I'm using Lightroom cloud-native (Mac App Store version 9.2). Across my ~43,000 photo library, random photos are displaying incorrect metadata like the wrong camera/lens combination, incorrect dates, and incorrect edits within Lightroom itself — but exported originals show the correct EXIF dates and camera information.

I have a number of images selected, some have AI edits. I click export, and select custom export. I get a message about  "AI Update Required" , so I select the box to update and export, then nothing happens.I’m using Lightroom, but the images are local, not in cloud.

My Samsung A13 worked fine until the recent updates. Google Play store and Creative Cloud both report that my installation is up to date, but Lr About Lightroom reports it is 8.2.3. What's New describes 9.1 features. I have reinstalled, rebooted etc., but cannot get it updated, and now there is no edit functionality, as an editable file will not download. All library albums are visible, and the app shows everything is synced and up to date. Local storage reports in Lr as cache and app data empty.

I paid my account on the 1st of April 2026 and it is not working, it says “Your subscription ended today” , I tried logging out and back in but its not working.

No matter what I want to do in Lightroom, as soon as I click on something, I get a “No response” message for two minutes while the program freezes. When it seems to start working again, the same thing happens—it freezes at the first click. This happens at every move, no matter if just trying to open a menu or trying to use color grading etc. I would like to use it, after all, I pay for it, but no way currently. My Hardware is from 2026 with a Nvidia RTX 3080 and Intel Processor, so that should not be the problem (and LR Classic, Photoshop and all others working perfectly fine). Thank you very much.

I remember there was a feature in Lightroom iPad app and Web to pick the best X% photos of an album. However, I cannot see this feature now. May I know if this feature is gone? Or there is a new alternatives?

Not particularly Lightroom related but there didn't seem to be a better place for it and I guess you guys will be more familiar with what's usual and what's not. I've used Lightroom on and off for years but all I have in my cloud storage at the minute is 36 raw files of around 35mb each from a 5Dmk4.  I calculate this is about 1.2gb of data but my account is showing that I've used 4.2gb.  I have nothing in deleted (I've permanently cleared everything), nothing waiting to sync or with sync errors, nothing in other folders I've forgotten about - just those 36 images.  I had 10gb+ a couple of weeks ago but I've downloaded and backed up all of those images, they're gone from the cloud, and all I have is the new images from the last couple of weeks. How am I using so much storage?

First off, I love Lightroom Classic.  It does everything I need, and more, and I’m finding it gets better and better with each new feature.  I use it when I’m able to finish work at home.  It works in my workflow fantastically.  Since I need to submit photos in real time, I started making a transition to Lightroom Mobile (I think) or Lightroom Cloud (?), on my iPhone 16 plus.  I then needed to be able to see the work and write the captions using a bigger platform in the field (I’m a photojournalist), so I’ve been using an iPad Air 13 that I just purchased.  I’m having all sort of issues replicating how I used my iPhone.   I just can’t seem to figure out where/what I’m on, when I’m using LR on different hardware + devices.  The features are different on the version of LR on my mobile phone from my ipad.   And, the biggest issue is, I spent a great deal of time on my iPad, creating my caption, title and key words, and now I’m finding that none of it exported when I created JPGs to submit

I don’t have a question but since for some reason “Feedback” brings me to a troubleshooting page, I think you have some things confused. So, some feedback I have is that I miss the Loupe mode that Lightroom “Classic’ had where I could see image settings on my phone. Having to pull up a separate pane to see this sucks. Maybe I’m the only one that thinks this, but I’m trying to provide some feedback. Just another feature that got removed from the best version of Lightroom before Cloud BS took over. 

My Lightroom web is out of tools; it has no tools to edit. Why?I had done everything, restarting the cache. i use Linux; I can't use the software version. I rely on the web. i pay for this and this happens to me :(( 

Everytime I try to use ‘Denoise’ on multiple photos, it works. Then i try to view those photos and i get hit with this message ‘Some AI settings need to be updated...’ click ‘Update All’ and NOTHING works.

Hello,I've lost access to my lightroom edits due to new license (new profile) on android device, however on the same email. I didn't uninstall/reinstall the app, but only logged in again to new profile, so the data should be on the device, but I can't select old profile in the lightroom app anymore. Please help, edits are important for me to migrate to new profile.

I have been using the same desktop computer with my Adobe Creative Cloud apps for more than 5 years.  With the most recent update(s), I cannot get Lightroom to work without freezing at a random moment.  When lightroom freezes, it locks everything up and I have to reboot to get Lightroom to close completely so I can relaunch it, etc.  Here’s my system details:Dell XPS 894011th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700 @ 2.50GHz (2.50 GHz) processor 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable) RAM 64-bit operating system Windows 11 Home, 25H2.  OS Build 26200.8037 Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.300.0 AMD Radeon RX 5700 - Driver version 32.0.21043.1005 Intel UHD Graphics 750 - Drive version 32.0.101.6078 I have tried installing and unistalling Lightroom mulitple times.  I have also restored my PC from scratch, downloaded drivers from AMD and installed those.  I have also tried using an older version of Lightroom.  What happens is Lightroom launches as expected.  I can navigate and browse for images to edit/

I purchased presets online from a verified source, but ever since importing them into Lightroom, the whole system has been bogged down, glitchy, and has also crashed. Is it using too much memory, or did a get corrupted files? The presets are from Luxe Lens.

One of the main reason I and many others stick with Adobe, is that with Portfolio it offers a built-in portfolio website builder. Since I have created my website four years ago, no updates have been made to the system and it’s starting to feel out of date. Adobe really needs to keep this feature up to date if it wants to keep users from ditching Adobe for a cheaper alternative and different portfolio website provider. Edit: I have no idea why this post has been moved to the Lightroom board, but the fact that there is no dedicated Portfolio board underlines my point.

I have successfully upscaled both raw and jpegs a total of eight times using Generative Upscale in Lightroom v9.2. Everything worked perfectly, until yesterday evening when I received a “Service Unavailable, try again later” message. Thinking the server might be overloaded with requests, I thought I’d try again this morning and I still get the same message.I know I have enough credits as the last time I upscaled I had 80 credits left, enough for 4 more upscales this month.So, is this a server capacity issue because everyone is trying it out? Or, is there something else wrong with the system?
