Device: Samsung Galaxy A25 5GApp: Adobe Lightroom Mobile (latest version downloaded from the Google Play Store)Subscription: Adobe Lightroom PremiumIssue: Lens Blur opens and works normally. I can adjust the blur amount, bokeh shape, and all other settings. The preview is displayed correctly. However, when I adjust the Focus Range (depth range) and tap Apply, Lightroom always displays the following error:"A refinement error occurred. Please try again."The effect is visible in the preview, but it cannot be applied because the refinement process fails.I have already reinstalled the application, and the issue persists.
Out of 135 pictures in my travel album, I edited and want to include in a printed photo album about 30. When I click the filter and then colored tab I used to identify the 30 I edited and want to use, I no longer am able to sort pictures, i.e., move them around and put them in the order I would like them to appear in the printed album. I am able to do a "Custom" sort if the filter is off. Any advice?
Hello, I've encountered a bug in Lightroom Web: I am unable to reorder the photos of an album which sort order ("Sort by") has been set to "Custom Order". Information: OS: Windows 11 Profesionnal - 25H2 - 26200.6899 Web browsers: tested on the latest versions (including in incognito mode) of both : Chrome: 142.0.7444.135 Edge: 142.0.3595.69 Reproduction steps: 1. Create an album with some photos 2. Set sort order to "Custom Order" 3. Try to drag-and-drop some photos (a single one or several selected ones) to reorder them → nothing happens Expected result: A marker appears where you drag the selected photos, allowing you to drop them and reordering them. Workaround: Photos can be reordered in the Mobile app: The new order appears in the Web app after refreshing: However, this is not satisfactory as it is impossible to drag-and-drop several photos at once, which makes reordering big albums extremely time consuming. &
Tryin g to assign a Tamron lens profile to images in the latest (as of today) Lightroom Desktop on Mac, OS 26.6.When I select Tamron, the program jumps back to none. I then have to do it again for it to work. This is happening 100% of the time on two different MacBooks. To be clear, it works after two attempts each time, so it's not a setting issue.
Would appreciate the ability m Lr mobile to be able to select the aspect ratio of the Hasselblad x-pan (24x65)Alternatively, the ability to create and save user created aspect ratiosThanksEd
I shoot wide open a lot, and so I see a lot of chromatic aberration. I would love to see this tool in mobile, as it would save a lot of trips back to the computer. With this tool I would love to see what you have on the computer plus a better way to "stack samples" with the desktop you are only able to grab 1 hue range, and I've found this just doesn't work that often. I want to be able to grab once and then grab again if I still see it. Close to what you do with the shift key, but being able to have more then one sample with the green or pink hues.I would also love to see better detection in Lightroom, so I'm not doing this in the first place.
The extensive HDR support across all versions of Lightroom is amazing. However, sharing the images is still challenging and it would be incredibly helpful if Adobe Portfolio supported HDR photos (ideally shared as gain maps). The existing HDR support in LR Web Galleries is great (example). However, it lacks the capabilities many photographers are seeking to share their work. Adobe Portfolio is a much better fit for many people, especially given it's included with Creative Cloud and the excellent Lightroom integration.
Many many times I’ve struggled with seeing the lines in the grid that appears while cropping and rotating. The lines are too transparent and do not stand out against a lot of photos. Can you make them a stronger color? Or an inverted color or something? They don’t need to be thicker, they just need to be easy to see. And can you add an option to have them visible all the time, not only when you’re actively cropping or rotating? (The screenshot isn’t there to show how hard they’re to see. It’s there to show what lines I’m talking about. I’m talking about the lines in the grid when cropping.)
Hi everyone,I'm hoping someone has seen this issue before because I've exhausted almost every troubleshooting step.SystemAdobe Lightroom 9.4.1 Windows 11 Home HP Pavilion Plus 16 Intel Core Ultra 7 155H NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU (6 GB) Intel Arc integrated GPUProblemLightroom reports:"The graphics processor has detected an unrecoverable error."GPU acceleration becomes disabled and AI Denoise takes around 4–5 minutes per RAW image. However, when I run AI Denoise directly from Adobe Camera Raw on the exact same RAW file, it finishes in about 50 seconds. This makes me believe the GPU hardware itself is working correctly. What I've already triedComplete NVIDIA driver removal using DDU Clean installation of the latest NVIDIA Studio Driver Older NVIDIA drivers Full Lightroom uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool Deleted Lightroom preferences Deleted Lightroom cache Reinstalled Lightroom from scratch Forced Lightroom to use the RTX 4050 in Windows Graphics Settings Configured High
When searching, for example a certain focal length, the results vary based on if you click on a suggested tag, or if you write it all on your own and press search. For example.I have an album with 417 photos. 29 of then are taken with Nikon 300mm f4 lens. The information page shows the correct infromation of the lens. That is "300 mm (300.0 mm f/4.0)" When I try to use the search bar, I get results in this way: "300mm" 0 photos."300 mm" 0 photosWriting "300 mm" but instead of pressing search, I click the recommended tag that says "300 mm" 417 photos"300.0mm" 0 "300.0 mm" 29 Writing "300.0 mm" it will not give a recommended tag for "300.0", instead it gives a tag "300.0 mm f/4.0" and clicking it will give 0 photos"300.0 mm f/4.0" 29 Other forms of "300.0 mm f/4.0" with "300mm" or "300 mm", "300.0mm", "f/4" Etc, will give 0 photos or all 417, but I think that is as it's supposed to be. So basically the tags do not work and searching for focal lengths doesn't work correctly. This same th
All I want is to increase the font size of items in the menu bar. NOT ALL TEXT. JUST THE MENU BAR. The one at the top of the page. They are things like FILE, EDIT, HELP, etc. I do NOT need to know how to enlarge type on the screen. I can do that. I simply cannot see the menu bar well even with glasses. Does anybody know how to do this? Thanks.
Lightroom Desktop (cloud version) has been intermittently freezing for 5–10 seconds for months. The freezes occur randomly while editing, browsing photos, and even when Lightroom is sitting idle in the background. During these freezes, only Lightroom becomes unresponsive. Windows and all other applications (Chrome, Discord, Spotify, etc.) continue working normally. This issue has occurred across four different Windows PCs with different hardware configurations, so it does not appear to be hardware-specific.Troubleshooting already completed:Clean uninstall and reinstall of Lightroom (without keeping preferences) GPU acceleration disabled Tested editing from both internal SSD and external Samsung T9 SSD Tested with and without TourBox connected/running Camera Raw cache set to maximum Lightroom library contains only about 55 photos Issue still occurs even when not actively editing, such as while browsing photos or when Lightroom is idleCamera: Canon EOS R6 Mark IIAt this point I believe th
I updated to 9.3.1 today and now when I have the masks panel open I can no longer use alt+scroll to zoom (this was ctrl+zoom up until this version, no idea why they decided to change it without telling anyone but I figured out it is now alt from experimentation). I now have to switch to the edit or crop panel etc in order to scroll zoom, which really slows things down. Why make the user experience slower and less cohesive? Am I not giving you enough of my money?
How about camera support for Pixel pro phones? I'm using pixel 10 pro and id love to be able to use camera optical zoom within the LR app. Is this ever going to happen?

Meine neue e-mail lautet: <> Email redacted
So I have the weirdest problem: Lightroom Creative Cloud 9.3.1 freezes every 3-5 seconds, for like maybe 3 seconds. Basically after every click, but not directly after one. It also freezes if I don’t do anything. it’s basically unusable. I use Windows 11 (AMD Ryzen 9, GTX 1660, 64 GB RAM, only SSD and M2 Harddrives), on my older PC it works just fine. I switched to Win 11 in January, but I think I witnessed that problem in December on the same machine, running with Win 10 already I use Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop all the time - No trouble at all. No crashes, no performance problems. Cloud synchronization is turned off. No change if I turn off GPU-usage or not. (GPU-Memory is almost full though) I disabled one of my two monitors. Didn’t do anything. Re-Install didn’t do anything. Drivers are up to date. I’m out of options. Even ChatGPT is like “What??” Can anybody help me?
I recently got a new laptop in order to be able to have a device more dedicated to photo editing, however, I am encountering issues in doing so. When I access the “local” area of the desktop version, I can see all the photos in folder as thumbnails, but when I select a particular photo, I only briefly get a “loading edit settings” message before a grey screen, with all edit options greyed out. I encounter a similar issue when uploading the photos to the cloud and accessing them that way. However, I am able to edit the same uploaded photos in the browser version- but I would prefer to be able to use the desktop version to avoid the hassle of uploads. If it’s any help, I am running on a Snapdragon X2 Elite Extreme with 48Gb of ram, integrated graphics.Example of Grey screen, greyed out editing options.

Quando estou a meio da edição, ele diz que "falha ao carregar original" (resolução) a partir daí não consigo fazer mais nada, ja tentei resolver de diversas formas mas todas sem sucesso. A partir daí não consigo entregar as fotos aos clientes.
So the message that I am getting is this: Generative Remove Failed-We encountered an issue with your results. Please view our guidelines and try again. And this is when I’ve already selected my thing to erase, and then when I hit generate, it comes up to roughly 50% on the bar, and then the message pops up… I haven’t had any sort of problems before because I can do it to other photos, but on some of the images it gives me that warning, and it somewhat PO lol.
I create new Mask and the + icon, but the People Option is not there.
When editing multiple images, I often copy settings across all of them and then make small adjustments. Sometimes I want to make all my images warmer, but when using Ctrl+C, I can’t copy only the Temperature setting. Copying White Balance also copies Tint, which changes the color in ways I don’t want.It would be great to be able to copy Temperature and Tint separately.Thank you!
I would like to be able to set a anchor point or point of which the RGB values takes it information from. This would make it easier to adjust images to the RGB values, and not needing to hover over the images all the time. I also would like to be able to have more persise editing with the curves tool. such as that you can manually type in your own values to the points on the curve. Or make certain parts bigger, or just be able to make the entire thing bigger somehow. thanks.
I am using Lightroom Desktop (cloud-based) on macOS 26.6 (Apple silicon).GoalCreate a local backup of the original RAW files for approximately 13,000 cloud photos.Steps to reproduce1. Select approximately 13,000 photos in Lightroom Desktop.2. Choose Export.3. Select Original (the RAW originals) as the file type.4. Choose the destination and start the export.Expected resultThe export starts and Lightroom shows visible progress. If this number of files is not supported, Lightroom should show a clear limit or error message.Actual resultAfter clicking Export, Lightroom becomes silent. No export progress appears, no error is shown, and the process seems to be aborted.Control testI reduced the selection to approximately 5,500 photos and repeated the export with the same settings. That export succeeds. This suggests a size-related limit or failure somewhere between 5,500 and 13,000 files. I could not find a documented maximum for Lightroom Desktop exports.ImpactI cannot reliably create a comp
