Hi,   I recently changed my mobile,  and yesterday I took some shots through LR mobile. They are nowhere to find on the phone, and on the cloud when I check I only see white rectangles and nothing more. Can somebody help me, these pics are rare ones. Since last update of lightroom mobile (the only lightroom I have), I'm having trouble posting pics I've edited. Once I save them on my phone and go to Instagram to post, it changes all the colors of the image. I've serched a lot on forum and haven't been able to find anyone with the same issue. Hi, I am new to Lightroom and cannot export multiple star trail images from Lightroom to Photoshop. The Edit in Photoshop menu option is grey and not accepteing and no there is edit in drop down as exampled in all the Youtube tutorials. I have 254 images I am deperate to edit to get my first star trail image. Advice greatly appreciated and recognise i may be missing a basic process Thanks Alan 

For the past couple of months I have been having an issue with my Lr. I edit all my photos here and have for some time now- from my ipad pro. The issues I have been experiencing are Lr completely closing out while im editing. Sometimes I will be editing a photo and go to move onto the next photo and the photo completely resets and I end up having to start all over again on the photo. When going to crop, it immediately zooms into random places of the photo when it feels like it. I end up having to close out the crop and go back in to do it again in hopes that it will work properly this time. Last but not least this all started after the lens blur was introduced. When using the lens blur option, if i did it higher than ... say 15 on the slider, it wouldnt allow me to export the photo until changing it. Is anyone else having this issue? Is this a bug? Is there a fix? I have tried contacting support but when trying to speak to an agent, they end the chat.

You requested further information on my Play store review of these apps.I have just bought Samsung S8+ tab with Android 13 and new SD card for it. Adobe PSX and Lightroom won't accept SD-card as storage due to privacy issue, stating that the card is read-only when selecting it (PSX) or storing pictures into system folder even after having selected the SD-card in local storage settings (Lightroom). I have created a new folder, even got a new SD-card without prevail.The tab's camera settings and Google photos accept the card and I can manually transfer pictures and other files to the card(s) so the issue must be with Adobe.I have accptedall available permissionsfor these apps as well. I even transferred both apps into the SD-card but made no difference.Could you please sort this privacy issue with Abdroid 13 asap!My phone with Android 9 doesn't have these issues. 

Lighroom starts to load, freezes then exits the program. Never had this happen before. Any ideas?  

Is there a way to not import or "add" photos in lightroom cc (and onto laptop) and edit off of external hard drive? I don't like to actually add an entire photo session to my laptop because it can barely hold it.

Why can't I use the ultrawide camera in HDR mode on an iPhone 12?

I found one post which said change settings in LR but this seems to apply to the DESKTOP STANDALONE version. Does anyone know? The PSDs are much smaller. Thank you

Hi I'm a Lightroom Premium user on mobile. I just bought a new phone few days ago and when I signed in the app, more than 150 photos are gone in my Lightroom storage. Are there any possibilities to turn my photos back? Thanks.

So if I am on the road and want to begin editing my photos on IPad....I import to LR mobile...do my stuff....Then, I get home and use my desktop where I prefer LR classic.1-I assume that my original raw files are in the cloud2-how do I get these edited original files (hopefully automatically) onto my hard drive on my desktop 

Anyone else? Seems like only 10% of my dng files work with autoimport at the moment since version 9. Is it a Lightroom Mobile thing or an Android 14 update thing of my S23Ultra? If I edit them in the Gallery tab of LR they eventually are moved over, but that's not how it should work.

Hello so I accidentally bought a year plan on this app with apple pay and i cancelled it through apple pay and i was wondering if i get my momey back!? Please someone help i paid 50$ for an app i dont use accidentally help a person out 😢

I have been using the application for a year and everything was working fine, but now I can't load the photos to edit them, I already uploaded them and they are all there, but when I want to open one to reveal it, it doesn't load.

Please help me how to unsubscribe adobe Lightroom mobile. I've wanted to cancel the plan but I couldn't find it in google playstore and in my adobe account. Im sick of this, I am charged but I don't use the app anymore. 

Back in October, after a lot of back and forth discussing the issue, the conclusion was that the new upgrade made LIghroom unable to upload photos from the iPhone taken in landscape mode.   I reverted to the previous version so that I can still upload all my photos, and so far I've been scared to download the newest upgrade.   Anybody knows if that issue has been dealt with and resolved?  Is it safe to upgrade to the latest version?  Thank you

As a left handed user I cannot change the menu bar to the left, now when I am editing my hand covers the screen which I cannot follow the changes on my photo. I am using lightroom on ipad

Hi everyone, I've spent a lot of time attempting to fix this issue, I've tried over 40 different export settings and I keep getting these artifacts on the mobile app! It's really demotivating me and driving me insane any help would be greatly appreciated, I've never had an issue such as this before... thanks, James.   Please see attached photo below. It is a screenshot but that is exactly what I'm seeing when I'm posting to my page and yes I have the media set at highest for instagram.  (Thread title edited by Moderator)  

Whilst I am editing images as soon as I come back to a previous image that has edits made, it either shows auto adjustments (removing mine) or shows the previous edits before the most recents (and changes the sliders accordingly showing the date and time the last change was made). How do I turn this feature off?   I've uninstalled and re-installed the application and cannot find somehting to amend this?   Any help would be appreciated! Need to sort this urgently!
