Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Paid for subscription for Lightroom CC but premium features can’t be used. Says my subscription expired. pls help.

Hello, I am planning to purchase premium features for Adobe Lightroom. I have a choice between other options:1. Download the premium add-on for Adobe Lightroom For Samsung from the Galaxy Store, white 2. Premium purchase for Adobe Lighttroom app from Google Play Store. What is the difference between premium for Adobe Lightroom For Samsung from the Galaxy Store and premium for Adobe Lightroom from the Google Play Store? In both cases I can subscribe to premium tracking, however those in the app from the Galaxy Store are twice as high for a monthly fee. Do premium services from Adobe Lightroom For Samsung offer more possibilities than premium services for Lightroom mobile performance from the Google Play store? Why such a big loss in price?

havent used lightroom on my Imac in a while, i had to recently reste my apple ID, which then lost all my log in details, once reset i havw had to log into my lightroom CC, which i use on my iphone all the time. How ever it wont load the 1700 photos on the account or the presets i made over the last god knows how many years, various resetsting of passwords and jumping through hoops to just log in for complete f**k all basically. Lucky my phone hasnt logged my out as yet. im assuming some how its not the same account, tried lots of deleteing app,s logging in and out, everything seems the same on the mac, same 8 photos and an apparent free trial. Yet my phone is  showing my usuall 9.99 payment a month on the same stnading date. ANy advice before the laptop gets jumped on would be amainzg Thanks Joe 

I'm traveling using my Ipad pro m1 as my main photo editing hardware. All my photos are stored locally on the Ipad and evey day I sync Lightroom on the cloud. But, when i dont have internet and i want to edit photo, I can't. It constantly need to download the original witch i have on the Ipad.  It drive me nuts Is there a way to force Lightroom for ipad to use the file stored locally? Or how can i be certain i will be able to edit my photo when i dont have internet?

Hi there,I edited all my photos on my Macbook Pro and went to check them later on my phone, making sure all photos were synced. Now getting this message everytime I click on a photo. I've seen some people have the same problem from 2018?? Is there still no fix? Many thanks,Jean 

Hi. I purchased a LightRoom subscription. Installed the Creative Cloud and the LR app in it and it says its installed correctly. Im running on a MacBook Pro 16 from 2019 with MacOs Ventura. The LR does not open. I tried reinstalling the Creative Cloud twice already, changed the SLCache and SLStore folders names to SLCacheold and SLStoreold and it did not change anything. I dont know whatelse to do. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Nun wollte ich meine Lightroom Library via Lightroom Downloader herunterladen und anschliessend beim korrekten, privaten Lightroom-Konto importieren. Nun bin ich mir aber nicht sicher, ob ich die Bilder überhaupt wieder samt Bearbeitungs-History importieren kann. Weiss das wer von euch? Ich möchte ja nich alle Bearbeitungen verlieren.Mercii! Hi everyone, yesterday I have installed Lightroom 6.2 CC on my PC (windows10). It says it`s the latest version. When I run the program no function is available. I cannot import images or create folders. The button is greyed out. Also my images from Lightroom mobile don`t sync with Lightroom desktop, only wirh Lightroom web. It seems like it is not connected to the cloud. I have the Lightroom 1TB without Lightroom Classic.   I`ve already tried re-installing, resetting preferences, re-login and downgrading to 6.1.   Anyone can help? 

I have just created a "Shared To Web" album in Lightroom 2.4.1 for Mac and spent a great deal of time adjusting the order of images (which you can only do online, not in the OSX app which is very weird) Now I want to create multiple copies of this album and make slight edits and removals to send to different clients.    Does anyone know how to duplicate a Shared To Web album in Lightroom CC?    

I know this is crazy but I can't find/ remember how to add words to an image.I'm sure I've done it before?Could anyone please help? Thanks, Niki F 

After updating the app two weeks ago, the app crashes, loads permanently, or just doesn't do anything.  I've uninstalled, reinstalled, logged out, logged in, tried airplane mode on start up. Nothing.  I was hoping it would fix itself but my app is now unusable.  

Hi, Just started using my Lr recently and noticed there's a Discover tab. When i tried to open it (My Profile, Featured, Following, Remixes), it just shows empty screen. The next issue i'm having is my Recommended presets are not working, keep getting error "Something went wrong". Tried reinstalling Lr and signed out my account but the issues still won't go away. 

So, I have just started getting serious with Lightroom, and I have an album I don't even remember making on my list.  It's legit, it's a bunch of old family photos, young parents, grandparents, young me, etc., etc. The picture count on the left side of the screen is colored green, and I have no idea why.  This is probably a stupid noob question, but anyone out there know why?  It also has the down arrow icon that no other album I have does, you can see it below...Thanks,Kev 

Hello … I recently downloaded some presets the Spring special with the whiskey preset also … This may be a dumb question but do I need LR to use these ? And can I buy LR or is only annual or monthly fees? Also can your presets work with other softwares ? Thank you 😊

I logged into my cloud account and all but two photos are missing - over 30,000 in total!  The two still showing were the last two added to the account.  I found an Adobe article "Where Can I Fnd my Missing Files" and tried 1) the Creative Clound file on my Mac, 2) MyAssets online, 3) Deleted section for Creative Cloud.  I also tried accessing the account from my iPad app and quiting/restarting my account.   Any ideas would be much appreciated!  ThanksBob B. 

I have purchased monthly subscription and made payments. However it reflects that you have not subscribed. I have made payment twice and still it's not reflected. please help and also how can I get refund for 2nd payment. regards, 

Buongiorno non so perché, ma sono un paio di settimane che la sincronizzazione di lightroom cc si comporta in modo strano: 1 continua a sincronizzare ma le foto ci sono già tutte2 se apro lightroom cc su un altro computer perdo il lavoro di editing fatto sull'ultima foto
