Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I needed to re install the Lightroom app, as it wasn't possible anymore to upload picture. After downloading, and log in again the app is empty it's like a completely new and empty page, all my presets are away, all pictures ...

I have paid the subscription for the premium Lightroom and suddenly today any preset I am pasting it doesn't apply on my videos. Is there a limit of the videos that I can edit in a day? 

I'm new to Lightroom, coming over from Capture One, and I'm trying to figure out a workflow to use my iPad as a client reference on jobs. I just came back from a shoot where I was importing my RAW images shot on Sony A7RV to my iPad in Lightroom, and clients were able to review and make their selections right away which was great! But now I'm running into a seemingly never ending sync procress to try and get the Lightroom on Desktop to load everything, which I understand takes a while with RAW, but it's been over 2 days now. The iPad has 3,111 images in the Lightroom app and it says 2,840 images pending syncing. The Desktop version only shows 294 images and is very slowly telling me "syncing 46 items." Doesn't seem to be uploading/downloading quickly or the same number of photos.What is a faster way to try this workflow so I can use my iPad to be portable, but not wait ages for it to sync over? Would it be better to shoot JPG + RAW and only load the JPG images into the iPad then import

Bonjour,Comme d'habitude, je connecte ma carte SD à mon iPad, je clique sur "importer depuis une carte SD" et j'importe toutes mes photos du jour. J'attends la fin du chargement qui se passe sans erreur.Une rois le chargement fini avec un message me confirmant l'import de mes photos, je supprime les photos de la carte SD depuis l'explorateur de fichiers de l'iPad pour gagner de la place sur ma carte. En retournant sur Lightroom, je ne trouve mes photos nul part. Je precise que l'iPad n'etait pas connecté à Internet mais qu'il avait assez de stockage libre pour les photos. Avez vous une solution ?

I have been noticing some lines appearing on some of my photos. I don't know why they are caused and I haven't been able to find another article about lines like these. This was taken with my Sony a6000 camera.

Is there software to remove duplicates from Lightroom (Cloud)?

Hi, Trying to access images on mobile from LR on my mac, nothing is syncing and "out of storage" even thought you can clearly see its no where near. 

Not sure who to address this to. Posting images to the "Discover Lightroom" community keeps failing. Been using it for months with no issues, and it worked fine earlier this morning. But suddenly, none of the images are being posted.I've tried in the iOS app on both iPhone and iPad, and I get the message "Your edit is Live! Success! You can share your edit with friends...." etc. But the image doesn't show up. All I see is the last image that went through successfully, which was hours ago.When I try the web version, I can an error message saying, "Unable to share your Edit. An unexpected error occurred. Please try again." (See attached image.)This has been going on for hours now. Can anyone help?

  I use Lightroom on an iPad Pro. When I go to my feed after posting a picture on the Discover feed and select that picture it gives me the error  "your edits are still processing. It might take a minute".  now this message is constant. It's happening on my iPad and iPhone. Request the team to provide a resolution.   

Suddenly getting export errors. There was an unknown error. (1) Only started recently on larger (pano) files? V13.4, Windows 11, 96G ram, AMD 7900XT GPU     

My computer failed recently, so I restored it from backup, including Windows OS Lightroom Classic and its catalog. Actually, I installed a fresh Windows and fresh installs of the Creative Cloud products, then restored a backup of the most recently backed up catalog. I have about 100,000+ images in the catalog, stored on a NAS which also crashed at the same time. It was backed up as well and has been restored. The image files that were on the NAS are now on a different drive letter on DAS. The catalog shows all =~100k+ photos under "all photos" but all of the counts in nearly all the individual folders show "0" photos. Interestingly, I've found I can re-import that folder, uncheck the box to skip duplicates, and the photos come back, along with all my edits and selections. How can I straighten this out? For over two weeks now I have not been able to open Lightroom on my new MBP M3 Max. I have reinstalled three times, run the cleaner app, and reinstalled Creative Cloud, but nothing is fixing the issue - Camera Raw fails to initialize.

I have had this problem before and usually a log out then back in will fix it but not this time.  I tried asking the ai chat bot for help with the provided language in the error message in lightroom but the ai chatbot was in a loop of questions and eventuYou will not be able to use Lightroom at this time. This was the message in my lightroom app which is completely useseless so far:  Please contact customer support and use the reference code 205 for more information on how to resolve this issue.ally I was told to call back during business hours.

Let me ask about Lightroom color synchronization. When synchronizing the colors I have adjusted, there will be a fee and all the colors I have adjusted will be saved, right? And when I transfer my account to another device, will the color I adjusted still be correct?

Lightroom CC crashes all the time. My system  Windows 11 latest updated  Ryzen 7 5800x8 Installed RAM 32.0 GB Graphics card GeForce GTX 1050Ti M.2 PCIE G3x4 NVME SSD   Things that I have done to stop the crashing. Uninstall Lightroom cc and reinstalled four times with different versions Optimize catalog Tired different catalog Ran LR CC without GPU turned on  Updates GPU drives  Reset Preferences  Checked for hardware issues and found CPU running a little hot.  Changed CPU cooler to a better cooler. CPU now runs in the green    Photoshop,Topaz, and Nik software all run with no problems  

I use Lightroom on PC and when I select an object and want to delete it, it loads but nothing happens?

Ever since i have downloaded the latest major update of Lightroom Mobile (iOS) (iPhone 14 and iPad) I'm having terrible performance issues. Everything is laggy. Applying Masks is visibly delayed, images uploading are delayed, the before/after preview is delayed, applying light/Color edits are laggy etc. Basically most features.  Anyone else suffering this? And Adobe are you doing something to sort this. We appreciate you adding new features but compromising the smoothness and performance is not worth it

Hello, my workflow is as follow: I have my photos in the cloud until I no longer need them regularly. Then, I use the feature to archive them locally. The files get stored on my external SSD. This works flawlessly. All RAWS are there and for every RAW, there's a .xmp. However, when I look at these local files in Lightroom with switching to "Local", only a few of the pictures actually display my development settings. Most of them just appear to be RAW. How to "sync" them with the existing .xmp in the folder?

Last week I did a photoshoot, and THOUGHT I'd imported photos to Lightroom. I then took some more photos, and added them to Lightroom a couple of days later (on the same SD card) I can see some of the first lot of images, and all of the second lot, but when I try and click on the images, it says 'no file found' and there's nothing there to edit etc. I've tried an tried to re-import them, and every single time I do, it I can see the name of the file, I click on it, and it says 'no photos found' occasionally I'll reinsert the disc, the photos will show up, then they start greying out and disappearing, and then the import icon greys out. The images are DEFINITELY still on the SD card. I'm so worried I'm not going to recover them, and the images were really important to the client. Please, please can anyone help with this? I even tried deleting the file when I reinsert the card, it says it's deleted, but when I insert the card again, it comes straight back up with the SD card name, but sti

My old Galaxy S8 died, and I got a refurbished S21. What I noticed is that the HDR selection in the drown down shooting menu is no longer there. Is there something about the S21 that prohibits HDR? I used to use that a lot. Also there doesn't seem to be a way to select the different lenses. It looks like the telephoto lens doesn't record DNG, so that's a bummer; however, I can shoot DNG with the ultra wide lens with normal camera, but not through LR moblie.

Samsung has introduced a "Lossless raw" setting in their ExpertRaw app. DNGs shot with that setting turned on are unusable in Lightroom Mobile on Android v. 9.4.0. The app can open them but everything is blown out (too bright) and unrecoverable. Turning the settings off makes everything working again. 

Hi,can I get Lightroom mobile to automatically rename all photos I add to it? Or alternatively, can I get LR Desktop to rename the photos automatically when they get synced from LR mobile and put into the Lightroom Masters folder structure? Many thanks,Phil

Hello,when using LR I have typically globaly switched off that JPEGs are shown while there is a respective RAW available. This is good, since I do not want to see the JPEGs always while I mainly work with the RAW. This would simply blow up the browsing and navigation in the database. BUT! In ceartain situations I would really lilke to see and use the JPEG which is rendered by the camera. This is especially the case when I deviated from the standard color settings. E.g. I want to see the Black&White image.  Or in case of the Fuji film simulations I would like to see this very good images for further usage inside Lightroom. Therefore my idea would be that there is a "switch" per image where I can set wether the respective JPEG  is becoming presented for the selected RAW(s) ... (but maybe not only 1 JPEG but even multiple JPEGs !!! ... Fuji provides the filmsimulation bracketing, leading to 3 different JPEG images per RAW). This would be a great feature i

Hi community Just wondering....by the looks of things,  people masking on the mobile version is confined to subject masking.Will this be available in the future? Or am I missing something.Total beginner here so if it's not available is there another way most tutorials I see are desktop which in the future I'll be looking to an Ipad Pro.All advice would be appreciated.Much love thanks all.
