Cloud sync is working properly. The same photos are visible in Lightroom on my laptop. The same photos are also visible in Lightroom Web. My Android phone has enough free storage space. I restarted the phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom. After reinstalling, I signed in again and completed syncing. Use Cellular Data is enabled in Lightroom settings. I force-stopped the app and reopened it. I also cleared the app cache. I tried Store locally for an album, but it also did not work properly.Comparison testOn my Galaxy Tab / Lightroom v11.2

I upgraded to an iphone 17 and logged back in to the Lightroom app just fine with a code sent to my email. All my photos were there so it was definitely my account but the subscription features are no longer accessible. When I try to resubscribe, it says my subscription is valid for another 5 months. I don’t know how to get the features in the app to recognize that.
I have paid for 1 year lightroom premium pack after 1 month the premium version is gone give me any solution for me give me the premium version of lightroom or rufund the amount
Pago o premium pra usar todos os recursos do app, mas de um mês pra cá não estão funcionando! Exemplo: o retoque no rosto! Não funciona. A mensagem que aparece é que não tem área pra retocar.
I have found a folder within my Lightroom catalogue called originals taking up a fair bit of room, they are also showing all new uploaded photos in my ‘recents’ on the laptop .. while editing do these NEED to be kept, if they are deleted will the files themselves be deleted, I of course have the raws on a hard drive but wanted to know if deleting these would cause an issue during the editing process? Pic of folder below . When I delete them from that folder, the moment I edit them they pop back into that same original folder again?
not a question its feed back new update where it closes all the sub menus is a pain and slows work down.
Where is the "Remove from Lightroom" option in the latest version of Lightroom Mobile for Android? I can't find a way to delete photos from my Lightroom library.
Todos os meus álbuns e pastas desapareceram do meu Lightroom mobile, mesmo criando um novo eles não aparecem.Isso aconteceu depois da atualização
Which one should I use — Lightroom Classic or the cloud‑based Lightroom
Is everyone experienced a problem with stretched photos with wrong aspect ratios, shown in Lightroom web gallery? They are OK in Lightroom, but shows in wrong way in web version..... This is so bad, I just show them to the client..... For Example:I suppose it's a bug, I have no control on how they look here!..... Please, Adobe, this is rediculous...
Hello Adobe Support Team,I’m experiencing an ongoing issue with the Denoise feature in Lightroom (cloud version) that is affecting my workflow. The Denoise tool works inconsistently—it will function at times and then stop working without any clear pattern. When it fails, it either does nothing when selected or gets stuck processing and never completes. This inconsistency is causing delays and making it difficult to stay on schedule with client work.Details:• App: Adobe Lightroom (Cloud version, not Classic)• Platform: Windows• Issue frequency: Intermittent but frequent• Impact: Significant slowdown and workflow delaysTroubleshooting steps I’ve already tried:• Restarting Lightroom and my computer• Logging out and back into Creative Cloud• Checking for updates• Attempting the process on different photosThe issue continues despite these steps. I rely heavily on Denoise for my editing workflow, so I’d appreciate assistance in identifying the cause or a permanent fix. Please let me know if yo
Topaz AI sharpening not working correctly. The program will start to run and then tells me to check my internet connection. My connection is fine. Is there an interface issue??
Two related pain points when culling large albums on Lightroom mobile:1) Accidental 0-star reset with no undo. While culling upward (e.g. bumping images from 2 to 3 stars), an unintended touch is occasionally registered as a tap that resets the image to 0 stars. Because 0 stars effectively hides the image back among thousands of unrated photos, it's easy to lose a shot and hard to recover it. On desktop I can simply undo, but mobile has no equivalent undo or course-correction for a rating reset. Suggested fix: add an undo gesture (or a brief "Undo" toast) after a rating change, and/or a confirmation step when a rating is reset to 0.2) Returning to grid loses your place. When I open an image full screen (loupe) from grid and then go back to grid, it doesn't return me to the image I was just viewing — I land somewhere else and have to scroll to find my spot again. In a large catalog that can mean scrolling through thousands of photos to get back to where I was, which badly breaks the cul
The problem: When traveling light, I import only the JPEGs from my SD card into Lightroom mobile (leaving the RAWs on the card) and cull/star-rate on the go — on trains, planes, and in the car. Later, when I import the corresponding RAW files on desktop, none of that rating work carries over. The ratings live on the JPEGs, but the RAWs come in unrated, so I effectively have to cull the same take twice. The request: When RAWs are imported that correspond to already-rated JPEGs (matched by capture time / base filename), give the option to propagate star ratings, pick/reject flags, and color labels from the JPEG to its matching RAW.Why it matters: Field culling on mobile is one of Lightroom's best advantages, but the ratings currently dead-end at the JPEG. My workaround is to export folders by star rating, then generate a comma-separated list of filenames to batch-search and re-apply ratings in Lightroom Classic — it works, but it's a lot of manual steps for something that feels like it sh
Hi, I'm having an issue with Lightroom Mobile on my iPhone 11 running iOS 26.5. The AI Retouch tool is not working correctly. It processes for a few seconds and then says "No retouchable areas could be found," even when the subject's face is clearly visible. This issue started immediately after updating to iOS 26.5.I have already:Updated Lightroom to version 11.4.0 Reinstalled the app Restarted my iPhone Confirmed I have an active Lightroom Premium subscription Tested on both Wi-Fi and cellular Tested Adobe's sample image, which also fails with the same errorSome photos work, while others do not, even though they were all taken on the same Sony a6400 camera with the same settings. Since the sample image also fails, I believe this is a bug with Lightroom Mobile or an iOS 26.5 compatibility issue.Could you please check whether this is a known issue and escalate it to the Lightroom engineering team if necessary?
Issue SummaryProblem: Lightroom crashes immediately when applying AI adaptive profiles to images. Affected Devices: iPad Pro M5 (iPadOS 27.0 Beta) iPhone 17 Air (iOS 27.0 Beta) Non-Affected Devices: iPad Pro M4 (2024, iPadOS 27.0 Beta) iPad Mini 7 (2024, iPadOS 27.0 Beta) Mac (M1, macOS 27.0 Beta) Key FindingsOther AI features (e.g., Super Resolution, Generative Fill) work flawlessly on all devices, including the affected ones. The issue only occurs with adaptive profiles, suggesting a specific incompatibility with the Neural Engine cores in M5/A19 chips (2025). All devices run Lightroom v11.4.0 (242) and the latest iOS/iPadOS 27.0 Beta. The problem does not occur on 2024 hardware (M4, A18) or macOS, even with the same OS version.Additional ContextThe synchronization issue mentioned in my previous support request has been resolved. This crash only affects AI adaptive profiles, not other AI tools in Lightroom.
LR Mobile (Android v11.4.1) is losing the synced Albums when on a cellular network. The synced images can still be seen in the All Images folder. Interestingly, returning to a Wi-Fi connection, the Albums will eventually return. If I’m on cellular, I can get the albums to appear by logging out of LR Mobile, clear cache, and then going through two factor authorization to log back in. However, that is not sustainable.I verified that the setting for “Use Cellular Data” was still turned OnI had no issues with my 100 albums appearing in the LR Mobile Android app while on the cellular network prior to installing the v11.4.1 update.
It would be nice if Lightroom (not LrC) wouldn't ask for an Adobe License every time I try to start Lightroom in offline mode. It’s annoying when I’m sitting in the Train with no Internet and I can’t start Lightroom because every time I do, Lightroom is asking for network connection to prove the license. It costs so much money to use this buggy program that this should be the minimum. It can’t be that difficult that Lightroom asks just once in a month so it's possible to work in an environment without internet connection.
I've been using Lightroom for well over 2 years now. When I upload images now from my Galaxy S23, it is specifically raw. Images, it is drastically changing the image from what it looks like in my gallery. It briefly displays the image exactly as it is in my gallery. And then quickly applies a Galaxy, a Samsung Galaxy profile to it. As a preset, and it looks terrible. It completely defeats the point of me using raw mode in the first place. If you can't transfer that original data into Lightroom, it doesn't help me to be able to edit it. That's the whole point of me using raw, it wasn't an issue approximately two weeks ago. It's just started doing it. It's terrible and it needs to be fixed. Because it completely ruins the usability of this program for me.And i'm sure many others
I’m trying to use the new AI Topaz Sharpen tool, and it gives me the error saying: “Output too large. Try a smaller scale or reduce the image size”I shoot in 60MP RAW. So to use it, I really need to reduce my resoution first? WTF? I’m not trying to upscale anything. Just sharpen. So… what is the maximum resolution of a photo I can use this tool on? That would be helpful information in the error message. Just saying...
Last week (when LR was working perfectly) I decided to move my catalog from my PHD to my laptop (windows 11) hard drive. I folllowed all the instructions, but when trying to open LR - well it just wouldn’t open, but I could see it running in the background. To cut a long story short - I tried everything suggested and finally contacted support, who spent 2 hours on my issue. I have been told I have a corrupt image/s that is causing this issue. I have been told to add a new catalog and import my files from the previous catalog. Which I did and it didn’t help. Then I was told to create a new catalog and import my files in batches to try and determine where the corrupt image/s are. I have over 900 files and over 180000 images. This is going to be a long, long process, which I am happy to do if I get a good result. I have 2 questions. Is there any other way I can check my images/files to find the corrupt one/s? If I add a new catalog - and then import all 180000+ images into the new catalog
Hi everyone,I'm experiencing a strange issue with Lightroom Desktop on my Mac, and I'd really appreciate any advice.Whenever I go to Masking > Objects, I select my subject, but instead of the selected subject being masked, the background is highlighted in red. However, when I adjust the Exposure slider, it's actually the subject that changes, even though the background is the area highlighted. It gets even more confusing when I click Invert. The subject then becomes highlighted in red, but when I adjust the Exposure slider, the background changes instead. So, the highlighted area and the area that actually receives the adjustment seem to be opposite of each other. In other words, my masking appears to behave the exact opposite of what I intend.Has anyone experienced this before? Is this a known bug, a display issue, or have I accidentally enabled a setting?Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
