Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hallo, gibt es eine Möglichkeit, in Lightroom beim Export einer RAW-Datei in eine DNG-Datei die bereits gemachten Bearbeitungsschritte mit zu exportieren ? Ich habe es bisher nicht geschafft, die DNG-Datei sieht genauso aus wie die unbearbeitete RAW-Datei Danke vorab 🤗

HiI have imported my presets to the actual version of Lightroom 12.0.1 on the other macbook computer but I realize that I  cant see any of the presets in the left side panels. I try to add presets but it shows me that I have already imported presets but when I click on panels I cant see any of prests there.  Many thanks for reply.  

Liebe Community, ich habe einen beruflichen Adobe Account erhalten und auf meinem MacBook Air (2020) installiert, auf dem ich zuvor eine private Adobe Lizens genutzt habe. Wenn ich nun Lightroom öffne, kann ich keine Bilder hinzufügen. Der Button ist ausgegraut und nicht anklickbar. Auch die Datei-Fotos hinzufügen Funktion ist nicht anklickbar. Hat jemand ggf. Rat, woran das liegen kann und wie ich es lösen kann? Vielen Dank!

Every time I try to export my edited images, nothing happens. I select all, adjust export settings, and then press the blue "export" button, but nothing happens...

How can I use the looks I create in Adobe capture as a preset in Lightroom mobile?  seems to me, they should just show up under the "yours" tab of the presets section...  But they don't.

Hi All I currently have a lightroom mobile premium 1TB account but I want to use Imagen AI software which I need a Classic account to use. I want to change to the Photography plan 1TB so I can use both CC and classic, but am worried becuase its a mobile iPad based account I might lose all my current files in that system if I change - any ideas / tips / help please? Wade

Hello, I am a user of lightroom classic and lightroom cloud. My problem is the following:when I want to import a photo from lightroom web which comes from lightroom classic and I want to do it in the original format, the following error appears"Some images could not be exported to the desired dimensions because of a problem of access to the dimensions of the original images. (1)."Please tell me how to solve this problem.If possible, please answer me in French (I am a french user with a poor English) 

How do I cancel my  subscription 

I have been using lightroom for years and about 2 days ago I started to get error reports every time I went to use it. It will not keep the program running and shuts down no matter what I do. I have unistalled and reinstalled several times, to the point that I uninstalled all ADOBE programs and reinstalled everything. This is the main program I use to edit. There needs to be an update release with bug fixes. This is unacceptable for the price we pay to use the program. Please let me know if anyone has found a work around with this issue. I am several sessions behind and need to get work done.

I was having trouble uploading photos to my SmugMug site, and I got so fed up with it that I deleted the SmugMug account. Now I'm trying to remove the SmugMug connection from Lightroom. Unfortunately, it says I must open the site first. (I got this message before I deleted the SmugMug account, too.) I deleted all SmugMug files on my laptop. I also re-installed LightRoom. The SmugMug connection is still there. When I option-click on the connection and click "delete connection", it says "cannot remove connections that contain projects". But it won't let me delete the projects (even though I deleted all the pictures from them). So how do I delete the SmugMug connection? Thanks. 

Hello, I'm using Lightroom on MacOs Monterey and I've come up to an issue. I delete a photo (Right-Click delete, then choosing Removing From Lightroom), and the app gets stuck on that photo. What I mean is that any command that I give, what I see is the deleted photo on my screen. Not until I close and re-open the app my Lightroom moves to next pictures and everything works normal.Is any way I can make sure this won't happen? It interrupts my workflow.Thank you. 

Hello Adobe Lightroom,  I recently purchased your subscription for the mobile app. I can't seem to export a video I edited with lightroom and it's a bit disappointing as I wanted to use this video for a post. The video itself is a 22.2MB file size MP4. I'm using a Huawei P30 Pro. Not sure what else I can do to export this. Can someone reach out to me and help?

Hey there! I know there's probably no solution to this, but I figured I'd ask to make fully sure. My phone got stolen and I wanted to know if there is any way I could access the pics that i had imported on my Lightroom app. I didn't have a premium subscription, and I'm not sure if Adobe saves users' pictures on the cloud. If there is any way I could get them back, I'd like to know. Thanks!

I have three requested upgrades that would greatly improve Lightroom. 1. Allow the user to change the colors of the blown highlights' and too dark shadows' Clipping colors. I do a lot of car shows, and finding red blown out reflections off of chrome among a sea of red cars is nearly impossible. 2. Rulers in general, and in the Cropping tool. I realize that the sizes are relative, but when doing freeform panoramas, it would be really nice to know what sizes your are cropping to. 3. Along with the Cropping rulers, having a line pop up/flash when the crop aspect hits certain presets (12" or ratios such as 2:1 & 3:1...) could be helpful when trying to decide what size to crop to.

I have an event photography client who wants the full resolution files but also web size version (around 1200px on the long edge). Currently what I do is make an album in Lightroom and I shared that with the "Allow JPG downloads" checked. Is there a simple way to also share a web size verison of this album? Currently I've been exporting to Google Drive and sharing a link but I've started to run into issues where, I think, people not logged into Google can't download all the photos at once. Please tell me there's a way to share full resolution and web size of a specific album.

Hi, I have just upgraded my phone from an 11pro to a 13 pro, all my apps transferred over fine but Lightroom is not letting me log in to my account. I open up the app and I'm taken to a page where it asks how I'd like to log in. I click "via Apple". I'm then taken to an Adobe page and asked to sign in or make an account. I sign up using my Apple account, get sent a varification code, put it in where prompted and it comes up with "something went wrong" and I can't get past it. I then try signing up to Lightroom using my Google account. I manage to get in the app and it comes up saying I have an existing Adobe account (with a very old email that I can't access any more). I click "continue" to keep my Google account as the new registered account. I manage to get to the page where it asks for a subscription, I click on the monthly sub which it allows me to double click to add it to my Apple subscriptions, then I get a wheel of doom (attached photo). hi there, im a paid up su scriber to Creative Cloud, i just tried to update my lightroom, it asked me sTo sign in and now it says Start free Trial for 30 days, like it doesn't recognise me? On the adobe website it recognises I'm paying for it, but lightroom and photoshop say otherwise...

I am new to lightroom cc.  I have just finished editing a large gallery and would like to copy the images and apply a black and white preset to all of them, is there a way to do this?       {Title edited by Moderator}

How do I log out of the Adobe lighroom appliction on my macbook? I googled it and it says something about a Gear icon which I don't see. Thank you in advance! 

I had my monthly subscripotion lapse as I was travelling. I have since renewed the subscription but my storage shows only 20GB available. When I sign into Adobe Cloud on the web browser, it shows 1TB storage available, but when I open Lightroom on my laptop or Lightoroom for Samsung, it shows only 20GB and that I have exceeded my available storage.   I have signed out and signed back in on all devices, but no joy. I honestly cannot recall from which Lightroom version it stopped working (maybe 4.3), but now every time I open Lightroom CC I am presented with this warning message stating that my NAS Volume is disconnected, when indeed Volume is mounted and correctly working.If I then go back to the app preferences and select the same Volume, the software starts a process of "Checking your files" that never really starts, as is stuck on 0 of 5k pictures and doesn't move. My only way to have it working is to delete the Lightroom library file in user/pictures and at the following start Lightroom checks all the files again. Once is finished, I can close and reopen the app with no issue within the same session. The following day, I am back to square one. I have only 5k pictures of my Adobe cloud archive at the moment, and I was planning to slowly add my whole collection but this is simply not an acceptable workflow in the long run.  Am I doing something wrong? Is the NAS option
