Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Adobe: I am looking into building a Lightroom (cloud) backup, archive, undelete forever service for people who absolutely cannot lose their images for any reason. The service would essentially backup the album structure & raw images to another cloud using the Lightroom API. Currently "fullsize" image access is restricted to "approved" applications. Before I purse this any further does this type of use meet Adobe's criteria for getting "approved" to use "fullsize" images?

I had the app on my laptop that was 10 yr old lol. It finailly crashed and I had to update.  not sure which one of the adobe photo apps I had. But it let me adjust face outline. add smiles. clear blemish and tons of other feactures. now I can't find the right one. Anyone have any ideas. 

I have a one year premium subscription in the google play store until May 1, 2024. But after a day, I can't continue to use the premium features and can't resume the purchase. Google and Adobe ID are both......   (Personal details removed by Moderator)

After setting the ISO to a fixed value, the shutter speed can't make up its mind. I've attached a video showing the problem. iPhone 12, iOS 16.4.1 (20E252), Lightroom 8.3.1.0045B8/34

I have purchased the premium version of lightroom mobile and still cannot use the premium features. Please look into it.

I have been using Lightroom for a few months now. I recently downloaded Lightroom Classic. I wanted to sync all my photos from the cloud and download them into Lightroom Classic. Many photos had the same generic file name that came directly from the camera (D3500. File name example: DSC_0102). When the syncing/downloading was complete, it looks like some photos were replaced with their same name counterparts, but the metadata (like capture date) is still correct. For example: * Photo A - name: DSC_0500 is of a frog captured on 3/11.* Photo B - name: DSC_0500 is a waterfall captured on 5/4. Both photos are now of a frog, but photo B has the capture date, shutter speed, etc of the waterfall photo, and the waterfall photo cannot be found anywhere. What happened? Is there a way to get the correct photos back? 

Hello, I recently noticed lightroom has deleted several photo albums in Lightroom. I'm not sure when exactly this happened but I've recetly updated the app. Anyone know what may have happened and how to get my photos back?  In the attached screens shots, the albums with 0 photos indicated all should have over a hundred photos in them.   Cheers, Khalil

Já é a segunda vez que passo por isso. Mudei o cartão da compra do lightroom mobile, a cobrança foi feita porém o aplicativo NÃO LIBERA O ACESSO PREMIUM, quando tento fazer a compra novamente mesmo depois de já cobrada, aparece a mensagem em que a compra já foi feita e ocorreu um erro. Eu utilizo para trabalho e infelizmente não é a primeira vez que isso acontece. Não tem suporte e nem atendente que resolva. Preciso do acesso premium e JÁ ESTÁ PAGO. Estou pagando por um serviços inoperante.        

I’m going crazy with Lightroom lately. Feel like each time there is an upgrade, it brings a whole new set of problems. I’m using OS, on Mac Studio, Ventura 13.0 few days ago lightroom auto updated to Lightroom 6.3.1 Since it updated, it has become agonizingly slow. it takes 5 minutes to load in previews (whereas it was immediate before). Sometimes it doesnt even load in the preview images and i need to quit and open again in order for them to appear. Now when i try to export a photos to use it takes anywhere from a minute to 5 minutes, where as it was almost instantaneously before Tried to use the merge HDR feature, but when i select this feature, it does nothing. doesnt matter if i use shortcut on keyboard or with mouse on the menu. it registers me hitting the Merge button, but no prompt comes up. Same goes for the Panorama feature. I am fed up with Lightroom. i’ve had nothing but trouble with it. Are you able to filter by date range - e.g. for all photos between 15 - 27 August 2005.

Using Android Lightroom Mobile app on Chrome OS. Was able to install and upload photos previously, but when I opened today and created a new album, there was no "upload" or "add photos" option. When I try to drag and drop photos that are locally saved to computer it won't allow them to upload. Tried restarting but still no luck.

I have been trying to remix and such but it won't allow me to because it says that all of my space is full. I have deleted all of my folders and the "deleted" folder is empty. I was on the computer with customer service for about 2 hours last night and they couldn't help me. All they kept saying is to delete everything in my deleted folder but I don't know how to delete stuff that isn't there to delete. If there isn't anything to delete, why is my cloud still saying that its full? I use Lightroom, not Lightroom Classic.  

Hi I've recently moved my entire library from Lightroom Classic to Lightroom CC in order to have all original files uploaded and safetely stored in the cloud.Now I reinstalled LClassic on my Mac. What will it happen if I click the Sync button on the upper right? Will it download automatically a new copy of the files on my Mac? Do I risk to lose any data?Second question, if I work in LClassic with files uploaded in CC and if I create a new file, for example by using the new command "Denoise" which create a new file will it be uploaded in the Cloud automatically or will it be only on your desktop version?Thank you very muchAlessandro

Hi there, I have been using Lightroom mobile for a while which was purchased through the Apple App Store. If I want to start using Lightroom on widows PC, how do I go about it? Ideally I still want to use Lightroom mobile also, so will it be two separate subscriptions? Will I still be able to access my work done on mobile which is stored in adobe cloud, but on my laptop? Appreciate any help. cheers

Hello I just resubscribed to lightroom again and was signed in on both my laptop and phone but after using it on my laptop for 4 hours or so it booted me saying my free subscription Is over even though I payed... Any help or ideas of why?

I've dowloaded the last version of lightroom 1-2 month ago and it keep crashing even when i'm just scrolling down through my library, also when i want to import new Raw pictures from my sony a7s3 i'cant see the picture i just see a bunch of grey square with a tick box, i used to be able to see what picture i was gonna import .......

Hi - new user, but not a complete novice.I have migrated a 40,000 Mac Photos library of approx 100GB from my 2019 iMac running MacOS 13.0.1.  I "sucessfully" migrated the library to Lightroom 6.3.1 on my desktop.  I say "successfully" because it shows 39,969 files in the library, but many of them do not have thumbnail images (many do). My Mac is only 250GB, so with the system files, etc. it cannot hold both the Mac Photos library and the Lightroom copy held for migration.  I have a 2TB Scandisk Extreme solid state hard drive attached via USB where Lightroom is holding the copies of the library. The end goal is to have all of the images synced with the cloud so my wife and I can access everything from both computers.  After 3 days, just 497 photos have synced in the cloud.  Lightroom is taking up 200+%  CPU usage but there is almost no network activity. Adobe Content Sync in the Activity Monitor shows just 392kb sent over the last half hour. The D
