Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hi,I noticed that geotagging information did not transfer / import from SD card into lightroom ipad. Any idea how to transfer geotagging info? I am also having difficulty to view geotagging info in lightroom ipad version. Please advise.

Hello, I have plenty of TIFF and DNG-generated-from-TIFF images from my camera. I also have a DCP profile generated with ColorChecker software for the the same camera. I'd like to apply that DCP profile to these TIFF images, but in Lightroom I'm not able to see it after import. I also tried to tweak the DCP profile attribute related to the unique camera name, but it didn't solve the problem. Do you know how I can make a DCP profile work with TIFF images or how can I use the color mapping information from the DCP profile to correctly balance my TIFF images (even outside Lightroom)? Thank you!

LR (not Classic)I can search for keyworded images within one folder. But how do I find all images with a keyword in my tree of folders and sub-folders?This is easily done in Bridge.

I have a Creative Cloud subscription and it shows I have used 6GB of 20GB allowed under the plan. When I go to libraries, i only see a couple of documents. I can't locate any of the pictures that make up the 6GB. How can I find them? I am guessing that I uploaded them from my iPhone or iPad and can't see them from my Mac. I would like to view the files and then remove them to free up storage. 

I have found some difference in rendering of edits with Lightroom images on the cloud. Consider the shared collection of 2 files of the same image, https://lightroom.adobe.com/shares/6cf11ec6cc5e4728bb75220622a0668e I started with a Sony .AWR raw file, applied edits in Lightroom Classic. For the second file I opened the raw file in Photoshop and simply saved it to a .TIF with no edits.  I added the two to a shared collection;  when rendered in a browser the raw file appears over exposed compared to the .TIF. Note that in LR Clasic both appear the same.When viewing the collection in Lightroom Mobile on my iPad, initially there is the same exposure discrepancy, but in a moment the LR edits render, making the images consistent. Lightroom Classic 13.4;  Camera Raw 16.4;MacOS Sonoma 14.5;Safari 17.5;Lightroom Mobile 9.31;iPadOS 17.5.1

I believe that I have deleted all my photos from Lightroom albums, Portfolio, and LR mobile. I opened the Deleted folder and permanently deleted them.In the CC desktop there are no files, and My Library is empty. No photos in Lightroom (Cloud).Yet the cloud storage activity indicator is showing that I am still using 6.9GB of 20GB (Photographers plan).I have run out of ideas. What am I missing?

Adobe CC Lightroom keeps crashing (Windows desktop).  I've updated the NVIDIA graphics driver; I've uninstalled and reinstalled it.  It will not stay open long enough for me to review the preferences, etc. Has anyone else experienced this?  Thanks in advance.  

Hi guys, does anyone know why my in camera colour profiles are being stripped by lightroom once I import them? And does anyone know how I can reapply them? This never used to happen and only seems to be happening in the last week or so. 

The AI remove in Lightroom CC on my windows laptop is not working. It says "Please check internet connection" but there is no problem with my internet connection. I found a solution by reseting firewall settings, but after restarting the laptop, the problem is still there. Is there any other solution?

 Bonjour à tous,Je suis très en colère contre Adobe. J'ai l'impression qu'ils nous forcent à utiliser leur service cloud pour stocker nos photos. Avec un stockage limité et forcé  à 30 Go, il est évident que cela ne suffit pas. Ils vont donc me demander de payer encore plus, alors que je paye déjà un abonnement depuis de nombreuses années. Je refuse cette situation.Ce qui me pose problème aujourd'hui dans Lightroom, c'est qu'il semble impossible de sauvegarder mes dossiers directement sur mon ordinateur. Il existe bien une fonction pour importer des photos sur l'ordinateur en faisant un clic droit sur le dossier, mais elle ne fonctionne pas correctement et plante régulièrement.Quelles solutions me restent-ils ? Passer sur Lightroom Classic pour reprendre le contrôle de mes contenus, c'est-à-dire les fichiers que j'ai créés et qui sont enregistrés sur mon ordinateur, et non sur le cloud d'Adobe ? Ou bien quitter complètement Adobe ? Merci de votre retour.

Hello!I just wanted to upgrade ligthroom from my installed version 5.7 to the actual version 7.4.1.When I tried to impot the catalog I got an "(Fehlercode: TOO_OLD_VERSION)" error message. Please can you give me advise, how I could possibly get all of my "old" cataloge into a new Lightroom? Thank you for your advice!Best regardsRobert

This seems to be a topic that comes up, especially amongst more accomplished users of Ligthroom (Mobile). Many of us would like to see seach by focal length and ISO (and other medtadata). It should be simple enought to implement--rather than having a string fo search terms along the top, have a drop down menu of "Metadata" options, similar to Lightroom Classic. LrC is great for so many things like printing and batch work and contributions but Lightroom (Mobile) is so much more intuitive, so adding these simple searches would be more than helpful for when we're on the road or sitting with our iPads.

My hard drive is connected. I can access it in Local at the top right, but LR says it is offline and won't sync or move photos. A little background - I had to reformat this drive because I was continually getting a message that it had not disconnected properly. Here are the steps I have taken in LR. I went into cache and rechose the drive. LR moved most of the photos but is now telling me that the disk is "offline." Is there a solution to this? Hi friends... I've noticed that the colors of my photos are a lot different. I would say the past 2-3 days have not been the same.  Ihaven't changed anything on my camera and I am still uploading in Adobe color profile. I've also noticed this both on my iPad and galaxy phone apps, so I can only assume it's something in the app.  Was there a color change with the update? If so, is there an option to change this back?

I've suddenly noticed an issue when using presets on photos in the ios Lightroom app. When I apply a preset to a photo, I usually decrease the intensity to 50% which has been working as intended until just today, when it now makes the photo darker as I decrease the preset intensity and I have no idea how to fix this.

Hi! I wanted to sync between my Android phone and iPad, so I subscribed on both devices and as a result everything got wiped from the Android phone where I made photos previously. Since this happened all the photos I take on the phone will disappear in a few minutes. Can you please help? I paid for the service (twice actually) which in turn rendered the application useless. 

Lightroom has suddenly decided not to start and gives this error message. I've treid installing a previous version which doesn't help ThanksNeil
