Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I have Panasonic Lumix S9 and Lightroom on Samsung mobilephone. I use Lumix Lab to import raw files into mobilephone and thenI import raws into Lightroom. On Lumix Lab, On Samsung Gallery, on EXIF reader time is 8:48. But on Lightroom time is 9:48. So, one plus more. I live in Finland and we have that daylight savings stuff. Is that the reason LR shows time wrong but everything else shows it correctly? Nikon and Fujifilm raws are imported correctly.

So you know when you’re selecting subjects or people?That window…When I try selecting the people I dont want to mask, the time the app gives me to deselect subjects is too short, not just that, but I can’t go back and select who I want or dont want, that’s a huge issue.

i open lrc i try to edit and then it freezes up on me and wont load the edited image so i have to exit out of lrc and try to restart by reopening the program then it does it again. I can not get through one photo without it freezing on me!

A tela de onde importa as fotos, fica grande e nao aparece a parte de importar as imagens, só consigo selecionar e escolher a pastar . Mas nao importar os arquivos

Warum kommt beim hochladen in die Cloud über Lightroom desktop bei vielen Fotos "Warten auf Einstellungen", obwohl ich vorher in Classic alle Metadaten extra in Datei geschrieben habe? Dadurch bleibt der Upload stehen und ich musste für 200 Fotos die Einstellungen zurück setzen.Ich mag Adobe Lightroom aber das nervt!!!!

There's not much more too it. The histogram freezes if you make any adjustments too quickly. It remains frozen until you stop making changes or you slow down sufficiently. In the event that this bug is difficult to reproduce, I suspect, as I have speculated before, that this may be another bug that is related to the unusually low performance I'm experiencing on my rather powerful machine, an issue that consistently gets me radio silence from Adobe, whenever I press for more details (see this and this).

Hello, i use lightroom cloud on my phone, i import some of this fotos only.. In lightroom cloud i can see wich fotos have been dowmnloaded… when I make a selection of this fotos to erase them from my cellular, lightroom cannot do it! ..Thanks for helping…Antoine

I used to use the masking feature “people” search.  It would locate each person/people in a photo and you could edit parts of the person like just hair, just skin, etc.  You could edit each person individually or all at the same time.  I really liked that feature and used it quite often.  For the past 6 months or so, that feature does not work.  There will be a photo with people obviously in it but after it searches for people, it does not find any.  I would love if this feature was fixed so it would work like it used to.  You’ve added new features in the last 6 months but this one that was quite useful remains unworking.  There are some other masking options that have also been doing weird things.

When I first click the box for the denoise feature it starts the production bar on screen after about 20% it stops. It’s not completed the task. The denoise box remains unticked and any follow up clicks to this box literally nothing happens. Working on Lightroom version 9.2

After first launching Lightroom, we can enter Crop mode by pressing "C" key. Then we can do our cropping, then confirm it (as we confirm everything on a computer) by pressing Enter. But after using LIghtroom for a while (sorry that's fuzzy), Enter stops working to confirm the crop. We can stil confirm the crop by pressing the "C" key again, but for some reason Enter stops working until Lightroom is quit and restarted.  The amount of time LR has to run before Enter stops working for crop confirmation is not known - sometimes it's day, other times (like this evening) it seems to stop working minutes after launch. Something must be triggering the failure but I don't know what.  I know this sounds minor, but Enter is so ingrained as the "do it now" key since the beginning of computing that this one always throws me.  This bug has existed for the five years I've been using LR, and has persisted across all of the updates in that time. The"subtract" option in masks, when selected, tends is initially operating as an "add".  Consequently it means needing to "convert it".  This occurs regardless of the masking type.

I have renewed my subscription and recently changed my phone from iPhone 14 max pro to 18 max pro . My iPhone says subscription not renewed 

Assisted culling doesn't work with large collections. I've tried both local and cloud modes. At first, it estimates 8 hours to complete, but then it hangs after a few hours at around image 373 out of 5,000 (jpeg). I'm getting the same issue with Lightroom Classic.   

After applying AI Denoise to a batch of RAW photographs in Lightroom Desktop 9.6 on macOS, JPG export hangs and never begins.Steps to reproduceOpen RAW photographs in Lightroom Desktop. I'm not understanding how my Lightroom (Desktop 9.4.1) Library is getting so large. Yesterday it was at 320 GB, I deleted it and let Lightroom rebuild it, today it's at 246GB. Despite having my cache set to 50GB. My overall Library size is 1.7TB In the Cloud, and fully saved to a local SSD.When I dig into the Library file, I see a Proxies Folder that is 223GB, it appears to be copies of all the video's I have in my Library. I have local copies of everything in my Library on a local SSD that I always have, I don't need those in the proxy folder and I have my Cache Set to 50GB. 1) Why would Lightroom download the video's to the Proxy Folder when the Cache is set to 50GB? 2) How do I fix it? 3) I would like to keep my Library file to about 100 - 150GB - Anyway to cap it? 4) I have the option- to save all Smart Previews to my Mac, turned on. Is this outside of (in addition to) the 50GB Cache limit, or within it? 

The menu item for Edit > Remote 1 Photo from Album does not display the short cut key in the way that others immediately above it do (for example Select None.)Edit: The shortcut key is DeleteLightroom version: 9.6 MAS arm64 [ 20260923-1659-a32d844 ] (Sep 23 2026)p.s. This menu item changes the number based on the number of selected photos. Is it possible that in general the dynamically generated menu item texts just don’t handle shortcut keys correctly?
