I did a lowlight sport photoshoot the other weekend and started running the photos through AI Denoise (like I normally do). On day one, everything went great. However as of today, I can no longer put photos through AI Denoise. It gives me a wait time of roughly half an hour, and a notification that the photos I am using are not supported by the program. Even though they are from the exact same set that was working previously. Any ideas as to what is going on?
When I import RAW files (NEF format) from the SD card from my Nikon Zf, I cannot see the thumbnails in the import dialog. All I see is a black box with the letters "NEF." This means I cannot intelligently select which photos to import, as I cannot see the thumbnail preview. I do not have this problem importing NEF files from my Nikon Z8. Ricoh GR iii RAW files, in DNG format, also import fine. With the Z8 and the Ricoh GR iii, I can see the thumbnails. I have had this problem for months, and it impaired the utility of the Zf while traveling in Vietnam. I chose to use JPG's (those show up fine in the import thumbnails) but I would have preferred the NEF files. Any suggestions? This seems weird, at least to me! Thanks, Jim Moyer
I am going through the "all photos" album in my phone app (latest Samsung and lightroom up to date). Everytime I open a photo the system would fail and open the very first photo of the very first date created. Meaning you can't open and view any photo because it will take you somewhere else without an option...so if you have been scrolling down through your thousands of photos, be ready to be taken back to the beginning. This has been happening all day yesterday and today. To think how much money I pay monthly and yearly for this subscription and it's always having bugs....
Hello hello!I am going through a major exercise of GPSing all of my photo and video library. Before smartphones (... yes, i'm old) and with older models, photos would come without coordinates. here is the issue:- if i upload in Lightroom cc a video taken with a smartphone and recorded with coordinates, it imports the video with coordinates. And if i export it again, coordinates follow, and it's all good. - if i upload a video without coordinates, i add them in LCC, i see them in LCC. But when i export the video the resulting file does not have coordinates. I've googled and tried everything i can think of. Is it me? with thanks,g
I'm having issues with Lightroom on an iPad. My workflow when on the road is to import the raw files directly to the iPad from SD cards for editing, and so that they will be synced to the cloud when an internet connection is available. Everything works perfectly, until a network connection is made. At that time, the photos successfully upload to the cloud, but it appears that they are either deleted off of the iPad or the app is confused and trying to download the photos even though they are already present. Editing is then impossible without a network connection because the app is attempting to download the smart preview and original from the cloud instead of using locally stored images. In the app settings, I have the "only download smart previews" option disabled, with the expectation that the originals would remain on the device. This is clearly not the case, otherwise they would still be accessible after the initial cloud upload. When
So I edit my videos, then export them to a folder, as usual, and after when I play them, they look yellow, overly saturated, and very different than how they look in Lightroom, even If I am using the same device for editing and see them after. This happens on my MacBook, iPad, and iPhone, and only after the last Lightroom update, please help me!
Mosking me problem
Every time I used to use the Share button in the Lightroom IPAD version I could easily share to my iPhone or Mac. Now everytime I try to do that it crashes. IOS and Adobe Lightroom for IPad are all up to date. Please fix.
When scrolling 'All Photos' section on Lightroom Web, it stops loading after a few thousand images. Is there a fix for this? Google Chrome Version 123.0.6312.105 (Official Build) (arm64)
Took monthly subscription but could not use premium features
I saw in the Known Issues page (https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/known-issues.html) that there's a known bug "In Lightroom, the auto versions don't always save the edit settings." I'm experiencing problems saving edits in LR (Cloud) and was wondering if it's related to this bug, or if it's something else. Sometimes when I make edits in the Color section - specifically when I change the Temp to make a photo warmer or blue - these edits don't save when I close/re-open LR or switch between photos. I am using Lightroom 7.2. macOS Ventura. Any insights? Thanks!
Since yesterday I have a problem with adding photos, I am adding a photo of the error
I installed Lightroom on my iPhone. I've been using it there for a while. I just got a new desktop Mac. I downloaded the app and Logged in correctly with my Google email address. And it says I'm logged in but it's requiring me to pay again. It won't let me use the app without enabling the free trial or purchasing another subscription. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.
I'm using LrC on my pc and LrM on my galaxy s22 ultra, which is brand new, so all of my 33,000 files have to be resynced. It is taking forever! It seems that the file count (currently at 2,800) only increases when LrM is open and the screen is on. That implies that it only syncs during that state. Is that true? I would think it would sync in the background. Is there a way to make it continuosly sync?
I've attached a screenshot of the lightroom camera. The switch for changing the format my photo is saved in is simply not there. Anyone know what's happening and how to fix it? I need to take photos in DNG for my assignment, and it appears to be saving as JPG. I am using a Galaxy A54 5G and Lightroom v9.2.2.
Hi! Anyone have an idea of a process to perform where I could take bulk amount of photos and create an effect on them resulting in a look similar to the black and white of Illustrator's Image Trace? My computer takes a lot of time processing information. Curious if going through Lightroom or Photoshop is better. Attached is an image example.
I'm missing the option to only share picked photos in an album. It seems like it was removed with one of the last updates. Was this option moved from the share menu somewhere else or was it completly removed?
I cannot get LightRoom CC to load properly. The "update" process after install upon opening always hangs at 75%. Tried turning all auto-updates off, and it still does this. Along with an IT support person I phoned, we spent 2 hours and tried everything we could think of. Any ideas would be so helpful! I'm using one plus 11r with Android 14When I try to launch camera from the lightroom app, it doesn't open. It shows black screen with camera icon on it.
Is there a way to share only the picked photos in an album?Lightroom CC makes it super-easy to share an album, but I seldom want people to see all the images - only the ones I've picked and therefore edited.
I subscribed to a one-month premium version of Lightingroom on Google Play on March 24, 2024, but my subscription expired on the second day of the subscription. It prompted me that I had purchased the subscription through a different Adobe ID on the Play Store, but during the period I I have never changed my account, and I only have one Adobe account. I saw in the play store app comment section that many users encountered the same situation as me. I have contacted the Google support team and they said that according to the Google Play refund policy, they cannot approve my refund request because what I purchased is a subscription service within the application and I need to contact the application developer. I hope that as the developer of the app, you can help me restore my subscription or provide a refund.
Since an update yesterday I am unable to save any edits that I add a preset to which basically makes this a pointless app. So frustrating ad I use this for my business and the only option I'm given is to pay. May aswell just delete the app
I'm currently subscribed to LR and access it through my phone. I want to start using it on my desktop and I can't seem to download the software without signing up another subscription.
