Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

The online gallery for Lightroom works well for preventing downloading, "save as" etc.  But the pictures must be sized to show well online which makes screenshots just about as good as the "save as" function that you've disabled.  Is there a way to disable screen shots or is that a function of the OS and you cannot affect that in any way?  Even if you could affect (much lower) the size of the image that was screen shot that would help.  AI is here and all photos are at risk...

I'm currently using a school account to access Adobe programs. In the creative cloud Apps section, there is Lightroom under the Available in your plan. So I downloaded it and tried to use it. But whenever I open Lightroom, it's asking for me to start my free trial. It's in the plan but it's asking me to pay for it. How do I fix this?

I've currently found myself with issues within lightroom (cloudbased not classic) I'm on windows 11, 64gb RAM with a Ryzen 7 3800x & a 3080tiLet's say I start masking, occasionally I will get no response for a few seconds when drawing a brush, it'll lag and then follow my mouse around the screen creating a huge masking brush Then when it comes to editing the settings (colour, effect, etc.) it slows down to what I can describe as one frame every second, so it's increasingly difficult to change settings and keep an eye on the quality of my work Any help would be greatly appreciated,Version 6.5

Ich benutze Cloud Basiertes LR. Mein Problem: das Programm ist sehr sehr langsam geworden. Liegt es an den Updates und mein eher etwas älterer PC kommt nicht mehr hinterher ? Oder gibt es eventuell ein anderes Hindernis ? Mein WLAN ist sehr instabil. Wie kann ich LR von der Internet -geschwindigkeit entkoppeln ?Damit die Bilder nicht auf der Cloud gespeichert werden sondern auf meinem PC ?Wenn ich kein Internet habe kann ich kaum arbeiten. Über eine Unterstützung würde ich mich riesig freuen Grüße Ewa  

Latest update I cannot export to gallery it only saves to lightroom photos, and can't watermark it doesn't even have the option now on Android. I edited 30+ plus photos with watermark and saved them just fine on Saturday and then Sunday nothing will work  

I accidentally deleted the app from my phone and now my purchased preset are gone can I restore them without having to purchase them again 

I selected 3 raw photos for HDR merge. When it gets to the merge window, it shows nothing. I tried to restart Lightroom, and it worked for one round, and the same problem happened again. My device is a 2023 Macbook Pro, and it's currently running MacOS 13.2.1

I am running the latest version of Lightroom Mobile / CC / and Classic. Last year my computer went out and I only had access to my Samsung tablet that I used to do all my photo editing. Using a SD card reader, I was able to import photos to Lightroom Mobile and from there I would do my edits. My understaning was that the original files were stored in Creative Cloud, but I do not know how to find that file path. Now that I have a laptop once again, in Lightroom Classic it shows that only the smart previews can be located but not the original files. How can I locate the file path for the original files? Hallo, wenn ich auf dem iPad oder iPhone ein Bild bearbeite übernimmt es Lightroom auf meinem Mac nicht, in der Bildvorschau und auch wenn ich auf das Bild gehe ist es dort richtig zu sehen, gehe ich jedoch zum Export wird die Änderung, Maske o.Ä nicht mehr angezeigt und das Bild dann ohne die Bearbeitung exportiert... Dieses Problem besteht erst seit dem neusten Update. LG

I'm brand new to Lightroom and running the latest version, 6.5 on a Mac. I am in the "Add photos" section and would like to start to print. I don't see a Print tab at the top and nothing happens when I press "command P." How do I navigate to the Print section? Thanks!

LR Mobile App (Android): allow duplication of images. I like to put filters on my images but also like to keep a copy of the original. I can do it on the desktop version, but can't in mobile.  If this is already an option, then my suggestion is to make it more obvious because I can't figure it out without reuploading the original image

Hello,The Lightroom guide states that when migrating a Lightroom Classic catalog to Lightroom Cloud, custom metadata will not be available after migration.What constitutes custom metadata?Specifically, where I have altered the capture date for a file (to have it reflect the actual date of a scanned image (e.g. 1970), rather than the date the scanned file was created (e.g. 2023) will the image file migrated to Lightroom Cloud show the date I had input (1970) or the date the file was created (2023)?Thank you

Hi,Some videos is displaying weird colors in the photo grid. All videos are from iPhone and is HDR videos. My hunch is that this is HDR gone wrong.See attached screenshot: There is a funny thing about timing; there is some delay in the coloring. It seems like thumbnail is loaded and then the color filter is loaded. Only - it gets the wrong filter or something.I've tried to disable GPU acceleration - my laptop supports basic acceleration on Intel Iris XE graphics.Everything I can think of (GPU, System, Lightroom, everything else) is updated to newest version from respective vendors.Any ideas? 

Hello,I'm using Lightroom Creative Cloud with 1tb storage. All my photos and albums are stored on the cloud. I don't have Lightroom Classic.I want to share albums with my family so :- They can easily access any of them, anytime- They can download high res images if they want to print some I tried to publish a portfolio, since I could manage rights there, it seemed like a great option. But Adobe portfolios drastically limit files quality on download, so it's a definitive no.I tried to share albums with a "public" link (only owners of the link can connect). It works well, but it has flaws : quality is a bit downgraded (not by much, but still) and all albums aren't accessible with one link only.Finally I tried the "Gallery" feature, wich looks great : several albums accessible from the the same page, and highest quality downloads. But I cannot manage the rights from anywhere and the url starts with "https://lightroom.adobe.com/gallery/..." as opposed to directly shared albums whose l

When I use Lightroom Classic this when exporting allows me to change the pixels per inch of an image, but my doubt is that when exporting in Lightroom CC version you can not change the pixels per inch of an image and automatically you export it in 240 dpi, is it so or am I wrong? and is there any section within Lightroom CC to change this, thanks and I hope for an answer,.a hug to the entire Adobe community.

I have an older version of Lightroom that prior to an update (years back) allowed for batch edits; Edit one image, select other images and hit sync. It was so easy then. That doesnt work anymore on that version. Go it. So I joined the creative cloud hoping to have this feature, however, it seems its still an issue. Problem: I edit one image, copy edits, and paste edits but it doesnt replicate the edits to the selected group of images. It only works on a single image at a time.Is this really a bug that hasnt been fixed even in the newest versions of LR all these years later?PC, Windows (Latest)what am I missing?

アップルストアのレビューに書き込みした「しんしんひんひん」です。わたしが言いたかったのはこう言う事です。画面縦向きで編集する場合は編集メニューが表示されますが(写真1枚目)、横にするとメニューが表示されません。アップデート以前は横向きにしても表示されていたので、画面横向きのまま編集できました。アップデート後は横にするとメニューが表示されなくなったので、数値を変更する場合、わざわざ縦向きにして変更しないといけない。手間な上、横向き写真が多い自分にとって横向きのまま方が画面も見やすく、その常態で編集できたのに、それができなくなりました。尚、レビューの回答で教えていただいた作業は全て試みましたが改善されませんでした。横向きのまま編集する方法があるのなら教えていただきたい。  

Hi I have  LR installed on a windows pc and had the hard drive. replaced.  LR now indicates that it is unable to move photos to the cloud as the DATA is offline. There is an option to Forget Volume that will delete the data that was presumably located on the earlier hard drive. If I do this Forget Volume will it have any affect on the copy that was installed on the lap top before the disk replacement ?Thanks RJ
