Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hi guys, So I'm on a trip through south east asia and wonder about, how I can change/ stop the storage location for lightroom mobile on my IPad? I would like to do the same workflow like on Mac/Win. Copy my photos on the internal storage of my IPad via Data-Manager, then link them to lightroom mobile to select and edit. Then move the photos from IPad to an external SSD and relink them, to work with them from the ssd, if needed. So if I copy the photos to the internal storage and add them to lightroom mobile, lightroom not just import/ link them, it's starts to copy the photos to the app and I loose the double of the internal storage. I could also add the photos directly from the SD Card to the lightroom album, without copy them via data-manager, but how do I move them after I finished editing?

 My photos have been synced and backed up on my laptop but not on my mobile device (iPhone XR) I've tried many things to get it to work but my pictures and presets just won't sync or back up, it keeps loading on forever and ever. Please help 

In the current release for LR Mobile v8.3.3, there needs to be an option to represent white balance in Kelvin please. I've used Adobe software for over 20 years and in keeping with the rest of your photo editing ecosystem throughout that entire time Kelvin is the scale used. The vast majority of photographers i know are far more used to Kelvin settings as they are also settings used in camera. It's annoying that an Instagram-like -100 to +100 slider is used instead.

So, I signed up for the Creative Cloud plan giving me access to Lightroom CC and 1TB storage on Creative Cloud.  I took it for granted that:1) I could easily upload photos etc to Creative Cloud ("check", it works, although took me some searching to find out how to open Creative Cloud in a browser!) 2) Easily access photos from Creative Cloud to edit them in Lightroom (Web, Desktop, Mobile) (can I ??! I have not found a way)3) Files I would import to Lightroom would be synched to Creative Cloud and accessible from it (are they?! I can't see them anywhere but in Lightroom)Much to my surprise, photos I added (imported) to Lightroom CC does NOT appear in my Creative Cloud folder (when accessing it via the Web Browser here Adobe Creative Cloud ). Although I've later learnt that they ARE indeed stored in the (Creative?) Cloud, but only viewable from Lightroom itself (?). More disturbingly, I have found NO SIMPLE WAY to start editing a photo I've stored in the Creative Cloud in Lightroom

Hey, first off let me say that Lightroom for Samsung is one of my top 3 photo editing apps. It really is a joy to work with. However trying to get the trial version (and ultimately the subscription) to work, has been unsuccesful for me so far -- and has honestly been the single most frustrating online shopping experience in recent years. - couldn't pay by credit card (tried 2) or paypal- so I had to pay through Samsung wallet- Samsung wallet gave me no payment options- had to set up a new Samsung pay virtual credit card (!)- had to charge the credit card- finally (!) got to purchase the trial version- trial version doesnt work. Tapping he premium features always send me back to the purchase a trial page What do I do? (In the app it says trial expired, maybe I have used the premium trial version years ago?) I suspect 95% of interested users have given up at this point... Thanks

I purchased the photography plan through apple back in November on my ipad. Now that I have upgraded to a macbook my Lightroom app says it's up to date, but when I select "restore your purchase" it says "restore is not available without a purchase" I am logged into my creative cloud and everything, hope someone can help!

I have an album in Lightroom CC that lists all of the photos on the left, but when you click on it, it shows as empty.  When I view it on my phone or on another computer I can see every image.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom CC but it is still empty only on this computer.  All other albums are showing up.  Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, can you tell me how to fix this?  Thank you in advance!

Is there any possibility by which I could watermarks on my videos when exporting to my mobile      {Title edited by Moderator}

It just won't. The import dialog box does not even show up. I had to revert to lightroom classic.

Afternoon all, I just after some help with exporting in Lightroom.  Process as follows: - Edit all photos as desired - Add Photoshop adjustments (this then creates a new file in Lightroom once saved on Photoshop- I have two photoshop edits for a few photos there for there is 3 versions of the file.  1: Orignal Lightroom edit 2: Photoshop edit one 3: Photoshop edit 2- I Can see in lightroom that one of the images has a small rectangle with a blue backgorund and white mountain- I've gathered that this will be the choosen image that will export when doing a batch export by highlighting all the files in the album.  So I have tow questions. 1: How do you switch the image that is the 'master' the one with the blue box2: Is the a way to export both verisons of the photoshop final edit? Cheers.  

Hi, there is some video, where someone in Lightroom mobile click to the share button and there is an option "add border and export". I have the newest version of the Android Lightroom Mobile, but for me this option is missing.It would be great to use this function for instagram. Do you find this on your android lightroom mobile version?

Like others have said a million times, posted a million times, and I've gone through a half dozen posts with no solution: pressing the "delete button" does not delete the photo from the library or disk. The photo is greyed out, is not given a rejected flag, etc. I am not syncing to the cloud. I am on windows with Lightroom (not classic) I culled 1600 photos for 3 hours and exported the remainder and everything was exported to the file. Hoping for some help.

Add iPhoto to Lightroom cc

A few minutes ago I took one shot with the iPhone Lr app camera.It showed in camera roll with a duplicate with exactly the same name and time (to the second - NOT a double shutter tap) and both populated my Lr ecosystem. The Info for both files in Lr is exactly the same.  The file name on the thumbnail view in LrC has one named as Copy 1.After a week of using the Adobe Lr ecosystem I'd rate it about an 8 out of 10. It HAS issues.  I'd not call them 'bugs' since they can not be repeated at will. Like a line from the movie 'I ROBOT' they may be just "random bits of code'!🫤

I've recently (last week) moved from using LrC to using Lr.I have an iPhone 14 ProMax which has the Apple native camera, the Lr app camera and ProCamera installed.When I shoot with either camera the photos go into the 'camera roll' system.I have the Lr App Settings / Import 'AUTO ADD FROM CAMERA ROLL' with ONLY 'Photos' enabled.Photos from either camera then populate my Lr system (Lr iPhone, Lr iPad, Lr iMac, Lr Web, LrClassic on iMac & Apple TV Lr app.Yesterday I shoot 33 photos then deleted 5 of them thru Lr iMac.  They showed in the 'deleted' album.I then Removed them from disc using LrClassic on iMac. A few minutes later all five of the deleted images reappeared in Lr (iMac, iPhone and iPad.I looked in the Lr 'Delete' album and all five were there so I went back to All Photos and deleted them again. Then the Delete album showed duplicates of all five. I selected all and deleted them . . . should be for good?But NO!  2 days later I opened the iPhone Lr app and ONE

Fotos, die ich in LR-Cloud bearbeite, werden in der überarbeiteten Fassung auch in LR Classic übernommen. Beim Löschen funktioniert dies nicht analog. In LR (Cloud) nimmt die Anzahl der Fotos ab, in LRc auf dem Desktop bleibt die Anzahl der Fotos gleich. Löschen wird also nicht zwischen LR und LRc nicht abgeglichen?

I have lightroom installed on computers and a phone. I don't want it to auto upload photos to the cloud. How do I stop photos from uploading?

Dear All,I have noted a strange behavior of Lr on iOS (iPhone XR): some times the HDR image has a lot more color noise in some areas than the non-HDR image (I opted for both versions to be stored) and at other times it's the converse (more color noise in the non-HDR image than in the HDR one). That this behavior oscillates randomly and that it's sometimes the non-HDR, direct-from-sensor image that has more color noise is baffling (me at least). Has anyone noticed this on an XR or some other iPhone model ? Is there anythiong to be done ?Thanks for all suggestions and/or pointers !

Hi, I am trying to sync my cloud content to my mac. I used the Downloader for this already, but there seems to be no way to change the target folder. The tool always tries to access the initial path (external drive) that is not connected anymore and I was unable to find a way to enter the folder selection again. I already searched in the net and on the adobe page for infos, but found nothing. Maybe somebody ran into the same issue and found a way to solve it.

I stopped doing photography about a year ago, but I have continued to pay for my Adobe light room and Pixieset Client portal so that I would still have access to not only my client photos but also my personal photos. I don't want to keep spending the money each month on both accounts. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can store those photos, especially my own photos somewhere that I don't have to pay monthly. Thank you for your advice.  

Export images from lightroom cloud (the one where you try to keep images in Adobe's cloud and hope for the best) - it exported them but the slider indicator thing just sits on 1 out of 58. Rebooted. Same thing. Just a bug. I would really not expect this kind of bug given what i am paying for this. 

I had an account from work but since I don't work there anymore I openend a personal photography plan.Facing the following problem now:Mobile phone is still logged in under work account with 1200 pics in it. I did saved them locally on my phone.I would like to change the account on my lightroom mobile to my personal account but will I loose all my pictures when logging in with my new account?How can I do this without losing all my pics?Thanks in advance.

For some reason the app keeps crashing, I'm on Windows 11 and my pc specs are plenty enough. Sometimes it crashes when I am changing a photo setting and it always crashes when I use spot healer. Either way it crashes I always loose any settings I applied.

Hi team,  I tried to import some new presets today, but they immediately dissapear after importing. I select Import but as soon as I select the .xmp file to Presets >> Import Presets... >> Select my .xmp file >> Import >> It reads "1 Preset Imported", but immediately dissapear and the preset is not appearing under any folder (see video attached).  - I have the "Hide partially compatible presets" button unticked as I read a recent update made it hide presets without a profile automatically. - Have tried with 5-6 different presets, all .xmp- This is in Lightroom (not Classic) on Macbook Pro thanks,Alex
