Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

When I add a new photo to Lightroom, it appears in All Photos at at the top of the listing. If I add that photo to an already created Album, the new photo appears at the bottom of the listing. How do I reverse the Album settings, so that the most recent new photos appear at the top of the listing? If it is important or makes a difference I run Lightroom on an iPad, an iPhone and a Windows PC.

I can no longer see the photo date when I go into View Options > Show/Hide InfoAnyone know how to get that info. to show?

Trying to import presets and I get the error message saying "legacy process version" few of the presets are highlighted? I don't know what to do to fix it... it's my first time having presets.

Nonostante mi sia loggato, l'account viene sempre segnalato come free e se tento di ripristinare gli acquisti l'app va in loop e devo forzare la chiusura. Come risolvo? Ho speso dei soldi per un abbonamento inutilizzabile? Grazie.

Greetings:I just installed Lr desktop,  which comes with my PS subscription, on my HP Pavillion laptopn and Lr Mobil on my Galaxy S20 FE 5G  but I'm not seeing the grid on either app. Please advise.Peace.

Hace una semana se me borraron todos los filtros y configuraciónes que usaba para editar mis fotos alguien mas se le ha presentado esw problema parece que nunca hubiera tenido nada tenía mas 370 fotos y 170 filtros con configuraciónes y todo eso se desapareció alguien sabe como puedo  recuperarlo todo

Buenas noche colegas.. tengo ambos programas tanto en la computadora como el móvil... pero a la hora de sincronizar carpeta en el ordenador no me. Aparece en el.movil. Tengo el plan de 20 gb y ambos programas con la misma cuenta 

LR on my iPhone 11 Pro won't export DNG files as DNG - changes then tp jpeg. How can I fix this.  

Dear Adobe Community I've been struggling a few days already to figure out why I can't import all my old presets from Lightroom Classic to Lightroom CC. Those presets work perfectly fine in Lightroom Classic but for unknown reason they cannot be imported to the Lightroom CC even though they are already converted from .lrdata to .xmp file. I'm getting Import Error: Some files could not be imported as presets or profilesLegacy Process Version  Is this some kind of bug or what to do in this case?I have the newest versions of Lightroom's 2023 versions.ThanksP

Hi there everybody! I recently got a new Creative Cloud contract and account that is partially paid for by my university. I cancelled my old account without exporting my Lightroom Presets and am desperate to find them now. Are there saved somewhere on my computer? How to find and access them? Appriaciate any tipp!

When I try the Super Resolution I get these weird wafer patterns instead along with a weird coloration. It's fair to say these pictures are unusable. I'm running a Radeon 6900 XT graphics card on Windows 10. I'm processing Sony A7m4 photos.

Hello,I have bought the Lightroom desktop version several years ago. Now I finally decided to change to the online cloud version in order to make working from different computers easier. My Lightroom version is Lightroom 6. Since the moment I have an Adobe Account, the Desktop version only works if I lock out of the Account. So far so good. Now I tried to migrate the catalog .ircat file into the new Lightroom cloud version. This worked so far as all the folders are imported, but it imported not even a single photo. It did not give me any report on possible problems.So what can I do now? Thank you very much in advance.Sarah 

Hi. Apologies in advance if this has been answered or discussed before. HAS to have been (I'd think)... but I can't find a discussion like this anywhere. Anyway... I migrated over to LR from LR Classic about a year ago. Liked the interface better, like the cloud component, and the editing functionality is good enough for me (non professional). What I have not figured out, and what nobody seems to discuss online (OR it's so hard to find given Adobe's tremendously frustrating naming convention between LR and LR Classic) is the best way to keep a redundant backup of everything.  Yes, I have my originals saving locally to my computer. Which does give me some comfort. But what about edits? If, for some reason, Adobe's cloud were to completely fail... theoretically I could just drop all my raw files back into LR and be 95% satisfied.  Is there any way to preserve edits as well? Those that travel internationally and need to keep backups of photos... wha

I'll try to keep this short - but I am lost in my syncing world and not sure what to do next:Wanting to try LR CC I first migrated my images to the cloud.  Now I want to go back to LR Classic as my primary editing tool.  But even after merging catalogs in LRC, and enabling Sync,  I still do not see all of the images in LR Classic that I see in LR CC.  How do I make sure all of the cloud images are available in LR Classic?   BTW, not wanting to lose my images somehow, I used Adobe Downloader and downloaded all of my cloud images in my local machine.  In this case there were about 30,000 images, but in LRCC there are about 20,000 images.  I don't understand this.  I am really just trying to start clean and would like to use both LR CC and LR Classic if possible.  Thanks.

I'm using Lighroom CC Destop app, I can't paste edit settings on new single image/multiple images. Tried clearing Cache, restarted the lightroom app. Went through multiple community posts but found nothing specifically related to this issue. Please share the solution or redirect me to the community post that has the solution

Good evening, for reasons related to judicial activity relating to a case I am dealing with as a party consultant for the protection of a suspect, I need to know which version of Lightroom saves a copy of the images in the following path: "C:\ Users\user_name\AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom CC\Data\variable_folder_name\originals”.I apologize in advance for the unusual question, but it is absolutely necessary to go back to that version in order to try the automatic archiving of these images in the aforementioned path with a repeatable procedure.Thanks, kindness.

Hello.  I'm having a weird problem with my cloud storage space. I removed all synced photos from the cloud, so I was expecting to see something close to 0/20GB used, not 3.5GB used. How do I free up all the cloud storage space?    

How can I run Lightroom (a Creative Cloud subscription, on MacOS), such as when I'm on an airplane, and unable to connect to the internet in order for it to validate my subscription?  It gives me an error that it must have an internet connection, after which it then quits the program.  I read that some people start it and keep their laptop running and therefore do not log out.  However, that isn't very practical for me because (1) I may forget to do that before boarding, and (2) because I cannot turn off the computer, it may drain my battery before I get a chance to connect it to a power source.  Also, it's just very frustrating for Adobe to assume I'm running it illegally, and not having a way to allow me at least a couple of times to be able to run it without internet access being available.  Thanks!  -Brian

There are issues with IOS Lr app for i-pad! There needs to be an on/off toggle for sync with off in default mode, sync should start with high resolution as default status instead of smart preview, and you should'nt be able to erase images across all devices without at least a prompt asking you for permission. Through a  series of unfortunate events I lost years of work and 1500+ images and im devastated! I deccided to move my images from my old i-pad to a new i-pad, the sync started instantly without a prompt as soon as I opened both apps, unfortunately smart preview is the default setting so I decided to erase the images downloaded on the new i-pad so far and start the process over. When I did the app told my original i-pad to do the same  and now the images are gone forever. You could say the cloud will save them, and yes, the smart preview low res version. I shoot macrophotography, the quality and sharpness matter. Those images mattered! This app is for people striving for

BonjourJe perds beaucoup de temps et d'espace pour enregistrer mes photos retouchées car il faut obligatoirement les transférées pour avoir le filigrane et cela les enregistres directement sur l'appareil plutôt que dans le logiciel.N'est ils pas possible de faire autrement afin de pouvoir les partager plus facilement une fois les modifications faites ??J'espère que cela sera possible sur une prochaine mise à jour car cela faciliterait grandement les photographes amateurs comme moi.Cdt   

Hello there,I cannot import more User Profiles (vía Lightroom app, OS) and subsequently import them / sync them to the Lightroom mobile app (iOS)... I'm suspecting that it's limited to 10 User Profiles? If so, how can I delete some of them to make space?Thanks

My organization adobe account expired, and I shared my photos to my personal account through a shared album. I believe they're all shared successfully and it looks permanent, but they all have a badge saying the were "added by" my other account. Is there a way to remove this or transform these photos to being owned completely by my personal account?
