Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Am I missing someThing on the new iPad Pro, I can not use Command+Z to undo changes. If this is not a thing this would be a great feature to have!

I am using Lightroom on my Android Galaxy S20 FE 5G. I have synced images from Lightroom Classic on my Windows 11 PC. When I try to share the images from LR on my Android phone, I get "Couldn't Complete Share  Unable to share  Edits from Windows PC still need to sync". On the PC in LR Classic, it shows that everything is synched. The last time I tried this was before the October LR update and it worked fine. Alan Hunt

As my question states, I have over 1 tb of photo in my local storage, but when I import them in to my Lightroom, due to cloud storage limitations, I cannot upload all of them, can I just upload preview of them on the drive?

Steps to replicateChoose original RAW, Edit in Photoshop / Command + ESave edits, close edited fileNew TIFF isn't created in Lightroom CC, neither is edited file shown in Photoshop CC recent files list/dashboardThis happens 50% of the time, sometimes they work and return the edited files fine. I'm a regular user of Lightroom, and I have been for quite some time. Today I went to use the app, and all of my edited photos/ presets have disappeared. I log out and log back in, and only about 130 of my edited photos (last ones being in 2019) and 32 of my presets are showing up. Can anyone help me? I have dumped a lot of money in to nice presets and now they are just nowhere to be found.

Hello, randomly some color noise spots appear on DNG photos taken by the mobile Lightroom app on my Iphone 13 pro in the HDR mode. A sample attached, the spot is in the lower left corder. I have never experienced this in the native app / nor in any other third party app. Anyone suffer the same issue, or know how to solve it ? Thank you!

Please help! Today I upgraded to Lightroom 7.0, no issues, later I am back on lightroom editing photos. All of a sudden half of my photos just disapear! No idea where they have gone, how do I get them back?  I can always reimport as I have the original files but all of my hard work and time spend editing is gone! I'm devestated. If anyone can shed any light onto where they have gone & how I can get them back it would be much appreciated! (The photos are not 'missing' as many other discussions discuss they have literally just vanished!)

Just starting to edit some... need experienced eyes.

I have been using Lightroom for a little while now, both on my iPad and desktop, and it still blows my mind that there are basic features that Lr Classic has that are still NOT in Lightroom.  Why is there still no image icon in grid mode that lets you know what image has been edited?Why can you still not batch edit photos to add keywords, location and such on the iOS version?Why can you not edit names to have the photo match the album and put in a sequence order?Why does the iOS version still not get the same feature updates as the desktop? Especially if you are working on a M1 or M2 iPad.  These are features that would benefit everyone and make life a little better when using Lightroom, and make the change over from Classic to Lightroom a little easier I think.  These are just a few that I can think of off the top of my head. I guess if Adobe is wanting to get more people to use Lightroom over Lightroom Classic, maybe making all version the same, and addi

I am using Lightroom Classic 13.0 and Lightroom 7.0, most recent build.  I have long suspected that Lightroom's accounting of cloud storage in my account is off.  So, I have deleted the files in  "All Photos" in the Cloud portion of Lightroom after making sure they were already on my desktop in my Lightroom Classic catalog.  After giving the systems time to sync properly, I see that Cloud storage still seems to think I am using 10.1 GB of storage with 0 photos in 0 albums.  What's going on?  I can't imagine what else I might need to do to convince Cloud Storage that there is nothing there.Thanks,-Jack 

I installed Lightroom 9.0 on my iPad (iOS 17). However, the blurred lens function cannot be found. Is this function available in the iPad version?

Not sure if this has already been discussed on here. I'm noticing a couple infrastructure flaws, then I'm hoping get fixed soon. But:1) when photos get shared as "save copy to device", shouldn't metadata such as location be automatically applied as well? 2) Is everyone else having the same issue where you're  not able to share/export VIDEOS with any metadata copying over, at all? Like neither location NOR original date/time captured. It's very frustrating 😕😕 I'd say of these two issues, the video exporting one is the more pressing issue, as the work around for the photos issue is just using the "export as" button. thanks for any help though, and if it's an app issue, then I really hope it gets resolved soon! 

Hello, I want to report a bug; using Iphone 13 pro (iOS version 16.6.1) and mobile Lightroom ver. 9.0.0 8AFC9B/112) When shooting raw on the HDR mode in the lightroom app on Iphone 13 pro, randomly, but very often on the photo apprear very noisy spots. I attach 2 samples, one is HDR with the spot (lower left corner), one is original file without HDR applied without this spot.It apprears on all 3 focal lenghts.  Awaiting kindly your comments Thank you! Regards  Jan

Hi I was wondering if there was a way to determine what adjustments or preset was made by looking at a photo that's posted on instagram?

I'm relatively new to LR.  When I click the "0" on the right of the various sliders and then clup arrow Up or arrow down, it moves by increments of 10, not 1.  Did I change a setting? How do I fix? Thank you for your time and attention.    

Hi! I've been having a problem with lightroom for a few weeks now and simply don't know what to do about it. I've been editing on Lightroom for years now, on my laptop with an external hard drive. A few months ago now that laptop unexpectedly broke. Since then, I've been using a new one and after downloading lightroom, connecting my old external hard drive and logging into the same account I've discovered all my photos and most of my downloaded presets are gone.  I'm hoping there's an easy solution to this. If anyone can help, please let me know! 

I have tried to save an image raw into hdr. When I try to save the photo the app say rendering and I can't save it. I have tried saving with other formats different from jpg as suggested by the app but I can't. I can only see and save the sdr version.why? The image edited into hdr is amazing you can see the light and shadows of The Sun. is it my fault?thanks

I use Lightroom on my Windows PC (not LR Classic, just the simplified LR). On my old PC, I had a "show original" funtion in toolbar in the bottom right hand of my screen. I can't figure out how to get this back on my new PC! I often use my PC like a tablet (with touchscreen and the keyboard folded back), so I can't always hit the \ shortcut. Thank you!! 

I'm currently using a Macbook Air M1 chip on Ventura 13.5.2. When I try to open Lightroom, it crashes on startup. Loads the splash screen, and then crashes. No error message.

dear all, I do not know whether I am doing something wrong or missing the point.When using masks, I face quite often the need to select something "difficult" therefore I duplicate and invert another mask and add few corrections if needed (+ or -).But many times this is not doable because it's not either A or B, there's something else.So I may try to use intersect function if what I wish to select is shared by both masks.What if it is just the opposite ?I would like to have the "negative" of the intersect, in other words make active everything BUT the intersection.Is this possible ?thank youeric
