Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hi! I wanted to sync between my Android phone and iPad, so I subscribed on both devices and as a result everything got wiped from the Android phone where I made photos previously. Since this happened all the photos I take on the phone will disappear in a few minutes. Can you please help? I paid for the service (twice actually) which in turn rendered the application useless. 

Lightroom has suddenly decided not to start and gives this error message. I've treid installing a previous version which doesn't help ThanksNeil

I cannot figure out how to batch apply my preset to my photos with this new May 2024 update. I have looked through multiple tutorials and the buttons are no longer in my LR. I have also tried the ctrl+c and ctrl+v to try to copy paste and that is not working either.

I have over 100,000 photos in my google account and keep close to 5,000 on my phone.When I import a photo into LR, I end up spending 20 minutes just looking for it.Very frustrating!! 😞 How do you all manage?Please help...

Hi! For about three weeks I have not been able to use the subject mask on my Iphone. I can use any other mask, but when I use the subject mask Lightroom crashes. Is anyone experiencing this? I have an iphone 8 and the latest version of Lightroom. This problem began with the release of the updated app, which now has color range and luminance range masks. I need to use the subject mask!!! ¿Can anyone tell me if this is only happening to me? Thanks! 

While editing I accidently moved the adjustment sliders to the centre of the screen in landscape orentation. I had Exposure, temp and even the ability to start amages. This new view enabled me to work really quickly, however I have since lost the interface and now all the adjustments are back on the right hand side.  Does anyone know how I was able to move the adjustments from their usual location, the right hand side to the centre of the screen again mimicing the sliders you get on mobile?  Many thanks. 

I think this is a bug and not user error.The title pretty much says it all.  For months LR has been saying it's syncing 35 files.  Clicking on View leads to a black hole. This doesn't hurt anything that I can see but it would be good to make it stop.Any ideas?Thanks in advance

Pretty recently I have noticed a few of my images having a circular banding effect after turning on lens corrections. There a few distinct darker circles at the edges of the image. This doesn't happen whenever the profile corrections are turned off and is only present in certain images. The pics attached are the regular image plus an image with full contrast to show the banding. If anyone knows a fix, it would be greatly appreciated! Really don't want these images to have this issue.

Went to try and check if a client had made selections and I can not see the proofing icon at the bottom any longer? I use this feature with all clients and am freaked out right now. I was able to click the link I had sent them and can see the gallery and that I can select images but I have no way of seeing what the client selected at this time or a way to set up a new client for their gallery. Please help and advise.

Last winter I imported my entire LRC catalog into LR one year at a time using LRC export as a catalog.  Everthing seemed to go fine but I recently discovered some years have duplicate photos most with the same file number and file type.  I've been manually deleting the dups in my free time and so far I've deleted well over a thousand.   So, is there a way to find the dupicates in LR without having to manually scan each folder? All of the importing was done using my MAC M1.

I need major corporate help. I have been through about 9 employees already. 2 of them which didn't bother helping me. I need help recovering my lightroom data. I have over 8,000 photos. The story is my email used for the lightroom business profile.  This is no longer an active email address. I still have access to the adobe account.  Anyways, the customer service chat reps have taken me down this rabbit hole where I have to purchase a 1tb plan in order to move that data to my personal profile. I purchased the plan. So now in order to move the data, I need to respond to the email to give consent. The problem is that email address no longer exists. There is no way for me to access that email account because its erased from history. Gone. I even set up my secondary email in case that was sufficent. They just flat out said no, we can't transfer the data. So now im stuck, I am at a point where I want to give up. I have lost 3 years of hardwork because of this.

Hi! I would like to get your help as soon as possible!I just upgraded to the Adobe Lightroom premium plan. I already had photos added and edited in the free Lightroom Mobile app (IOS). However after upgrading, all my photos disappeared. Where did they go? Did they get deleted? Can I retrieve them?

Installed June 2024 mobile update on iPhone 14 Pro Max. Cannot import any presets, every xml preset I try fails, zipped or unzipped. I can export a preset from mobile, that works. If I remove it from LR and try to import it back in it fails.

I recieved a preset file in the ".zip" format, how can I import this into Lightroom (not lightroom classic). I have not been able to succesfully convert zip to dng ever so if you have suggestions let me know. I am using chromebook btw

I downloaded a massive directory of more than 1000 photos off my cloud. It was organized infolders, sub folders, sub folders, and then photos. I placed the directory into the same directory I was already using with LR, but LR says it cannot find any editable files in the folders. If I take the last sub folder and place it into the parent directory, LR will read it, but it will not read it with any more sub folders ahead of it. What's going on? What is it about these folders that is preventing lighroom from seeing what's inside, while being able to view the entire folder tree? It shows every folder but can't see the pictures inside. Makes no sense to me.

Does anyone know how to export photos in batches using the cloud based lightroom?

HelloI'm looking to recover files imported into Lightroom Mobile on April 6, 2024, and permanently deleted in May.Following a misunderstanding, my client had in fact not uploaded the expected photos.Is it possible to restore these files by your internal services?I dare to believe in a miracle 🙏Thank you in advance.Kind regards

A (hopefully) straightforward question: I'm syncing a bunch of photos from my local drive to Lightroom cloud. Once done, if I delete the local photos, will this delete the ones in the Cloud? 

Why does Cretive Cloud installed on my Imac (with Sonoma 14.5) open Lightroom version 2.4.1 and not the latest one?
