Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I am having the an issue with my subscription when I am trying to use my premium features in the app it keeps trying to have me subscribe to premium but I already actively have a premium account and on my apple subscriptions it is active but the app continues to not allow me to use any premium feature.  [Moved from ‘Bugs’ to ‘Discussions’ by moderator, according to forum rules. The Oct 2023 update of Lightroom CC claims to support exporting to AVIF.That's great! But the files produced are not usable by any applications outside of Adobe Photoshop.It does not work in Firefox, Windows Photo Viewer. Firefox has had full support for AVIF for years. What's wrong with the AVIF file that Lightroom produces? Firefox shows the following error screen: Windows Photo Viewer shows the following: Attached is the offending AVIF file. No HDR, quality 100%, Display P3 color space.....Your own web forum doesn't allow me to upload avif files. I have been using lightroom CC for years now, and I use "people" masking often. But for the last week or so, it just isn't detecting any people, even in photos that very obviously have people, such as headshots and portraits.

Quero fazer capitura vinculada com o celular. E já subir as fotos na nuvem 

Ik heb momenteel Fotografielidmaatschap (20GB) Daarin zit dus ook LRc(lassic).Als ik wil overschakelen naar Lightroom Lidmaatschap 1TB zal ik dan nog steeds LRc(lassic) hebben? Omdat deze er niet bijvermeld staat. Alvast bedankt voor het antwoord.  

I have an enterprise CC account and I'm trying to transfer my Lightroom CC library to a personal account. I see there's a lightroom downloader app, but it just seems to download files and not any albums or flags. Is there a way to transfer the photos and include albums, flags and ratings?

Hallo zusammen, ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen. Ich habe mir in Lighroom einige Presets importiert. Das komische ist, dass bei Videos alle Presets angezeigt wurden, bei Bildern aber nicht alle. Dies ist leider bei 2 Preset Gruppen so. Alle anderen hat Lightroom einwandfrei übernommen. In den Einstellungen ist auch alles aktiviert. Ich weiß ehrlich nicht woran das liegt, denn bei den Videos die ich bearbeite werden ja auch alle angezeigt. Habe auch schon Presets gelöscht und neu importiert.  Vielen Dank schonmal für eure Hilfe im Voraus. Liebe Grüße,Caro

all of the photos that went into my lightroom albums went missing even though they should have been saved to the cloud, is there somehow to get them back?

The search function is disabled in albums shared with me.All edits are possible, only captions and titles cannot be changed or added. Is this normal ?

Hi, I've paid for the premium account but I can't get access to the premium features (iPhone). I've checked my Apple account and I'm paying monthly. The app recognises I'm subscribed and paying as per the photo - but doesn't allow me to access the features. I've signed out/in, reset phone, app and phone are updated to latest software as described in other troubleshooting guides. None of these work. This has been ongoing since first subscription - so please can you activate and refund the months I've paid already but had no access. 

Hi Guys, I've got a new iPad Pro and am wanting to use it for travel instead of using my Macbook Pro. I can get photos from my camera onto my iPad no issue, I think imported them into lightroom and I can edit as I see fit. The issue I found was if I copy an entire card over and into Lightroom it'll try and sync them all and they aren't all worth syncing. I then decided to disable sync before I imported, then I went through all the photos, deleting the ones i didn't want and had what I thought was a good workflow. Unfortunately, when I enable sync again it sync's the total number of images originally imported - so it sync's the deleted ones too. Is there a setting somewhere that i'm missing that stops if from syncing deleted photos to the cloud? This could be very costly and time consuming when travelling and is not the desired outcome. If there is a way to stop this can someone let me know how to do it, if not, are there any other iPad users out

Hi!When I open an image in Photoshop from the RAW file in Lightroom and save it  in Photoshop (as a tiff file for example), after a few moments my system (M1 iMac Sonoma 14.6.1) goes back to Lightroom (leaving Photoshop open in the background though), this drives me mad because by then I've started working on the image in Photoshop. Why?? Can I change this in settings?Thanks!

Unable to make use of blur function, error message  

Hi.   I've used premium for Lightroom several times on my iPad. Today I experienced that i'm unable to even purchase from the App. Nothing happens when i press the Premium tools, sometimes it pops up a window that says "Something went wrong. Try again later."   I even tried on my iPhone and I stuggle with the same issue. What could be the problem?

I have a lot of filters on the iPhone and I want to transfer them to the iPad for better design, but when I opened the account, there was no filter😔

When I'm editing pictures in Lightroom on Android (one plus 12 with all latest software and updates), the result is leaving patchy colour circles. Why? It's ruining my posts on instagram.

I have been trying out the lightroom cc workflow on my phone and tablet and for the life of me I cannot import my .arw files as raw files. And the exports even at 100% jpg quality definitely lack resolution and have a bunch of compression artifacts.   so first I download the photos from my a7ii via Alpha Linker, and it says they are definitely arws   Then I open the device tab in lightroom cc and it says that yes these files are definitely camera raw files.  and after all this I tap one and boom "Original - jpeg" what went wrong, what am I doing wrong, the images are basically unusable like this they are so low resolution and compressed.   Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hey there, I'm using the latest Version of Lightroom on Mac (Version 10.13.6) but the button to add photos is completely greyed out (same is true when I try to attempt this from File >  Add Photos). I've tried installing older versions of Lightroom and even tried installing it on a separate Macbook Air and in both situations I ran into the exact same issue. I'm on a Student License (with Duke University) and have scoured other posts about similar issues but can't seem to work out a fix. I also reached out to the Duke IT Team and they told me they can't help so I'm stuck between a bit of a rock and a hard place. Any support would be greatly appreciated.
