Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Once my image edit is featured, I can see that in the Featured catalogue of Lightroom. However, each time I scroll left or right on the list and return back to my edit, the number of likes changes abruptly. It doesn't show the correct number and is random. Sometimes its lesser and sometimes its more than what it's originally is. Even if only the owner of the edit can see the likes, he should be able to see the correct number each time. Please find some screenshots for your reference. One screenshot each when I have scrolled left or right past my image and then returned on the same. I have highlighted the random change of the likes. 

I have the Lightroom version 5.3 and it won't let me upload photos to edit!! I just resubscribed today and I haven't had this problem until now. Can someone please help me out.. It keeps saying "unable to copy" 

I created and shared an album from a collection in LR Classic.  When viewed in a browser, some of the images are distorted.  A small disc with a +/- sign appears in the lower right corner of the screen.  You can move the image around with the cursor.  I'm guessing that the image is being interpreted as a panorama but it's not - it's a standard 3 x 2 uncropped image.  This happens on multiple images.  Any idea why this is happening and what I can do about it?

For years I am using Lightroom and the creative cloud abo, so I have premium features available.I'm sharing several albums to my wife and friends and all of them were able to contibute, uploading fotos and videos to these albums via the LR iOS app.From 9.x on this seems not to be possible anymore? LR app tells them to purchase the premium abo, so they can sync data to cloud?! Anyone else experiencing this issue? Uploading photos and videos via web interface is still possible for contributors of these shared albums (without abo) but until LR 9 mobile they could use the (free) LR mobile app as well...

I am upgrading my Windows 11 PC with 32 GB RAM and need help on how to best configure my hard drives for Photoshop, Lightroom (cloud) and Lightroom Classic.  So I have two internal drives and an external 8 TB Seagate hard drive. My OS and apps are on my C Drive (500 GB with 202 GB free) and currently my photos are on my other internal, E: drive (1 TB with 446 GB free)  which has space, but I am wondering if I should move photos to the external - I do know that I would need to move in LR (cloud) to preserve editing.  But if I do, do I assume correctly that that will also be where I find photos in Photoshop and LR Classic, not just LR? Since I have my photos in a One Drive folder on E:, not a folder titled "Photos", or whatever, would I simply move the One Drive folder? Hi community, I am struggling with something very basic and hope someone can help me. I must be missing something very obvious. I am using LR (not Classic) and Portfolio. I have created albums in LR and I have a "Connection" to Portfolio. I added the albums to the Connection by right-clicking on the album and then clicking on "Share To > Adobe Portfolio". The connection shows up in the left panel "Connections > Adobe Portfolio" menu item. When I click on it, I see all the albums I connected (using Share To > Adobe Portfolio) with Portfolio. In the list of albums, I can see the number of photos in each album, and for each album, I have a "view project" button that brings me straight to the website and I have a "resend" button (don't quite understand what this is for). Everything is online and visible on my website. So far so good.  Now I want to make changes to my albums.Let's keep it simple. I just want to add a new photo to an album with - let's say -

Overall the new streamlined editor I believe is more welcomg to new users but it's simplicity comes at a reduced experience for more seasoned users overall. Alas, it's fine, and companies need to tailor the product to wear they see fit. The one significant issue I see however, is when using Rate & Review, which is now deeply hidden in the app, even though something i use constantly. Again, that such a key feature is more hidden still isn't the issue, but rather when in that mode, in the past, like in most any other app such as Apple Photos, you can swipe on the bottom grid of photos to quickly move through countless photos. Something broke in this new version and that is no longer possible. Instead you have to manually click on each each in the bottom, which is much slower, and requires you to look at the bottom with each intentional click since depending on the orientation the size of the thumbnail may change. Hi there! Can someone please help me figure out what I can do with all the copies of the original files that Lightroom downloads to my hard drive when I hit sync in Lightroom Classic? I’ve been happily using the cloud version of Lightroom, but now I want to try Imagen (AI software) and it only works with Lightroom catalogs.  So I created a catalog in Lightroom Classic and decided to transfer (sync) all the edited photos there, but it keeps downloading original files and led me to have more than 150 GB of data on my hard drive, which doesn’t make any sense cause I have these files backed up on a different external drive. Is there a way to duplicate edited photos from Lightroom to Lightroom Classic without storing copies of the original files that it keeps creating? 

Hi. Currently editing on Acer laptop with gtx 1050 i5. I'm using lightroom classic and Photoshop with latest software. I'm having issues when exporting photos especially bnw. Picture which has been exported appears way brighter than my edit. Everything looks ok on laptop screen but when photo is opened on my phone which is pixel 6 it looks brighter. I'm aware of color profile and colours may look a bit different across different devices but I'm struggling with brightness that is completely off. Especially masking and shadows. Does anyone know how to fix that please ? I'm using srgb when exporting and full size jpg. Photos that are raw either dng or cr3. I'm using Canon eos R and 250d.I would like to add that my edits that looks great on the laptop screen are lacking darkness on mobile especially where masks were applied. Currently the new "Local" storage option cannot show files from an SMB drive. I have terabytes of photos stored on a NAS and was really excited to finally be able to edit them in Lightroom CC but quickly realized that lack of support for SMB drives on Windows. On Mac, it works because the SMB drives shows as a normal connected hard drive. This seems like a pretty big oversight because a lot of photographer will probably also want to use their NAS and Lightroom together. 

Hello,When exporting images, they are coming out half black and pixelated. Graphics Processor is turned off. 

There is a problem when exporting DNG files on on iphone/ipad after upgrading to IOS 17/iPadOS 17 -> instead of full size files only small sizes (192x256px) are saved on an iphone/ipad (when I tried to export DNG files to dropbox - everything was OK - the size was 6048x8064px). Is there any suggestion how to fix it? Is that a bug or do I make something wrong? Mariusz

Hi, Having spent hours running the migration of over 45,000 photos into Lightroom in Cloud from Lightroom Classic - the program exited after running for hous (only noticed when returned to check on it's progress) and I now find when I fire up Lightroom there are only just over 9,000 photos out of the 45,000 present ? Absolutely loads of local free disk space and upgraded Cloud to 1TB before starting for this very purpose. Bearing in mind it says you can only Migrate once - what do I do now ? Also where is any log to tell me why it failed to complete ? I've now doubled my monthly plan charge to no avail.  Thanks Des

The drawing intensity is not correct while using the brush for creating mask.I could see a red dot when I begin the drawing however the further line is drawn with low flow.

Hello, I am using Adobe Lightroom since 2021 and from few months the app is not working in my phone, whenever I try to launch this app, a loading screen is appearing as I show it with attachment, I leave it on loading about 10-15 minutes but no results, if I reinstall it, I will lost my all presets and data. Please guide me what should i do.

Hello, I notice high levels of grain/noise in photos with low ISO settings (100-125). Compared to Other editors/viewers its quite bad, resulting in soft photos. (Not optimal sharp). I found multiple boards with the same problem,  Is there a fix for this problem?

In Lightroom Classic 13.0.1 my sync activity is always unfinished. It affects about 30 photos though the sync details/errors aren't very descriptive. Does anyone know what the best course of action is for the statuses 'error' 'metadata'  etc. Having looked at https://lightroom.adobe.com/ I see no sync errors. The sync activity is not consistent between Lightroom Desktop, Lightroom Classic and iOS Lightroom.  In Lightroom Classic I've tried exporting a small selection of the ones not syncing and tried reimporting them using Lightroom CC 7.0.0 and although they do import without error, the sync also doesn't complete there. The photos are from different cameras so it seems unlikely that it would be a source issue. I contacted Adobe Support over webchat and the technician advised duplicating the catalog and seeing if the new version would sync to completion, it didn't not and actually has more incomplete sync'd photos than the original This is o
