Hi - I m using Lightroom mobile with 1TB cloud storage. I would like to add Lightroom classic to my monthly subscription but it doesnt work. Anyone any idea how to do without opening a new account?Thanks, Jakub

I'm trying to free up cloud space so that I can sync recent photos across devices. When I go to delete photos from my library and then "permanently deleting" from the trash, it's not showing any progress in freeing up cloud storage. I don't want to delete my entire library, just individual albums. How do I fix this? 

Lightroom mobile doesn't sync with my cloud recently. I can't see any of my sync files. Also it crashes when I try to load an image from my phone. I use Sony A7IV work on raw files. All of my files sync in the cloud, I confirmed in the website.  Version 8.4.2 Please see attached video where app crashes several times in 30 seconds.  

Please help! I have seen other posts (several years old) about a similar issue and have spent hours working with IT chat, with no luck.   When exporting photos from Lightroom CC (not classic) to my external harddrive, I am getting duplicates of some photos and other photos are skipped. For example, when exporting photos 1-10, I have 6 copies of photo 1 and no copies of photos 7-10.Some background:All photos are originally imported as RAWs to lightroom, edited with a preset and tweaking.All photos are then edited in Photoshop and saved back into Lightroom, creating a stacked photo (automatically) in Lightroom. I have the most up-to-date versions of Lightroom, Photoshop, and Windows 11. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both programs, restarted my computer, and reset my wifi. Hi, everyone. When I want to export more than one photo on Android, they are exporting in a different order to gallery. They are completely mixed 😞On IOS I dont have this problem. Сhecked all the settings and did not find a solution to my problem. Maybe this is a feature of Android? Is it just like that for me?

I can't stack photos in lightroom, I select several photos and when I want to stack them, the option is grayed out and I can't stack, it happens with all the photos, how can I fix it?

Hallo Zusammen,kann man in Lightroom ein Album so freigeben, dass dann im Webalbum die Bilder in der Originalgröße heruntergeladen werden können? Aktuell werden bei mir die Dateien die sich nach dem Dowload aus dem Webalbum in einem ZIP-Archiv befinden um den Faktor 5 reduziert.Im Kontextmenu unter "Freigaben und einladen" kann man in Lightroom unter Einstellungen nur grundsätzlich den JPG-Download erlauben aber keinerlei Größen- und/oder Qualitätseinstellungen festlegen (siehe Bild). Geht das an einer anderen Stelle?  Besten Dank und Grüße - Mike S.

O app do Lightroom não responde os comandos, trava e fecha automaticamente. o que fazer?

Its been 2 days that I cannot use Lightroom on my phone. It says there is a bug with LR and wait for it to update. Very frustrating.

For reference before I begin, I have the creative suite installed an an external hard drive plugged into my PC. I recently went on my computer and found that the entire creative suite wasn't accessible and I had to redownload everything. Just to be safe I ended up cleaning out creative cloud off of my PC and then redownloaded that before reinstalling each program.  Since everything has been reinstalled, I'm running into some issues that I've never dealt with before. For one, Lightroom is running a lot slower than normal. It's taking longer to load previews and begin editing than before. Sometimes the photos will just look pixelated and never load the actual preview. And no, the pictures I took are not blurry. It will also freeze occasionally or lag. Sometimes when it freezes I'll close out the app, and then reopen it to find that all of my edits have made are gone and I have to redo them. It's very frustrating. Right now it also does not want to export anything, not even one

Hello,I'm having an issue where my Lightroom on Mac OSX and iOS is telling me that my subscription has expired. However, this is despite the fact I've just renwed the subscription via the prompt on the Apple App store. I've attempted to reinstall the apps on both devices (iOS and Mac OSX) to no avail. It seems somewhere that there is a broken link between Apple and Adobe as Adobe has no record of the subscription, yet Apple has charged me and are showing an active subscription on my account. How do I resolve this? Apple wont assist and Adobe wont assist with third party purchases. 

Hi, group! I really hope someone can help me with this. I was in the process of sharing some albums using Lightroom on my iPad. However, I wasn't careful enough and clicked something called "Show only in Photoshop" (I'm using the French version, so my translation may not be exact) and, lo and behold, one of my albums disappeared. I see it in Photoshop on my Mac, under "Lightroom Photos", but can't find how to bring it back. I can't recreate it in Lightroom, because it tells me I already have an album with this name. Help! Thanks in advance.

The newest update has caused severe problems with Lightroom mobile (Android) which has made using masking tool impossible and app crashes at an excessive rate. Any edits done during this period are undone and need to be started over. However, due to frequency of crashes it makes it pointless to continue. 

MacPro Ventura...LR  Desktop.... 100,000 Photos...The cloud almost filled.....I want to delete all photos from iCloud. What are the specific steps?How do I confirm that the photos are deleted?Is there a way to delete the waiting period of permanently deleting photos (60 days)?Is there a way to do a complete start over or delete all media I have copied?ThanksDan 

Friends, How do I download RAW files that were imported into LR Classic into LR CC? I primarily use LR Classic and import my RAW files into classic. I sync classic with LR CC but I am only able to download smart previews into LR CC. Conversely, if I import RAWs directly into LR CC, which I do when I'm traveling and have only my ipad, the RAWs are uploaded to the cloud through LR CC. When I return home, will sync the RAW with my desktop, leaving me with RAWs on my desktop AND in the cloud. Does my question make sense? Ultimately, I want to be able to edit RAW files in LR CC that I originally imported into LR Classic. Is that possible? FWIW, I'm using a mac and ipad. Thanks! Steve

Hi! Me and a few more people are trying to find a solution to one problem that occurs on IPhone. After importing a preset (dng) to Lightroom Mobile the dng file is 'empty', like there would be no preset saved on it. We have no idea how to fix it. There is many people with this problem. And this is for sure not a problem with the files. Its problem with Lightroom. Anybody knows how to fix it?

Hi  I just want to know if someone has already had this weird idea. A nice converter from negative to positive (for digitalized film) .. or maybe I'm missing something on Lightroom mobile and I'm totally ignoring it. I'm sorry in case is there a way and I cannot find it. Pls in case is already in, would you like to show me how to? (Invert curves isn't enough) ..thank you very much 

I want to know how to delete the photos that I have uploaded in LR and LRC to the cloud so that they remain in the cloud but are no longer on my hrs drive.  

I use some 3rd party profiles such as RNI, Cobalt Image, Nagarive Lab Pro. All of them looks good on both Lr Desktop and Lr Classic, but on mobile (iPad and iPhone), photos looks wrong. The look and the level of innacuracy depends of the edits epplied to the particular photo. If the photo is not heavy edited, the generated preview on Lr mobile looks fair, but if it's edited signifficantly, the previews looks way off, in terms of color casts, contast, exposure etc. The only way to show the correct photo is to wait for it to load and zoom in to 100%. Anything less than that is innacurate. Grid view is innacurate and I couldnt find a way to generate correct thumbnails. I''ve seen this question many times on the internet, but nobody has a solution to the problem, so I'm reporting a bug. It's been years since this was happening, and that's the main reason why I'm not using Lr mobile, as half of my photos shows innacurate. Just looking the grid view, it looks awful.

Hi EveryoneI have a problem with the Android app.When I share something to Discover, I get notifications on Mac, Web and Ipad, but not on Android.Have you guys experienced this? I have tried restarting, re-installing, contacting support, no solution so far.Best

HiHave you guys experienced this?Photo Quality drastically decreased when sharing to Discover.I didn't have this problem so far, but now I see a very low-quality image being uploaded to the discover with major noise.
