Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I updated my information and photos, the Lightroom mobile program has been deleted and cannot be returned, what should I do?

Using the LR App on my iPhone and iPad I don't see anyway to create "sub folders" or albums under existing Folders. Am I missing a detail in this critical step of organizing my assets?currently running the latest iOS on both new devices. Thank youTom

I am in Lightroom mobile on iPad Pro attempting to use Lightroom camera app to capture a photo. There is a message saying "camera in ´slide over´ is disabled". The button to take a picture is disabled.  I checked several places in settings but everything seems to be on.  I don't know what this means or how to change it.

I have used LR sucessfully on my S23 ultra. I opened the app the other day, it was showing no pictures. I uninstalled and re-installed several times. I have tried it over wi-fi and celluar network. When I go to preferences it comes up with a message at the bottom of the screen that says "something went wrong, the developer needs to fix the bugs" and kicks me out. If i log into my account on a desktop it is totally fine. This is SO frustrating, I use this app everyday. Any ideas?!

Can the pictures on another lightroom account be transferred to another lightroom account? If possible, how?

I've started to use lightroom again to speed up my workflow but I am already regretting it. I used a preset on one of my images and when trying to copy the settings to the rest of the catalog I found out that plenty of the images haven't changed their original settings. I have to go one by one applying the preset. I even tried selecting all the settings to see if, maybe , i had been missing one, and it wasn't that either.  any help?

My Lightroom app immediately closes after I open it. I have tried uninstalling, rebooting, and reinstalling, but the problem persists. I have also tried to log in with a different email but there has been no change. My other Adobe apps are running well. What could be the problem? I use the app daily for work and I need it to work. I don't want to use other software but I will if I must.

I exhaustingly downloaded individual photos for my last photo project. I want to try Mixbook but I want to use the photos in Lightroom? 

Hello, I am trying to upload presets I have purchased to the app but the option for the little blue photo with the plus sign that all the youtube videos are showing me is not available on my screen on my lightroom app. Any help on how to get the presets to upload onto the app is greatly appreciated. I have scanned and scanned the app and can't figure out how to make it work. 

I'm having a similar issue with JUST desktop version of lightroom CC.  I had paused sync, placed 12K images in an album, began editing and now the application is indicating the album is empty in the main window but the album list still shows 12,344 images...  What gives?

i recenlty updated to LrM 8.4 on Android and now i can't find the Search function. I also can't find the People function, either. I feel stupid asking this, but where are they?

I used to save my images to device with 2048 pixels long side resolution. Since the new update only the maximum Reduktion jpg files get saved. Please add the batch save to device feature at small, 2048 pixel resolution! This is needed to post to Facebook at maximum resolution by avoiding their own compression algorithm. 

Hii, ich brauche Hilfe, ich habe 45 Bilder in Adobe Lightroom gelöscht und als ich gemerkt habe dass ich die Bilder auch auf meine Mediathek&Icloud gelöscht habe, wollte ich sie wiederherstellen. Das hat für 41 Bilder nicht geklappt, der Support sagt weil mein Abo abgelaufen ist. Das Ding ist,ich möchte das Konto löschen, weil ich ausversehen 2 gemacht habe. Ich möchte natürlich die Bilder nicht verlieren.Alle 45 Bilder sind momentan wieder in meine Mediathek aber ich habe noch 20 Tage, dann sind die weg.Ich habe die Bilder dupliziert und auch mein Mac Schreibtisch rüber gebracht. Die Frage ist, wenn ich auf Lightroom alles so lasse und mein Konto lösche, werden die Bilder wieder in meine Mediathek gelöscht, aber die Duplikate, die ich auf dem Schreibtisch habe, sollten bleiben richtig ? Der Support konnte mir keine Antwort dafür geben, ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen. Danke sehr ! 

So I got a new Apple M2 Max computer today and migrated everything to the new computer.  Everything is working fine but...I got this message (screenshot attached) when I was in LR trying to open a document into PS.   I cannot figure out how to solve this.  Does anyone have an answer to this?  So weird.

i deleted some pictures off of lightroom albums and accidentally deleted all the presets i had purchased. is there a way i can restore them? i read something about being able to restore them within 60 days of them being deleted but i can’t find an option for that on the mobile app on my iphone.     {Thread title updated by moderator}

I just migrated from Lightroom Classic to Lightroom CC. Is it safe to delete the extremely large "Lightroom" folder in Users/myUserAccount/Pictures? Or will that affect Lightroom CC?

In 2019, Adobe released an Apple Shortcut to auto import, but immediately everyone noted how wouldn't be very useful since no option to auto delete the imported photos from Apple Photos and no option to apply ones custom import presets only a few default ones. Is there any workaround in 2023 to have the custom import presets apply when using an Apple Shortcut? And I've heard others created an Apple Shortcut to auto delete after auto importing to LR from Apple Photos, but I have yet to find a single link on line to such a shortcut. Does anyone know of one? And want to confirm it happens in the background automatically without any user interaction?

Good morning,I've deleted my Lightroom library (external drive). I still have all the photos in my creative cloud storage. I still have a physical backup of all my photos, but they are not correctly organized as Lightroom likes (all cr2s are in the same folder) and I miss a backup of the catalog. Is there any way to rebuild the local library by using the CC data automatically?
