Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hey everyone. This just started happening. When I take a raw photo and import it into Lightroom/Lightroom mobile it takes the raw photo and processes some sort of noise reduction without me doing anything and I can't change it back. It looks like it's at 200%. Not sure if a recent update screwed this up but if I import JPEGS they're fine, it's just raw photos 

Hi,I've recently upgraded Lightroom and Photoshop to the latest programs and now I have to go a  really long round about way of opening my images in Photoshop.I've seen other people have had this problem but I haven't seen many solutions.Can anyone help?Happy to go back to using older programs if required.Thanks,Carmen

In other photo editing apps such as Microsoft Photos, I am able to use touchscreen on my laptop to crop images by "zooming in" with two fingers. On Lightroom, when I try to zoom in, the photo rotates instead of cropping. Notice, I locked the aspect ratio, and this did not help with the rotation. Is there a way to zoom in and crop in lightroom without dragging the corners of the photo to crop?

Another day, another question.I was trying out to use Lightroom(Cloudbased) and realised that when i "enhance" the picture the dng. file created is not getting synced to my mobile device. Maybe its an user error, maybe its not possible.I know i can just "enhance" the picture after i edited but in my opinion the results are far better when i do it as the first step of editingMaybe someone can help me

As i use the brush  option to blur CR2 picture wit my PC ( Windows 11 pro, Intel i7 9700K 32 GB RAM,NVIDIA Ge Force GTX 550 TI5057 4GB ) LR hangs.Is there any recommendation concerning the Graphics card that can handle this AI load.

Just bought this:  Apple - MacBook Pro 14" Laptop - M3 Max chip - 36GB Memory - 30-coreGPU - 1TB SSD I've only used the program two times since the new computer and not only does it make my computer get excessively hot, but it is blacking out when using masking to where I can't even edit images.  This is for Light Room cloud based.  Would LrC be better?? I'm so bummed at the moment.   

Hi, I have a Lightroom 1TB cloud subscription. I noticed that focus stacking is only available via Photoshop. Are there any options for focus stacking using cloud?  Best, Pieter

Hello,after editing my photos, I like to finish with cropping and adding a border before exporting. Since it's not possible to do this directly in the Android application (cropping or perspective correction being retained outside the frame), I used to export my photos, then re-import the export, and crop it, adding a border by adjusting the scale. Since the last update, exports retain the editing history and this is no longer possible. I also have this symbol on the exported photos. Is it possible to disable this, and if not, is there a way to achieve what I'm trying to do? Thanks!

Hello, im writing this because im trying to use the AI of the blur reduction but it says that my picture that i selected isn't taken by this AI

When adding a preset I can only see one "User Presets" folder where to save the new preset (here in italian "Predefiniti Utente"):Still when I open the preset tab to find my presets I'm presented with this:As you can see there are now two user presets folder, one of which I cannot see from the preset creation form. So now my older user presets are saved inside the older "User presets" folder while the new ones are being saved to a new duplicated "User presets" one.Is there any way to at least mass-move the presets from the older folder to the newer one? I have something like a hundred profile and I'd rather not move them one by one. Thanks in advance

I'm having issues with Lightroom continually crashing. I will get a few photos edited, and then in the middle of creating a filter or adjusting one, it crashes.  I'm going through a client gallery with a few thousand images, and it has probably crashed 50 times in the last 2 days.  I've made sure the app is updated, I've also gone through the restart/uninstall app/restart/reinstall app/restart procedure, no change.  I'm using windows 11 64 bit, and my desktop usually has plenty of capability to handle the combination of photoshop and lightroom cloud that is my standard workflow.  Seems to have just started happening with the latest update of Lightroom.  If anyone can help, I would be appreciative, I'm pulling my hair out over here with the constant crashes. It does not show an error code or anything, it just unexpectedly closes the program. Thank you

Hi! Will the Adobe Lightroom app in Russia be removed from the App Store and Google play?

When using the brush function of the blur tool, the colors representing depth remain visible in the photo. For example, when I paint over the area I want to focus on with the brush while displaying depth, it turns purple. However, this purple color remains even after hiding the depth, and it also remains when exporting the image.This phenomenon occurs only in the Android Lightroom app, while it appears correctly in the PC version. Is this a bug?

I had a 2018 Macbook up until October 2023 when the motherboard overheated and melted.  This lost all of my data stored locally including my Lightroom Classic catalog.  Luckily, I had about 50% of the albums synced to Lightroom Mobile, which preserved the edits and allows me to go back as needed. I also have a backup hard drive with all of the raw image files.I'm now trying to rebuild that Lightroom Classic catalog using what was saved in my Lightroom CC synced files. However, this option doesn't seem to exist. To clarify, I have 11,000 edited photos synced Lightroom CC from an existing Lightroom Classic catalog; How do I restore those into a new Lightroom Classic catalog and relink to the locally stored RAW image files.  Why is this function not possible?

NO PUEDO EDITAR MIS FOTOS DE CAMARAS CANON R DIRECTAMENTE EN EL LIGHTROOM DE ANDROID, LLEVO AÑOS ESPERANDO PODER HACERLO Y PARA ESO PAGO LA CUOTA ANUAL. NO ME RECONOCE EL FORMATO, TENGO UN SAMSUNG NOTE 10 PLUS. 

 Já tentei entrar em contato com o suporte mas aí dizem que preciso ver na appsotore. Lá ninguém responde tambem... ta difícil

I'm a long, long-time Lightroom Classic user. Just now dabbling with Lightroom Mobile on my Android phone. I'm trying to crop several dozen images and I'm finding that the default behavior is for the aspect ratio to be set to Custom and Unlocked. As best I can tell there is no option to change this default to anything else. So if I want to maintain the original aspect ratio on each of these photos, I have to manually select "Original" every time. Is this accurate or am I missing how to set it? If it's not possible, why, oh why, not? Having to set it to lock every time for dozens of photos is, at best, baffling.
