Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Same here, I bought my Lenovo or the same purpose of using adobe, creative cloud for video and photography editing. First couple of months at work fine now I've been having all kind of crash issues or you click on something and it takes forever because it's not responding. I'm about to get rid of a big five they can't fix these issues. It seems ever since they started beta. I've been having these problems. Every time I'm in room I go to click on a new preset and it goes to not responding at the top of my screen and takes a couple minutes and then it'll come back and it does that for every photo same when I'm I'm editing it takes forever because even not responding and I gotta wait every time I click on something new. Even Adobe Express is getting that way. I went to the forum in Nashville last year and all these programs look great but ever since I feel adobe experience i'm wasting more time than ever trying to get stuff edited almost $100 a month for a program that works better than F

und auch kein Motiv (da wird dann ein Fetzen Himmel ausgewählt) und beim Hintergrund wird alles ausgewählt im Bild bis auf den Fetzen Himmel...MoinWie schon in der Überschrift beschrieben, kann Lightroom CC und PS Camera Raw aktuell nichts finden bei meinen Bildern. Kein Himmel, kein Motiv. Aktuelle Versionen des Programms sind aufgespielt, habe schon alles deinstalliert, Rechner sogar neu aufgesetzt, aber Problem kommt immer wieder.Ausgangslage war mal, dass ich Bilder verschoben habe über LR und seit dem mag er auch in den neuen Versuchen nichts mehr finden.Jemand eine IdeeAch ja, Bilder liegen alle im RAW Format aus der Nikon Z6 vorDanke mal im Vorraus

Hi there, I have just paid for a monthly subscription for lightroom and rather wanted the yearly subscription due to the discount, but I have paid through Google pay and am unable to magange/change my plan until the month is up but I'm afraid the subscription discount with be done by then. Any advice?

Hi. I'm trying to keep original files on both the cloud and local using Lightroom. That way I have two sets of images in case of problems with one or the other, backup. According to the Adobe Lightroom Common Questions it is possible. See screenshot. However, the 'sync icon' referrerd to does not appear on my images. I am in square grid view as stipulated. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Other than sync via LRC. It's not recommended by Adobe and I would also have to learn LRC as well as LR. Thanks in anticipation.

Hi all, I have imported a lightroom classic catalog into lightroom (latests version ) succesfully following the instructions from this tutorial : https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/using/migrate-to-lightroom-cc.htmlIt worked fine except that after import I do not have my developer changes (such as crops, etc), which makes the import pretty useless because I would have to start over developer work.The tutorial mentions that developer history is lost, but I thought I'd just get my photos in its finaled "developed" state, not the initial raw one. Can someone confirm if I was mistaken, if I maybe did something wrong or if there is a bug there? 

I spent an entire day going through my mobile images on my iPad.I created an "Album" with the best images I want to keep and edit further, but the Album is empty on my other devices (Mac or iPhone)All syncs are turned on and running, and it even shows a message everything is synced and backed up.What am I missing?

Bonjour, j'ai renouvelé mon abonnement Formule pour la Photo (20 GB) à l'année, car celle-ci prenait fin. Seulement Lightroom ne prend pas en compte mon réabonnement et m'informe systématiquement de renouveler mon abonnement,  (ce qui est fait...).Comment puis-je mettre à jour lightroom afin de pouvoir réutiliser l'application, svp ?!!

My photos saved in lightroom and my catalog backups are all on an external hard drive attached to my MacBookPro.  I bought another external hard drive but don't know if I need to start a new catalog for the new drive or if there is a way to continue with the same catalog and still be able to access the older drive's photos and the new ones being stored on new drive , without confusion.Thanks in advance.

Hi how do I import my files from my SD card (I have a card reader plugged in) into lightroom on an macbook air? it keeps saying 'folder permission denied' but I have my prefedrences set to read and write. ive also tried it by adding files to laptop in documents and then pull from their but its saying the same. this is all under the local tab not cloud as I dont have enough storage on there and I dont want them on that cloud anyway because I use another cloud to back up. Thanks in advance

Exporting files from Lightroom as JPG's to USB. Lately for some reason 2 lots of the photos will be exported and when opened on a non-apple computer the first lot (smaller in size) will not open-comes up with an error message.If you scroll down to the second lot (normal size) they open fine. I cant work out why all of a sudden this is happening. When people open their photos on the USB the first lot wont open so they think they cant access the photos. I cant work out why they are exporting like this all off a sudden.Picture shows the first exported photos and size How do I correct this?Thanks 

Happy new year, editors. I have been struggling with editing photos on iPad 11 m1. I believe this is a strong chip that should be covering this feature, but instead lightroom is very slow, closing completely after almost every edited picture, not saving editing progress and crushing, and brushes are super slow to work with, same as rendering. What are your settings? Is it a way to make it work faster? 

I'm constantly having this issue. My Lightroom version is 9.1 Does anyone have any clue on how to solve this?

Using Adobe Lightroom Desktop (7.1.2) on a Macbook M1 Air (Sonoma 14.2).Trying to edit a bunch of older JPEG scans in Local Browse from an SSD, and I get a message saying "this folder does not contain editable files".1. The files open fine in Lightroom Classic (13.0.1) and show up in Preview on the Mac.2. I can sync the file between LRC and LightroomAny thoughts as to what I could try?

Hello, I have a very old version of windows Lightroom version 4.4  I have a pretty decent sized catalog of photos.  I would like to move the entire catalog to a new M2 Mac using Lightroom Cloud.  I don't even know where to start.  Making matters somewhat more difficult I have this catalog spread over 2 different hard drives, one internal and one external. I have roughly 500GB on the internal drive and 600GB on the external drive.   Any help pointing me in the right direction would be great. Thanks.

For some reason I can do it searching through all photos but what I do it inside of a folder it can't find anything. 

I want to collaborate with a geographically distant Lightroom user for purposes of editing hundreds of photos. The joint equipment and software list is as follows:Two Adobe Photography subscriptions.iPad (2TB)Windows 11 workstation (exceeds Adobe specifications)I know next to nothing about an iPad. That, however, is the choice of other editor. I have not used the Adobe Lightroom Cloud version. I do use Adobe Lightroom Classic and a little Adobe Photoshop. The other collaborator will be able to learn quickly. I can share files using a USB stick. I would like to be able to share, between the two of us, raw and edited photos on the cloud.My questions are about how to set up an efficient workflow. Could both users share a common ".lrdata" file?  I believe each user would require an Adobe photography subscription.   I presume they can be on dissimilar hardware. What Adobe Lightroom versions would be used? Has anyone done this? I would appreciate hearing anyone's experience wi

I'm trying to export a 5 second clip, but it's exporting at 0.5 seconds, am I doing something wrong or is there a setting I can change?
