Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I would like to know if I take out the Adobe Photo subscription which includes PS and LR if this can also be used on the iPhone.Greetings I hope for your answers

Hello, I have purchased a lightroom premium through the appstore in IOS. For some reason my subscription gets deactivated in the app reandomly and I have to click restore purchases. But today that doesn't work. It gives an error saying I don't have an active subscription. When I click to buy a subscription it says that I already have an active subscription. Can you help me resolve this issue?

I uploaded over 5000 photos from a wedding to Lightroom v5.3 (on a MacOS). Intead of selecting Auto on each photo individually, I would like to apply the Auto AI to each photo in a batch format instead of manually on each. I don't have the sync button on the bottom like most YouTube videos have. Is there anyone who knows the trick to this?

I am using the latest version of Lightroom on MacOS Monterrey (12.6 bboth systems). I recently acquired a new Mac (yaaay). I've installed the Adobe Creative Cloud components on my new system. On my old Mac there is a 41GB file called Lightroom Library.lrlibrary, while the new one on the new computer is 2.1GB. Is there an import or migration feature? It looks like most of the photos in my Library are there but it's hard to tell. Thanks for any guidance.     {Title edited by Moderator}

So I used the app fine earlier and Now I I am recieving this message and as you'll see the photo is of poor quality, clearly not loading . I have literally done nothing to it since I've edited a photo last. Any input is appreciated.

Hey there, can anyone help me. I have permanently deleted a bunch of photos from the lightroom "deleted" photos folder but they are still showing up everywhere in the app, just grey'ed out. Also some are showing they are backed up and sync'd whilst others have the little blue circle. What does it mean when a "permanently deleted" photo is backed up and Sync'd?  Any help would be much appreciated.  Cheers, Luca 

Issue: Since the update to Lightroom CC 6.0, the album got scrolled-up in Grid view (Photo Grid or Square Grid) after coming back from one of the Edit Tools (Edit/Crop/Heal/Mask). A scroll down is needed to see the picture that has been edited/cropped.  Lightroom version: 6.0 x64 [ 20220928-0910-e5c3644 ] OS and version: Windows 11 Steps to reproduce the behavior:Step 1 : Select an album in Photos panel and switch to Grid ViewStep 2 : Select a picture in Grid View and press E to switch to Edit View (or C,H, or M for the other editing tools)Step 3: Switch back to Grid view by pressing G.Expected result: The picture selected should be visible on screen at the same place as before Edit.Actual result: The picture selected is not visible at the same place as before Edit. The ablum got scrolled-up and a scroll down in needed to retreive the picture.   

I have lost the link to my photos. Getting message 'no photo selected' and occasionally 'no photos match the filter.'. Any help appreciated.      {Title edited by Moderator}

In the light room web editor online.In the latest chrome browser Version 106.0.5249.121 (Official Build) (64-bit) The Adjust color dropdown seems to hide behind the options.Seems like Z-Index issue. 

Ich wollte den Speicherort in der Lightroom App ändern. Der Prozess kann seit Tagen nicht beendet werden, siehe Screenshot. Habe schon versucht den Stopp der App zu erzwingen, war auch nicht erfolgreich. Hat jemand eine Idee? 

I use Lightroom pretty much all day everyday as a wedding photographer. I love love love the person subject select feature. Game changer. The whole wedding community was also really excited about the content aware tools being added but they are not even close to as good as the ones on photoshop. That was a super bummer. Bringing my photos into photoshop for that small tool adds like 2 hours to my workflow and Id love to see the exact same tool in Lightroom and id even pay more for Lightroom if needed   They new content aware tools are pretty much unusable for us 😕😕   I understand that if the content aware tools were just as good as PS I probably wouldn't need PS anymore but again, id pay more for LR if everything was in one place. Just wanted to share my perspective!

I have a trial version but it does not work on my phone. I am logged in with the trial account and have tried everything like re downloading the app etc. But it keep saying that I need a trial version again. I already have one, but the system doesn't recognize it probabaly.

I just signed on to the $10 photographer plan with the limited 20Gig of cloud space, this is a hobby, so for what I do that should be enough. I installed Lr on the iPad, and it immediately started going through all my images on the iPad and trying to uploaded it, that was a big no no no. So I did what I could to stop that process. I do want lightroom to upload the images I have imported from the card reader, so that I can either edit from the iPad or the Macbook, but I don't Lr sniffing around all my images on the iPad and uploading everything to the cloud, I only have 20 gig, that will get filled up in no time. So... is there a way to control what Lr uploads to the cloud ?

I'm seeing a similar issue.  Export to files would output a Tif until I updated today.  Now it only exports jpg with "export to file."   ver 7.5.1 74ffda/55

How do I turn off the auto-import feature that imports into LR all the photos I put in my camera roll on my mobile device (iPad)?  I don't want this auto-import feature on my mobile device. I want to choose which photos in my camera roll to import into LR, then import them individually. How do I change this setting?

I had an old computer that broke and I couldn't get the current catalog from LR Classic off it. This catalog was synced to the cloud. I got a new computer, started a new catalog, and didn't sync it. I want to edit on my ipad now from the new catalog, so I logged in and the old catalog is there. I went back to the new catalog on my computer and synced it, but the ipad still shows the old catalog. Both my computer and the ipad are signed into the same account, and both show "synced and up to date" but show different catalogs. I was under the impression if I synced the new one, they would merge or it would just override the old one? How do I get my new catalog on my ipad?

What keyboard shortcut should be used to to delete selected photos i Lightroom 5.2 (Cloud based, not Classic)? I am wondering why I am unable to find a keyboard shortcut for deleting selected photos at once in Lightroom. When selecting multible photos, and then clicking Edit, there is only a menu items for "Delete 1 photo", "Remove 1 photo from album", "Dublicate 1 photo", while when right clicking gives me "Delete 3 photos", "Remove 3 photos from album" etc. Many menu items show a shortcut for that particular operation, but there is no shortcuts in the menu for deleting selected photos in neither the Edit menu nor right click menu. Another post about Lightroom CC and Classic keyboard shortcuts list doesn't help either.

As I know, it is not available to apply preset to a batch of photos on iPad, but is it available or how to auto apply AI masking like the desktop version if I copy the edit setting to the photos?

Hallo!Ich musste gerade allen Entsetzens feststellen, dass alle meine Fotos aus Lightroom verschwunden sind (und ich aktuell kein backup hiervon hatte). Ich hatte in Lightroom Mobile (Ipad) Ordner & Alben angelegt und die Fotos hier gespeichert. Dann hatte ich mir die free trial Version freigeschaltet, um Links hierfür zu erstellen und zu verschicken. Leider hat das nicht geklappt (es hat ewig geladen und kam nie zu einem Ergebnis), sodass ich die Premium-Version ein Tag vor Kostenpflicht wieder deaktiviert habe. Da waren noch alle Fotos da. Nun habe ich gerade feststellen müssen, als ich ein backup machen wollte, dass alle Fotos verschwunden sind. Jedoch zeigt mir der Speicher meines Ipads noch eine Belegung von Lightroom von über 12 GB an - das heiß,t die Fotos müssen noch irgendwo sein??HAT BITTE JEMAND IRGENEINE IDEE/EINEN RAT?? Ich verzweifele hier, denn es waren einzigartige Fotos der Geburt meines Sohnes dabei ...

I usually edit 100's of pics daily using LR and PS, and when an update is needed I will finish a project first in case something does not work. This time the update forced itself and I could not wait, afterwhich time, my computer would run hot and the program has been not responding after 1-2 images. Every other program on the computer continues to work fine. I have removed several pics from LR and it continues to crash. I am now sigificantly behind on several projects. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am working from a secondary computer a Lenovo of some sort.
