Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I still have 14.1 GB of free space (out of 20 GB) and it worked until recently. Now it still says downloading and its a few days later. Any ideas?  

Light room mobile for Android. Always crashes but was usable. I pay for premium and starting today I can'tedit Photos. Editing options are greyed out. I've been using Lightroom at least ayea and while plenty frustrating I've never not been able to edit. Please help I have others wanting to see pictures they arewaiting for. I use Android and after finding out today during online Chat with help center that the App and Android don't play well together, I was able to edit the past year. So something hasChangedThank you

I read that lightroom recommended presets is AI powered and it analyse the photos and compare it against photos with similar subjects and histograms that are shared by other community members. Does this means that my photos stored locally is also used for content analysis? Will this come under this specific clause in  Content Analysis FAQ"Additionally, if you use features that rely on content analysis techniques (for example, Content-Aware Fill in Photoshop), your content may still be analyzed when you use those features to help improve that feature."

Select subject option under masking on the desktop version is not working lately for me. It doesnt select anything after showing its trying to select for a while so I end up using radial gradient. Also the Vignette on the desktop version doesnt shade the corners dark, any advice would be greatly appreciated. fyi yes my software is upto date.

Before I Installed Lr my sd card photos opened fine now whenever I insert my sd card they open with Lr. the actually program doesnt open its the sd folder on the computer. I dont like that they dont open as quickly as before having Lr installed. 

I mainly edit on mobile but when I go to desktop all my images appear, my presets I applied on mobile are all applied to the image but the presets themselves are not available on desktop to be applied to other images. However some presets are there, a new preset folder I made the other week is visible on desktop but only contains 5 of the 20 or so presets that are in the same folder on mobile. Aay ideas? Syncing is turned on.

Is there any way to turn off Cloud Storage? As a professional, I use gigs upon gigs of images and only use Lightroom to create DNG backups to store on alternative drives.  This new CC does not work with my workflow and is useless to me.  Is there any way to return to the previous version? 

I'm not very tech savvy, and I'm just trying to use Lightroom to edit my photos.I mainly use the Android app on my phone, and occasionally my PC.A few weeks ago I got the message that I've filled up my 20gb of cloud storage, and no amount of deleting in my Android App, my PC App or on the Creative Cloud can change this.I seem to have a Lightroom folder on my PC with 21gb of data, but I can't directly access any photos like I would on my Windows OS Pictures folders. ie individual thumbnailed files.I think all my photos are backed up on my phone, but I cannot be sure.So...that's two local storage places that my photos might be backed up to, but Adobe doesn't make this clear.To really be on the safe side, I'd like to save all my photos again on to my external drive, but I can't confidentally do this.Incidentally, on my Android App I thought I'd try 'Select All' and see what it would let me do.It won't let me do much, and when I click 'Export As' hoping that I would have some further optio

Bonjour J ai un Chromebook avec depuis environ 6 mois lightroom Android qui fonctionnait très bien mais depuis quelques jours gros ralentissement crache récurant , par moment l'application ne s ouvre même pas .pour un détection cela peut prendre jusqu'à 5 minutes   j ai la version 8.1.2 de lightroom et la version 109.0.5414.125 de chrome os  Merci de votre aide

Hallo zusammenIch habe mal eine Frage wie es Lightroom --- Lightroom Classic handhabt wenn ich das Cloudspeicher limit überschreite.Kurze Erklärung zu meinem Workflow:Ich arbeite eigentlich am PC mit Lightrrom Classic, und habe das Fotoabo Lightrrom Classic+Lightroom+20GB Cloud. Unterwegs lade ich die Raws dierkt von der Kamera ins IPAD Pro, sortiere und bearbeite ein wenig auf dem Ipad usw.Zurück am PC nehme ich die Fotos aus dem synchronisierten Ordner und lege sie im Ordnersystem von LR Classic ab, dann habe ich die Raws in meinem Classic Katalog und kann sie vernünftig bearbeiten (ohne die unnötigen Einschränkungen von Lightroom !). Ausserdem werden die Bilder dann in meinen regelmässigen Backups auch gesichert.Was passiert nun wenn ich auf dem Ipad Pro mehr als 20 GB an Fotos einlese ?Ich gehe mal davon aus das Lightroom zunächst einmal die ersten 20GB in die Cloud synchronisiert bis se voll ist ... und dann ?Angenommen ich schalte nach der Reise meinen PC ein und verschiebe

Version of the app: Lightroom Android v8.1.2Platform and OS version: Android version 12 (I have 8GB RAM)Basic steps to reproduce the problem: I am trying to select subject and it says I need to download first (same issue with select sky) but when I click download it does nothing.Expected result and actual result: I have read about a work around where you can copy and paste a setting where AI subject was used and it will automatically download it. I'm trying to manually focus my iPhone 13 Pro (iOS 16.1.1) in the Lightroom Mobile (vs. 8.0.1) Camera app.  For example, there are many cases where a forced infinity focus is very useful, as in a conventional SLR! Although the manual-focus scale shown in the app is in meaningless units (0% to 100%), I have been told that 0% focuses on things nearest to the lens and 100% is furthest away.  This is not the case on my 13 Pro, however.  Judging from the on-screen image (difficult since I don't see any way to magnify it when focusing), infinity focus is considerably below 100%, somewhere around 75-85%.  Higher "percentages" of focus make the most distant objects (and everything else) distinctly blurred.  Can somebody explain what's going on? When manual focus is activated, the app also shows a green overlay that has been described as "focus peaking."  It is supposed to highlight the highest contrast edges so that, when the bits you want in focus are g

Since upgrading to iPhone 14, my Lightroom crashes persistently and has become virtually unusable. Are others experiencing this and has anyone identified a cause or fix?

Hi guys,I use Lightroom Classic, but need to start also using the Cloud based Lightroom as I need to be uploading and editing my images on the move.In the Cloud Lightroom I cannot see how to upload my Lightroom Classic presets. Any tips would be greatly appreciated as it's baffling me! All the best, Donna

Every time I export a video from Lightroom the quality is half the original file size- is there any way to edit a video in Lightroom but export at the original quality? Thank you! 

I travel quite often and find Lightroom on iPad is quite handy.  I used "Login with Apple" on Lightroom for iPad and that's not a paid account. I paid to AppStore subscription for premium editing features of course. When I was staying in Italy, it acted like noting wrong. However, the fact is that Lightroom for iPad would upload my raws to the cloud and delete the local copy, even if my account is not eligible. Last month I travel back to China then I can't access most of the pictures even now I returned to Italy again. I have another paid account and I realized they are not the same. Now I paid both cloud accounts trying to save my pictures. It didn't work at all and all I've got is the error above. I need help to get back my catalog. However, another obvious problem is, my account did not have cloud access, why would this app silently SYNC MY FILES TO THE CLOUD AND DELETE LOCAL COPIES?????

Mask subject not available on iPhone 8 15.7.1. It was available before but not after Lightroom upgrade. How can I make mask subject available again on my Lightroom mobile app.   thanks for help, gerardo        {Title edited by Moderator}

Hello EveryoneI recently cancelled my CC Subscription (Photography Plan) after my workplace provided me with an account. Over the years I had been using Lightroom Mobile as well as the Lightroom Classic app, storing and editing images on there rather than on my laptop. After the cancellation I was told Adobe would hold onto my Cloud images for a year before deleting them. However, when I log into my old Adobe Account and go to the Files section there are no images there aside from a few asset logos etc. It says that I have used up 9.7GB of data which is probably about right for the images on Lightroom Mobile (I don’t remember putting all my Lightroom Mobile albums on the cloud however). When I go to the Mobile app I can see all my folders/images there as they were prior-to-cancellation, however, they are all smart previews now and I would have to download each one individually to 'reclaim' them and doing this on my phone would take forever plus I don't have the space. Hi, I have read a few answers to this but it doesnt work. I have nearly 2TB of photos on the cloud that I want to also put onto an external hard drive for double safe keeping. I only have 500gb on my imac so I need them to go straight to the external drive bypassing my mac.  What I've read says go to the CC desktop app and click on the three points to the right. I don't have these anywhere. Ive looked around a bit in other areas and can't find anything.    Can anyone help? I am running imac with ventura if that helpful.   Thanks. Gen
