Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I'm filing a complaint on behalf of a friend and colleague who claims that the last time she rebooted her laptop, all of the photographs, including the presets in Lightroom, vanished. All of the photographs returned when she plugged in her SD card in the first time this happened, but this time, they didn't.

My lightroom app dont work on my laptop. Idk why another apps ps and lightroom classic are working. Your side is telling me that i have this app on my laptop but i don't and i can't install it.     {Title edited by Moderator}

Hi, I've bought and imported the Lutify.me presets. I've tried to import using File>Import as well as from the Presets pane. I've tried one by one or by folder in either case. I've verified that no preset is hidde and I've restarted LR.It appears that the import seem to work well : I had confirmations and when I try to re-import, the corresponding preset appear as alreasdy imported. However, the imported preset don't show up in the UI.I also think that I've briefly seen a preste sync notification in LR Mobile but the preset won't appear in LR mobile. Any idea ?

I have an Adobe Lightroom subscription that I created on my desktop computer, but I want to start using the app on my Surface tablet as well. I just downloaded it but I cannot get past the load screen. I try to click on "restore my purchase" because I have a subscription already, but this annoying pop-up keeps appearing saying "cannot restore without a purchase." This is very irritating because I don't want to buy ANOTHER subscription just to access this app on a different device. These nonsensical paywalls are getting out of hand. Is there anything I can do to access Lightroom on two devices? Or can I only use it on one?

How can I remove photos from the Lightroom CC without deleting them permanently? I just want to remove it from Lightroom CC.

Hello, im pretty new from using a lightroom, this morning i buy a yearly subscription from lightroom for my school task, i buy it and using it once, but then the task is getting cancel and i decided to cancel my subsription. At first, i tought i will get a 7 days trial first before getting charged. Cause that is what written in there. But it Turns out, that i automatically getting charged when i first buy it. Can i get a refund from my subsription? Pls help me.

Hello Adobe team, I am facing some Problems in Lightroom Mobile on Using XMP Presets.When i am trying to use the xmp presets by pasting the xmp files in Userstyles folder or by Importing it directly from LR Mobile app, it works fine... But when i sign in with my Adobe Account, the imported xmp presets are not showing..Its not showing even after importing it again from the app or via file manager (Android/data/com.adobe.lrmobile/carouseldocuments/00000000/Profiles/Settings/Userstyles) I Tried 'Show partially Compatible' Option also, But still it didn't work. But, if i Signing Out or else using the Lightroom Mobile without Login, the xmp presets showing up and working fine, But the Subject selection and Sky selection tool is not working. The selection tool shows error without Login. Inshort the xmp preset showing without Login the Adobe Account. But without Login, am not able to use Select Sky and Subject tool.. Its a humble requestI request you to please te

Help !Bonjour,Souhaitant faire de l’espace sur le cloud (ne l’utilisant pas vraiment) et me rendant compte que… malheureusement l’écosystème adobe Lightroom est basé sur le cloud. J’ai supprimé les copies (numériques) sur le cloud mais… cela a également supprimé l’intégralité des photos même stocké localement sur mon application Lightroom de mon IPad… je viens tout simplement de perdre un historique complet de photo. Si cela été aussi simple j’ai bien évidement vider la corbeille…Je ne sais pas si je peux y faire quelque chose… si cela est le cas j’aimerais bien en avoir une explication. Sinon mon cas servira d’exemple…Ce point ma profondément choqué perdre plus de 2 ans de travail en libérant de la place sur un cloud (qui n’ai à mon sens qu’une copie numérique pour récupérer en cas de perte matériel ses photos) est totalement honteux pour une application qui se veut professionnel.Je vais malheureusement revoir très certainement mon abonnement et ma suite Adobe. Merci de votr

I use ss tab8 ultra and I use LR for my work. But new update is error in every time. LR ERROR CLOSE AND EXIT APP. Some time syne error. I use tablet to work more than notebook.      {Title edited by Moderator}

Hello all, I am using still an old version of Lightroom and I like to buy a new iMac. According to this I have following questions: - Does it work in general to install and run Lightroom from an external drive?- Should I copy the old Version incl. my photos library and catalogues on the external drive first (as Basis for an Update) or should I install the latest Version first before integrating photos and catalogues from my old i.Mac? Thanks a lot, Matthias  

Since the update on the M2 12.9 Ipad pro using the Pencil in masks will not allow you go to your library without completely shutting down. Finger touch still works. Spoke with Apple directly and they advised it was an issue with Adobe. Frustrating to say the least. Wish I had kept my 2018 Ipad Pro.

Hi all,I recently moved country and I have closed my paypal and banking accounts in my previous country.Tried to update the payment method in the Adobe account but it doesn't let me chance country and therefore add a new credit card.Anyone had this issue?Any solution?Thanks a lot

I insert my sd card to a card reader, pull into LR, see all the photos but when I import it doesn't import them.  I tried a recovery and when they recover they have the LR symbol on them.  What can I do to get these photos?

Lightroom is crashing everytime I try to select subjects... anyone know how to fix this? 

Hi,   Not sure mine is an issue or just how LR works, but it is a pain for me.   I only use LR Mobile on my Samsung device.   The issue is just that I backed up all my smartphone data into my laptop because I did not want to lose anything when I'd send it to Samsung to have it repaired.   I got my phone back, it was reset to factory data. I transferred again all the backuped data onto the phone, logged into my Lightroom account and found almost nothing!    I could only see few photos until 2020 and lost all the edits done afterwards.   So I have lost all my most important works.   Is this how it should work?   Thanks, Tommaso

I am using Lightroom cc V.6.0 on a new HP15 8GB 256SSD with WIN 11.  I deleted all albums as well as emptied the deleted folder. I created a new album and added 78 new images to the album that I had just created.  Only 71 of the 78 images appeared in the album but all 78 were in the “All Photos” folder.  This is the second time that this has happened.  I only noticed it as, on both occasions, I was starting with all albums and folders empty.  Is this a bug in the software or an operator problem?
