Windows 11, Lightroom Version 5.4 Hallo, seit ein paar Wochen dauert das Erstellen einer neuen Maske > Motiv auswählen ein Vielfaches von vorher: Erkennung läuft 100 sec > Wird durchgeführt 130 sec. So I've googled this issue extensively and have seen many complaints about this without having come across a solution that worked for me. I've been importig several videos which I have shot with my phone camera (one+), edited them with presets and tried to save them/export them to my device. Some export just fine, others fail. There's no real distinction as all clips have been made with my camera. I've tried logging in and out as well as clearing cache. The program doesn't give you any clues as to why this is happening, it just tells you it fails. Pretty disappointed in the app having such an issue.

I have imported some RAW files into Lightroom a while ago and mistakenly deleted the original RAW files from my PC. This hasn't been an issue for a while since I could work with the local smart preview, but now I need to export them as a TIFF and some of them have not been saved to the cloud. I found the original RAWs on a harddrive and imported them on my PC, but now I need to link the original RAW to the picture in Lightroom. How do I do that?

Are we again in the kindergarden where Adobe releases to early a iOS update which is not compatible with Adobe Classic CC and pictures can't be edit on Classic CC after some mobile editing ? We had this problem couple of months ago already but Adobe seems still not be in a position to fix such things. Shame on Adobe 

Was trying to print a few images at a store kiosk and tried to find image sizes in the Lr app and could not. Tapped info but no joy.. Had to depend on the kiosk computer to eventually tell  me if an image resolution was too low. Not ideal.How do we quickly see an image size and pixels to determine it print worthiness?Thank-you

Just noticed I got a big LR update on my phone just before Max. New "Remove" tool in Healing works great. Drug my finger over this turtle that takes up the entire middle of the photo expecting laughable results and it did a pretty good job considering what it had to work with.  Playing with it so far, it seems like a great improvement over the old heal and clone tools. 

Hi, I bought premium version with free trial. It doesn' work on my mobile. Nów when I click "premium version" button I have info: allready bought, code: IS9224/6050/dOCrFvuOSL I can See my subscription in Galaxy Store.

I created a slider's in desktop app.  Why is that same slideshow not visible in the mobile app.  The pictures are there but the slideshow I created is not there.   Super annoying.

Bonjour, depuis deux jours mon accès à Lightroom est refusé sur mon Mac ( j'y arrive toujours sur iOS, iPad et iphone). J'arrive à me connecter à Créative Cloud, mon compte et mes paiements sont bien à jour. J'ai seulement une fenêtre qui s'ouvre au lancement de Lightroom "Accès refusé" (voir capture écran jointe) et après avoir cliquer sur le lien d'autentification de cette fenêtre, Lightroom se ferme brutalement en mode "crash"... La seule chose que j'ai faite sur mon ordinateurs vendredi c'est de me connecter avec le compte de mon entreprise ( pour lightroom c'est un compte personnel) pour pouvoir utiliser Adobe Acrobat. Je me suis déconnecté depuis, bien évidemment ! Est-ce que cela a un lien ? Merci pour votre aide. 

Is there a tooth for teeth whitening as is Classic?  This is/was perhaps my favorite quick photo enhancement.

In Lightroom Classic gibt es den Entwickelnmodus. Gibt es in der LR Version (for Desktop und Mobile, sprich die Cloudversion) einen alternative Fuktion dazu? Ich möchte ICC Profile installieren und benötige dazu wohl den Entwickelnmodus.

Hello everyone!I have such a problem:I had to change my account in the Adobe ecosystem, I use Lightroom CC and Lightroom on iPhone.I managed to transfer all the photos from the old account to the new by Lightroom Downloader, not all photos transfered with the image editing settings, but okay.And I could not transfer my personal created presets, now the old account has not been paid and Adobe does not allow me to enter the working editing settings. How and from where do I download my personal presets to upload them to a new account?

I am having issues with my storage on Lightroom 5.5 version, it said it was full 20GB so I upgraded to 1TB and its still saying its full showing a red exclamation mark on the cloud even though it says 2% of 1TB used. All the photos I want to upload have a red exclamation next to them saying there is not enough space!  I have tried uninstalling LR, closing and restarting the Mac and this is still a problem, I cannot edit anything! Any help appreciated, thank you.

Problem is present on both LR 5 and the newly realeased 5.1.  When pressing F for fullscreen the display shrinks and doesn't utilize the outer area. It displays as on an older MacBook display. After that even when quiting the Fullscreen mode, the app is still in the shrunk state and notning apart from quit works. It is strange no one has noticed this bug already... I've been using Lightroom on my iPad for a while but with the hopes of getting photoshop soon I decided to download it on my Mac, put my details in and it's stuck on the page where it wants me to pay. I tried clicking restore purchase but it doesn't seem to find any. can anyone please recommend how to fix this? Thank you. 

Deleted all photos permanently and LR is still using 1.59 GB of storage! How can I fix this?v 7.4.2 iOS iPhone X 

Hello Community, when moving my LR CC Programm Window across my Monitors (3) it moves so increadably slow and behaves very sluggish. It seems as its trying to align to a desktop grid to snap to or something. With LR classic or Photoshop, I don´t have such issues. It´s just the LR CC. I have no performance issues otherwise, when working with LR CC or any other Adobe Programms for that matter.   Does this read familiar to anyone?    regards Mobios  

A friend shared an album, I can edit and export, etc.I would like to add some of these photos to my personal library/album, but that option is greayed out. So the only way I see of doing this now is to export first, then re-import, requiring a round-trip to my PC. Am I missing a better method in LR to just do this in the cloud?

Bonjour à tous,Il est bien difficile de contacter une personne en particulier sur Adobe.J'ai acheté la formule Lightroom/Photoshop, en août 2022, afin de retoucher ( enfin ) correctement mes photos. Mon PC, depuis, rame. Je l'ai fait nettoyé par un informaticien ( parce qu'il en avait besoin aussi ).Il m'a confirmé ce que je pensais ( car lui aussi utilise le logiciel ). Mon PC ne peut pas s'en sortir, pas assez puissant. Je me résigne donc à devoir annuler ma formule ( car clairement je mets 2h00 pour retoucher 3 photos, et parfois même impossible de les importer/exporter ).Sauf que là ... SURPRISE ... 60 euros de frais d'annulation. Pour un logiciel qui ne tourne pas sur mon PC, qui n'est pas utilisé à 100%, ça fait plutôt cher. Quels sont les moyens de contacts auprès d'Adobe ? Je ne peux pas continuer à payer une année complète à 11,99 euros/mois alors que je ne sais rien retoucher. Encore moins donner 60 euros pour une fermeture de formule ! Merci beaucoup 🙂
