Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I'm having a persistent issue across all versions of Lightroom (iPhone, Mac, iPad) where, when applying a preset to an image shot using the iPhone 14 ProRAW image profile, the image has its exposure pushed down at least -1 to -2 stops.The only profile presets in Lightroom I can use which don't result in this unwanted adjustment in exposure are (unsurprisingly) the Apple ProRAW profiles themselves (Colour & Monochrome).When I shoot without using the ProRAW setting applied the issue isn't present.Below I've attached a series of images that show a preset applied to a raw image and an out the box jpeg. I've also shared each original image for compare and contrast. I've used the same profile (Agfa Optima 100, RNI FILMS) in both instances and have not applied any other editing (white balance correction etc).I've used screens from my phone as reference – but – this isssue is persistent across all devices I use to edit photos.Regarding my kit: I'm shooting on an iPhone 14Pro

I have bought a subscription to Lightroom on my macbook.  I've downloaded the mobile app for my iphone 14 and I can't use any special effects.  They say it's premium.  When I want to use the special effects like 'season: summer' it says that I have to have premium.  On my macbook it's works perfect but if I use my iphone, I can only use basic things but nothing like the premium things.

Hallo liebe Community,   ich habe folgendes Problem:  Nachdem ich in lightroom mobile meine bisherigen Aufnahmen vom Handy in meine Aufnahmen gezogen habe, erfolgt bei der nächsten syncronisation mit Lightroom CC folgendes: Lightroom CC erstellt automatsch Unterordner mit Datumsangabe und fügt dort die jeweiligen Handyfotos rein. Das möchte ich natürlich nicht. Wie kann ich das abstellen? Danke und Grüße    

You can see from the screenshot below I'm having an issue with LR saying in the main pain the folder is empty. The folder itself, on the left, shows it has pictures. I tried making a new folder with a different name and upload the pictures but it told me the pictures had already been uploaded. I see the pictures on teh hard drive and don't know why it is doing this in only two folders. None of the folders are up to date with uploads to Adobe so again, why do all the others work but these two do not? I have updated LR, I have all the patches in Windows 11, I never migrated from Classic I started with LR.     

After applying a preset or edit a photo, I export my photo.I quit Lightroom, but decide de open the program again and edit more.The program opens at my last edited photo, but the photo is in original.Lightroom is not saving any edits.Do you have any solutions?Thank you!

I upload raw from my camera to my phone via a FTP server on my mobile when I'm on the road.I put the photos under /Download/FTP/ which is where I want them. After that I want Lightroom Mobile to automatically pick them up with the "Auto add" function. However, when I go to the settings for it, with the "Import from all locations" check to off, I only get folders that are under /Pictures on my phone. I can't use FTP to upload the photos under Pictures, because then the RAWs will automatically be picked up by Google Photos, which is not ideal(they are not processed and take too much space). Why can't we import photos from any location we choose?  

Im facing this problem, when i try to Open camera from the Lightroom Mobile app to take a photo, It just gets stuck on endless black screen (screenshot will be added) and my Phone camera is perfectly fine. I think its a bug that's need to be fixed Asap. App version: 8.1.2 (latest version as of today) Device: Walton Rx7 Mini  Specs: Mediatek Helio P60 , 3/32   

My Light Room isn't loading or showing any images from the gallery. I tried to update it, but still same. That was Jan 19-23.Jan 27, I uninstalled and download a new one,  it works perfectly Feb 1st until I closed the app again.After closing the app, the same issue came up. It is still not loading images up to this moment. Please kindly work on it.   

Hi. I recently returned from a stay in Oman, where i made loads of pictures. I imported them into lightroom CC on my iPad. Now I want my photos on my desktop Lightroom Classic. How can I geet to the original files.Thanking everybody in advance.Best regards Jens

Hi, Context: After years of using Lightroom Cloud and neglecting my old Lightroom Classic catalog (both on Windows), I just used Dropbox to sync the catalog and all photos to an Apple Macbook M1. Then I started a 'trial' of the Photography plan with 1TB (from just Lightroom with 1TB) to have access to Lightroom Classic again (on my old computer it was expired but could still be used to open old catalogs and export them). The old catalog just opens fine with Lightroom Classic (it's already in v12 format), and it can access the folders and find the images. When I do this (all on Mac OS Ventura 13.2, Macbook Air M1 2020):- In Lightroom Classic (12.1):-- Create collection set for a folder hierarchy (I organized by year and event date)-- Export this collection set as a catalog    (There are only some errors/warnings about missing previews)- In Lightroom (Cloud, 6.1 MAS arm64):-- File - Migrate From... - Lightroom Classic Catalog... - Continue - Continue-- Brows

Die neue LR-Version ist extrem langsam bei der umfangreichen Erstellungen von Masken mit KI-Funktion sowie der Feinkorrektur deren Ergebnisse mit Pinsel (z.B. Subtrahieren). Seit dieser Version habe ich auch häufig Internet-Abbrüche bei der Erstellung von Masken. Ich arbeite mit macOS auf einem iMac.

Are there any ways to make a clipping path in Lightroom? I work a lot with product photography, and that would have been a massive help! If I mask the product in Lightroom, it is almost the same prosess, only I have to do it twice, first for editing, then again in Photoshop to save jpg with clippingpath for the users of the photos.. Does this exist, and if not, why not? &#x1f605

I edit my photos on both desktop and mobile versions of Lightroom CC, often starting on my iPad and finishing once I get back to my Mac.   For a past few months I've been having issues with edit settings not reliably synching between the two. When I open a previously edited photo on the Mac, it would often be displayed in original form with no settings applied and once I switch to edit mode I would get an Waiting for Settings error in the side panel. The photo will be stuck like this until i find the same photo on the iPad and change something in order to force edit settings to sync. This helps for a bit but again it's not reliable: while I'm editing a photo on the Mac it can randomly go in to Waiting for Settings mode while I'm still editing it and essentially lock me out of this photo until I fix it though the iOS app. I lose any changes I just made on the Mac too. It would get stuck like this over and over until I give up.   All this makes it quite a pain to do anything in

No it's not my internet, the 100Mbit line is fine even via WiFi.Got a new phone, running LR Mobile Android since many hours to store about 30k smartpreviews locally to the phone memory, files that are supposed to be a few kb. What does it take 1-2 seconds to advance one of those downloads?Why cant LR Mobile do it in the background? I created a black low resolution 8h video that I can play to keep the screen active during the process (as the maximum timeout is 10 minutes).Why is it so annyoing to setup Lightroom on a fresh device?Why can't I selecet multiple albums and activate "store locally" instead of hitting each one by one?Even if that is about 30GB in total, this should not take more than 20h to download.

Does LR automatically sharpen the image when downloaded?

Hi, I am hoping someone might be able to help me with advice on combining two accounts/libraries in Lightroom. I am currently using cloud based on my MacBook Air and Lightroom mobile on my iPhone and iPad pro. Does anyone know if it is possible to combine the two libraries into one, accessible on all devices?Also wondering if I need two accounts or can it all be done from one account?Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

After installing Lightroom CC on macbook pro 14 Ventura 13.0.1 I can't run app (is installed according to list on Adobe CC) there is no lightroom files at all (running as Intel showing error window: "File not found"). I used Adobe Cleaner alredy, updated macOS, other apps from Adobe CC are working. Instalization proces for Lightroom CC is to fast it skips form 1 to 99% immedietly.
