whether I will have access to the entire 40GB of existing files post swtich over and if so for how long? I am aware that LRC has an 1TB option, but I am not planning to for the same. Thanks!
