Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hello,I created my Adobe account in February 2023.I can still see two photos that I edited in 2023 in my Lightroom account.However, I edited many more photos recently using the same Adobe account. Unfortunately, my Android phone was reset, and after signing in again, all of my recent edited photos are missing.Could you please check whether my recent photos or edits are stored in Adobe Cloud? If possible, please help me recover them.Thank you.

the tutorials in Lightroom have not been working properly lately. They are jumping ahead and are already completed. help!

Hello everyone,I would like to ask if anyone has experienced this issue and knows how to fix it.For more than two months, I have been unable to use the Noise Reduction (Denoise) feature in both Lightroom and Lightroom Classic. When I select the option, the program starts processing the image, but when it reaches around 20% progress, it stops and never completes. There is no error message; it simply gets stuck and does nothing.I am using RAW files, as I always have when this feature was working correctly.I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Lightroom, but the issue remains. I also tried removing and reinstalling the Adobe Camera Raw plugin version 14.5, but the Noise Reduction feature is still not working.I know I am not running the latest version of Lightroom, but my system only supports up to Lightroom version 8.5.1, which is the version I currently have installed. The strange thing is that this feature used to work perfectly on the same computer and without any issues.

Public Lightroom link is still active, but I cannot find or delete it. Lightroom Desktop shows only “Get shareable link”, and Lightroom Web doesn’t show the shared album.

I did 2 photoshoots with a second shooter. I desperately need the shared/invited album feature to work because we’ve tried everything, updating our apps, checking our cloud status, resharing the album. On his end he sees all the photos - mine and his - but on my end I still only see mine. Well, except in one album I see 7 of his photos but not the 100s he sees on his end. He’s sent me screenshots of what he sees on his end to prove that his photos are synced to the cloud and everything. This feature has worked fine between us in the past so I feel like this should be an easy bug to fix. 

J’ai voulu reprendre mon abonnement à Lightroom sur mon Mac après l’avoir résilié il y a quelques mois, en ouvrant l’application j’ai donc eu le message m’indiquant qu’il fallait renouveler mon abonnement, ce que j’ai fait. Mais, après avoir payé, avec le même compte, et sur le même appareil, je ne peux toujours pas accéder aux fonctionnalités payantes, même après redémarrage de mon appareil, déconnection puis reconnection, et même après avoir désinstallé et réinstallé Lightroom. Je n’ai pourtant jamais eu de soucis par le passé.

When I create a mask and edit sliders within the mask they will randomly all change on their own even though the changes aren’t actually being applied to the photo. When this happens, I can move the sliders but the changes so not apply to the image. To fix this I need to use the arrow keys to switch to a different image in my folder and when I return to the original image the sliders have returned and I can continue adjusting the sliders within the mask. 

I would like to upload a photo from LR mobile on my ipad to Pictorem but my file is too big. I would like to reduce MB from 51MB to 3Mb without losing pixels. The pixels in the original is 6000 x 6000 I don't want to lose that.I have tried changing the pixels by using " custom-,pixels 6000 long side but it doesn't work.What am I doing wrong?

I’ve cleared the cache, my gpu is fine, I have deleted and redownloaded, it used to work and now simply doesn’t. It gets to 10% and just vanishes without any effect and only occurs on this AI feature.

My blur refinement tool doesn’t work at all. The blur tool makes all the fur on my wildlife photos and the bird beaks blur into the backgrounds. I adjust the depth and the amount of blur, but it doesn’t help, so I just skip the blur tool altogether. Any suggestions?

I've followed advice on chatgpt to troubleshoot the issue, including updating my MacBook etc. Grateful for any help and advice you can offer. thanks!

Depuis l’installation de la version 9.4 ou 9.41 mes photos ne sont plus modifiables car tous les paramètres sont grisés. En revanche sur la version Web je peux faire des modifications et dans ce cas la photo concernée est mise à jour et peut être modifiée sur l’application PC v9.41.Si je réinstalle la version 9.3 les photos sont toutes modifiables, en revanche je rencontre des problèmes de mise à jour des masques entre la dernière version mobile et la v9.41

On mac os tahoe 26.3.2, the spacebar “zoom to fit” stops working correctly after zooming into a couple of photos. I expect the image to fit to whatever working window the app has available. But when it stops working and I hit spacebar, the zoomed image seems to be zoomed to fit to a completely different window size, it’s maddening. The only way to fix it is to reload one of the ui elements (as in, hide the editing pane and reshow it). It works properly while I edit another image or two, then it invariable breaks.

Every time I use a radial or linear gradient, lightroom is automatically applying values to the scales in the “Light” box - every option is given a random value, which has no effect on the image but means I cannot see what I’m trying to. This is a 100% reproducing issue:Open an image, Select the Radial or Linear Gradient tool and create your gradient, Resize or attempt to change a value in the light scale Check the values of the options in “Light”, i.e. “exposure”, “contrast”, “highlights” etcResults:The sliders are automatically changed in the light options without making any difference to the image, and ruining any sense of what I am trying to achieve with the gradient. When this bug occurs (all the time) you can’t even delete the gradient. Hello,   I have a question regarding my current Adobe Lightroom subscription. Through the Apple Store, I have a Lightroom Mobile Premium subscription (100GB). However, I am now interested in using Lightroom Classic on my computer as well.   I noticed that the Photography plan with 1TB storage (https://www.adobe.com/pl/creativecloud/photography/compare-plans.html) offers both Lightroom Mobile and Classic, and I would like to switch to this plan.   My concern is about the transition. Can I purchase the Photography plan directly from Adobe and then cancel the Lightroom Mobile Premium subscription through Apple? I want to make sure that I don't lose any of my data stored in the cloud (as I currently have 30GB filled in the existing plan). I'm uncertain about what will happen if two overlapping plans are active simultaneously.   Has anyone here gone through a similar process? Any insights or advice on how to handle this transition smoothly would be greatly appreciated! &

Hola, tengo Lightroom pero soy nueva en esto, me gustaría poder restaurar una imagen familiar, era un afiche como de unos 60cm x 40cm y se ha desvanecido, es el recuerdo de mi bautizo y de mi hermana, tiene 39 años el afiche 

The custom crop tool is badly distorting previously uncropped images in "versions." You have to click directly on a previous version in the list for it to un-distort. Just hovering over the previous versions no longer works and is the bug. This does not seem to happen if you crop uniformly at the same aspect ratio as your original image.

I am using MacBook Pro and LRcc 9.4.1. It exports my jpegs just fine and I was able to download one mp4 video but nothing else. It shows that it's exporting but nothing actually gets downloaded to my computer. I originally tried a batch then just one at a time and nothing. Thanks for your help!
