Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I jsut spent HOURS editing photos in colour and wanted to make the whole batch in black & White.I changed one picture to black and white , copied and pasted the edit settings to a batch of photos. How can i revert my pictures back to the last edit setting? USING COMMAND (MAC) + Z didn't revert all photos and stopped at about 10 photos. How can i revert my photos to the edit settings prior to B&W edits so that i don't lose my work and have to re-edit the all over again? 

I have Adobe Lightroom 6.3.1 on my desktop.  A few weeks ago I was able to obtain a link to share some of my albums.  It was great.  I tried the same thing yesterday, but the system "responded" by saying that I couldn't get a link because I was "off line."  I'm not all that trech savvy, and I do not understand this.  I have access to the Internet and so on, but they won't give me a link.  What's up?

I have the most up to date version of all three Lightroom CC apps (iPhone, iPad & Desktop for Mac) and I am noticing an issue with Exporting.Specifically on Desktop, exporting at a custom resolution becomes a problem when you try to choose a Long Side resolution of more than 2560px. If you choose just one pixel over that number Lightroom blows the scaling out of proportion. It zooms in super close at 100% scale as if the image is much higher resolution than requested.I forced the export of an image at a chosen 3000px resolution to see if maybe just the preview scaling was affected but the resulting exported image shows a resolution of 28375 x 18920 at 7ppi (all previous exports are at 240ppi at the proper chosen dimensions).When choosing to export at a resolution higher than 2560px the preview image also breaks, meaning only a portion of it shows on screen when choosing "Fit" as the scaling option. The bottom half of the image just shows black.There is also an issue with export on

I keep getting this error when opening Lightroom. I've restarted the computer and closed all my other applications and tried to uninstall and then reinstall.  I can't seem to get it to go away and get Lightroom to open. 

Can anyone out there suggest a really good training/instructional course to teach me how to use Lightroom CC, or as I think it is now called Adobe Photoshop Lightroom. I need a course to walk me through the basics on up to more advanced things over time. Thank You for any, and ALL, suggeations. Appreciate it very much. DD

Hi, my iPhone with Lightroom mobile vs. 8.5.1 on it got stolen, I have a free account and 98,55 GB library and presets.When restoring an icloud backup to a new iPhone, Lightroom first downloads completetely (the 98,55 GB are there), but the monent I open the app for the first time Lightroom starts automatically logging out.When I log in the complete library and presets are all gone.I switched off auto-update so the issue doesn't seem to be related to an update to a newer version.Is there any way I can access the library (which is clearly still there if you see the storage used by the app).Would hate to lose years of photo edits and presets.Thanks for your help.

Lightroom (desktop) version 7.0.1Lightroom Classic version 13.0.1 w/ Camera Raw 16.0MacOS 13.4.1 I'm a brand new user to both the Lightrooms.  My plan is to use Lightroom rather than Lightroom Classic.  I'm just a hobbyist and want to use my iPad to edit photos more than sitting at my desk with my Mac Studio. I've started loading my images over the years into Lightroom today.  I've come across an issue where sometimes Lightroom won't recognize/import some of my Fuji RAW files, but Lightroom Classic will.  I've attached two screenshots of Lr and LrC side-by-side importing two sets of images.  On Lr you can see that it isn't recognizing the images, but in LrC it is.  The RAWs are uncompressed, one set from an X-T1 and one from an X-T3, all of which live and I'm accessing via the same Sandisk external SSD. Any ideas on what the issue with Lr could be?  I'm going to try importing these images via my iPad in the meantime.

Hello! I admit I'm a beginner to Lightroom, and maybe I missed this in a tutorial...but could anyone please tell me if there is an "Undo" feature for a single action/change to a photo in the Early Access Blur feature? It seems as if I make multiple adjustments for a photo, and I can't undo any one change by itself. I would really appreciate some enlightenment in this area. Thank you!

I'm having the worst time with this, I import the video and it is fine. I make edits and go to export it.    Upon exporting it, it is corrupted. I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like after I've exported it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted my phone, cleared my cache, run all my phone and LR updates.    App version is: 8.5.2 Android Google Pixel Pro 7 with Android 14   Any ideas on how to fix this? 

As the title says. I can't directly import from my SD card without getting stuck at 99%. I reinstalled and have file access setting turned on in privacy. I have to drag the files into the apple ios files app first, then import from there. Other problem described below, but these seem to be a problem for a lot of users and I cannot for the life of me find a solution.Second problem is, there is only a save copy to device. I remember distinctly when using this in the past there was a "Export to 'x" or 'y' " option, like to photos or to files, but that option no longer seems to be available. Even if I choose the export option, it doesn't even save the files anywhere. It exports it and then gives me an option to share it via other apps on my device. I'd like to be able to export and save it to an external drive/sd I connect but there is not option or ability to do that. Not sure why this setting or option is gone as multiple youtube videos show users having the option to do that in their ol

I pressed something on my keyboard while cropping an image and now i have this weird shaded circle with an x and some boxes that wont go away and Ive gooogled and cant find anything! Anyone know how to get it to go away?  

Hi!    in addition to cloud, I store all my originals on my external HD and it's gotten full. I recently bought a QNAP NAS to migrate all of my originals. I have mapped it under preferences to store all originals in the same folder (just literally moved from External HD to HDD) but whenever I start LR, it saying it is moving my photos. I don't see that it moves it anywhere. Maybe somebody has had the same issue?

I shoot and edit (sometimes) with Lightroom on my iPhone and for years I have experienced excruciatingly slow Lightroom sync. This is over all sorts of networks from all over the world. It should not take days and days to sync even if the files are DNGs, A big company like Adobe should have figured this out already!! So frustrating. Shameful.

So, I know the AI denoise feature has been around for a while, but it's not until now that I've found a use for it. However, when I naviagte to the details tab the AI denoise isn't there at all (see screenshot). My friend has the same macbook as me and it shows up for him, and my lightroom is up to date. Is there anything I need to do to enable the feature or something?

I edited a photo yesterday. I open Lightroom today, and all the edits are gone.

I am having an issue with LR Mobile when adjusting photos. The problem is more prominent during Masking adjustments. The screen dims during adjustments for no reason. I am on an iPad PRO with the M2 Chipset. Very annoying as one cannot see the adjustment work being done. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I had a Catalog on my Mobile device (iPad) where I was working on photos. This Catalog did not SYNC on any of my other devices because I ran out of cloud space. Not realizing this, I accidentally turned off SYNC for that same Catalog from my Laptop before upgrading the CLOUD Storage. When I turned SYNC back on, it now shows 0 photos. Any way to get them back?!Thank you.

I get "Denoise is not currently compatible with this photo format" for all of my images coming from my Leica M11 Monochrom. These images are RAW, DNG. Is this expected behavior?

Hi. I have multiple albums that have been shared with me, I click the link in the email and can view them onlinem but they don't appear in the desktop app where it's actually useful. What am I doing wrong please? I'm in a 7 day trial for the software and have lost 2 days with this issue, makes me wonder of this software is even worth it.

Hello 🙂I've been using LR mobile on my iPhone 14 Pro for some time now. Yesterday I noticed that the application cloud is occupied by 3Gb and the application itself takes up 20Gb 🙄 is there any way to reduce it???Do you have any advice?
