With the April 2026 version of Lightroom (Assisted Culling Improvements), I found that once you enable stacking by time, the stacked photos cannot be unstacked. I never actually created any stacks; it created them automagically and now all my photos in stacks are hidden and cannot be opened, even though both Time and Visual Similarity are unchecked. This is using Mac version 9.3.
You can no longer tab between text fields when updating the Info fields or adding keywords. You have to manually select the text box and then type.
The recommended presets aren't loading anymore; it says they're being analyzed, but nothing happens. It used to work before—how can I fix this?
After updating Lightroom to the latest version (with the improved crop tool), an issue appered:When I copy settings from another photo, including the crop, and paste them onto my photo, and then open the Crop tool, the photo crop disappears. Pressing CTRL+Z returns back the crop I had.
I have and issue that if I go into the people view, select a person and switch on segmentation by years. If I do this than there are multiple groups for any given year. E.g. I see 5 sections for the year 2018 with different phots in them. Also these segments are not in order but random. E.g. 2017, 2015, 2018, 2017, 2018, 2015Actually I noticed another issue I noticed is that changing ‚sort by‘ has no effect at all. Changing eg. from capture date to import date does not change the order at all.My guess is that there is generally something wrong with sorting in people view.Happens on iPad and iPhone Also in the all photos view the segmentation by year works fine, seems to be a problem of the people view
Description of Issue The Expected Result: In previous versions of Lightroom Cloud, when working in Edit mode, I was able to Tab from one edit setting field to the next; e.g. from Exposure to Contrast to Highlights, etc. I was also able to Shift-Tab to go back up the settings list. The Actual Result: This is no longer available. Now, selecting Tab ‘enters’ the value (like selecting ‘Return’). The second Tab closes the panel and a third Tab re-opens the panel. Lightroom Desktop Version Number: v9.2 20260217-0314 dfbaf86 Build OS Version Number: 26.1 on a 15” M4 MacBook Air 16GB ram Step-by-step Reproduction Instructions: see aboveI realize this may not be a “bug” but a known change in code. If that’s the case, please re-instate the former use of Tab / Shift Tab as it was far more helpful and powerful than wasting it on opening an closing panels.
ANROID LIGHTOOM MOBILE: Can't Post Photos Exported from LR Mobile to Instagram Has anyone else had issues posting exported photos from Lightroom Mobile (Android) to Instagram? I have a Samsung S24 Ultra and have not been able to share edited images to Instagram since I got my phone a month ago or so. My work around has been to post edited photos to Facebook which works, then save that file back to my phone from Facebook, then upload that to Instagram. I get a "Photo can't be posted" error every time regardless if I'm on cell or Wi-Fi.

Windows on ARM Topaz Gigapixel takes 20mins+ to get to nearly complete and then progress bar just stops moving. it’s been 24 hours now, i think it’s not working!! but when i try and cancel it warns me i burned a credit just trying this
Hi, since a few days/weeks I have an issue with Lightroom Mobile. I've edited photo on laptop, then went to Lightroom Mobile, copied edit settings and pasted to another photo and it failed during updating AI masks. Previously it worked perfectly and I do not know what's the problem. I tried to uninstall the app, restart my phone but it didn't help. Do you have any ideas how to solve it?
I was previously using Adobe Lightroom mobile on my Motorola Moto G32 running on Android 12. I did factory reset on my phone now I am unable to install it. It says "This version is not compatible with your device". Please advise
Here we go again. Lightroom began crashing on me over the last few days. All updates are current. Working fine thru the editing process and just began crashing. I have filed many reports and no contact from Lightroom yet. Anyone else have this issue just begin? Hoping for a work around. [Mod: Moved to the appropriate Lightroom ecosystem forum]
In Safari on iOS 26.3.1, HDR photos display as SDR when Lightroom on the Web is in Play Slideshow mode. HDR photos otherwise display correctly as HDR when clicked upon for single-image display.Behavior is identical whether or not user is logged in to Lightroom or anonymous (i.e., sharing link).
We are unable to select them there. There are people reporting this issue here in the community and on Reddit. We are unable to use the Auto + Retro presets on mobile devices, such as my iPhone, and even tried it on the iPad.
I am experiencing a persistent failure when editing video files in the Lightroom mobile app. While the app functions correctly for photo editing, it triggers two distinct error codes that block critical "write" actions for video metadata, effectively disabling cross-clip editing. Steps to ReproduceOpen any video clip in the Lightroom mobile app. Apply any adjustment (e.g., Light, Color, or Effects). To trigger 20190613a: Attempt to select "Create Preset" from the menu. To trigger 20190613b: Attempt to select "Copy Settings" from the menu. ObservationsError 20190613a: Specific to the failure of saving or creating a new preset from a video. Error 20190613b: Specific to the failure of copying and pasting settings between video clips. Isolated to Video: Both of these actions work perfectly fine on photo files(JPEG/RAW) within the same app session.Troubleshooting Already AttemptedFull Reinstallation: Deleted the app and downloaded a fresh copy from the App Store. Lightroom (installed from App Store) cannot import images directly from SD card. By browsing the SD card Lightroom finds the images and is able to import them. In the system security and privacy settings Lightroom has full disc access. I've also tried only to allow to access the SD card but it doesn't work neither. Restarting the computer and Lightroom multiple times doesn't change anything. My wife uses a similar configuration and is not able to import her images from a Sony Alpha IV. She has to browse the SD card to import the images, too. This problem exists for a long time now, even on newly installed MacOS, but eventually I wanted to report it. Maybe it's only a issue on installations from the App Store. Thank you very much. Hi, I've recently bought an ASUS ProArt P16, it has a 4K 16:10 monitor, and I also purchased a ProArt '27 monitor, but that one is 2K and 16:9; since the two different resolutions, I have Windows 11 set on the 4K one at 250%, and the other at 100%. The problem is that when I open Lightroom CC in one of the two monitors, and then move it to the other, the app doesn't scale the UI and everything either appears huge, or tiny, and I have to close and reopen the program in the same screen to have it scale properly, which is pretty annoying...
Product: Adobe Photoshop Lightroom (Desktop/Cloud-based version) Version: 8.3 Operating System: Windows 11 Pro, Version 24H2, OS build 26100.3915 Date: April 30, 2025 Issue Description: Since updating to Lightroom Desktop version 8.3, I am experiencing an inconsistent issue where mask overlays for certain AI-generated masks fail to display on some images. This makes visually confirming or refining these specific AI selections difficult or impossible when the issue occurs. Specifically: Mask overlays for Select Background and Select People appear to work correctly and consistently display their overlays. Mask overlays for Select Subject, Select Sky, Select Objects, and the new Landscape Masking features are intermittently invisible. The overlay simply fails to appear on certain images for these mask types, while potentially working correctly on others. When the overlay is invisible for these specific AI masks, the mask itself is generated (adjustments affect the correct area), bu
When Adobe first introduced it’s iOS import Shortcut for Lightroom I started using it often and reliably. However, it suddenly stopped working on both my 2021 M1 iPad Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max. Now when I try to use the shortcut to import an image from Photos it gives the error “The operation could not be completed. (WFActionErrorDomain error 1” Has anyone else encountered this problem? I have tried deleting he shortcut and recreating it, but it did not help.
I downloaded and tried importing some presets today and my Lightroom Web stays loading if I open the presets tab which affects the other tabs from making changes to the photos.
I facing an issue with my Lightroom Cloud, where the camera profiles are not being uploaded to the cloud. I'm adding these profiles using Lightroom desktop app for Mac, however as they are not syncing, they are not available on Mobile/Web. I've tried everything, removed, added them back, reinstalled the software, cleaned cr_cameraprofiles directory as well as completely removed the catalog and rebuilt it from the cloud. But for some reason - while they are available locally in Mac Lightroom Application, they won't upload to the cloud. After installing them, the sync gets stuck (I guess in uploading...) sync indicator keeps spinning, but nothing happens. .Pausing/resuming sync, won't do much either. Removing the profiles stops the sync, but the problem is not solved. I'm a software engineer, and it does seem obvious to me that the issue is on the server side, where those profiles are either refused or not correctly processed. I cannot however access upload logs that apparent
When creating mask using luminance range, changing range is lagging (choppy performance) with GPU acceleration turned on. On CPU only it’s very smooth. Please see attached video. You can also see CPU and GPU usage on it, and GPU is barely used (which makes sense, it’s just displaying simple 2D image with some colors).Attaching dxdiag file. Drivers are newest, nothing else works in the background, games run crazy fast, the image is medium size JPG, not even heavy RAW.GPU: 4070Ti.
In any other app in Windows, Ctrl + Backspace will delete the word to the left of the cursor. This keyboard combo does not work in Lightroom; instead, some kind of unprintable character is _added_ to the contents of the text field. Lightroom 9.1 Windows 11
