Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Lightroom pretends to load the photo for 1 second and then nothing happens. I found some photos work and some don't. The photos were apart of a group and were uploaded to Lightroom all in the same fashion and same folder. I don't understand what would cause only a couple of the photos to work and open in photoshop and others not, especially within the group of photos that were all uploaded the exact same way, all together, into the same folder.

Hi all!Needing some help. Just got a new Samsung and downloaded the lightroom ap on it. When I log into my Lightroom account, over 500 of my photos are gone - no longer found in my "all photos" section. Nor are any of my handmade presets?????Help! 

When I right click and select the export images option nothing happens. Help!

Is it possible to download LR without downloading all of my RAW files locally? I'm switching computers and I don't want to fill my new one with 80GB of RAW images which are on the Cloud anyway. It's taking for ever to transfer that much data on my currant internet connection and I'd love to start using the progamme and download the individual files as and when needed. Thanks 🙂

If we  delete photos from our phone, how can we also remove them automatically from Lightroom?

hello. I have a problem with files. When cleaning the device from the task manager, photos were deleted from the program by mistake. I want to restore them. how can i do this, have they not been saved to the cloud?

Hello,  I am really disapoint and sorry for my english.Firstly, I just tried the new Lightroom on my new mac M1 Max, I was really happy with it and even get use to really quick of the new interface and also the setup of how LR tidy my photo. what i say is, when I import it. It tidy everything straigt by Date and that its really good compare to LR Classic were I have to do by myself.  Second issue and I tried already to change the settings, When I import a photo, LR copy an original of each photo in another folder, Why?  I would like to import the photo and keep the original were is it and that's it. I don't need to have a copy somewhere else.  Please tell me I am missing a part of the setting of LR? Thanks you. Please tell me I missing a part of the setting of LR ? Thanks you. 

Hi, I have an issue with installing the Lightroom CC on my mac book. I've pressed install button in Creative Cloud app, then program has finished installation proccess, but I can't open the LR.I've tried to uninstall and install again, but doesn't help. I see LR on my app list in the Creative Cloud but not on my computer.Could you help me with that issue, pls??? Photoshop & Bridge works just fine. 

Previously when uploading images to Shutterstock or Wirestock I often had to change the size because the image was too big or small to upload. I would export the new revised file with no problem. Now after a recent Lightroom update I am unable to export images and change the size. Small jpeg, large jpegs and tiffs all export at the same size when exporting from Lightroom to my desktop on my iMac. Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hallo! Mein Riesenproblem auf Lightroom: Ich habe heute über 1000 Bilder importiert, aussortiert, bearbeitet. Das Programm hat sich wegen eines Problems geschlossen. Welches das war, weiß ich leider nicht. Als ich Lightroom wieder öffnete, fehlten alle Bilder aus den letzten 5 Stunden Bearbeitung. Alles andere ist noch da.. Aber sie sind wirklich weg. Nicht im Gelöscht-Ordner und sie sind auch nicht nicht verknüpft gewesen oder irgendwas. Es gab zwar Probleme mit der Synchronisation, aber das habe ich im Workflow einfach ignoriert. Ich konnte trotzdem problemlos Bilder importieren und bearbeiten. Ich finde allerdings gar keine Spur mehr dahin, wo die neuen Bilder sein könnten. Ich brauche dringend Hilfe, bitte! I have an issue with the lightroom. When i tried to import my raw images. The other photos will show and some will just have an error prompt image.     Though in my computer there no problem it shows all the photos. I hope this makes sense. thank you for your help in advance     {Title edited by Moderator}

I am running the latest version of Lightroom CC (Cloud Based) and Photoshop 23.5. In the past, I have been able to open a picture from Lightroom CC to edit in Photoshop and upon saving, it imports those changes back to Lightroom CC. I haven't been able to do this in the past few updates of Photoshop and thought it would be fixed.   After searching for answers, all the previous answers were in regards to Lightroom Classic CC. About a week ago Lightroom mobile developed a bug. It will no longer import photos from my phone gallery, photos do not show in Lightroom, it cannot sync and about 15-20 seconds after launching the app it will crash and start and endless loading loop (see attached). Would appreciate any fixes or workarounds for this.  Many thanks  

Looking at the Sync Status of some of my images in Lr (Lightroom Cloud) I noticed most list 'Smart Preview', but some list 'Original'. Cloud appears to be Original for all, eg.Sync Status(Synced and Backed Up checked)Local Original or Local Smart PreviewCloud Original These differences appear in photos imported at the same time, in the same batch, so I'm confused about why they're different. Any ideas? 

Hi, When I use the function editing with PS from lightroom, everything works fine, I save the picture using the "save" in tif but the picture doesn't come back to lightroom automatically as copy. I need re-import it manually.  How can I make this automatically? Thank you

Can anyone help with why lightroom mobile just looks like this??   used it successfully for years then I bought a new phone and since then its spent multiple days just like this..I can't access anything from my phone despite being signed in.    yes I've reinstalled re started and resigned in all multiple times.   I'd be so glad of any help. its easier to contact the dead than it is to get help from Adobe themselves.     {Title edited by Moderator}
