Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I uploaded a bit more than 1000 images last night, and all of them give error rendering file message which ive never seen before. 

Hello,I've been imporing raw files from my Fuji into LR Mobile  on my Android tablet very easily, but when I try to import from ARW raw files from my Sony camera I just get the message "photo failed to import."Please can you let me know if I am missing something or if LR mobile doesn't support these Sony arw files?Thanks.

If you can't take pictures with Lightroom Mobile, first check if the camera permission of the app on your phone is turned on. If not, you won't be able to take pictures. Then check if the app is updated? If it's an old version, it often causes problems. Also check if there is free space on the phone, if the memory is full, the pictures won't be saved. Sometimes problems can also occur due to cache accumulation, so clear it if necessary. Also, be careful if any other app is using the camera, that is also a cause of trouble. If the problem persists even after doing everything right, then delete the app and reinstall it. Hello I have a small question , I  wanted to try the Lightroom application . I usually use lightroom classic .But when i open the Lightroom app the modification are  not taken in account .Is there a manipulation to do or a setting  to activate ? So it's the same on both ?

When I take a photo with my iPhone device on iOS and edit it in Lightroom mobile, then I export it, it loses the geolocation, that is to say the photo that initially in its meta tags had the geolocation stops having it when I do a "save a copy on my device" of the edited photo. Hi,  I'm having trouble installing a preset. It came as part of a selection, but there is just one that won't load in. When I go to import it says "1 preset imported" but it doesn't appear in the list. Any help would be great! I'm on standard lightroom, on Windows version 8.3.1 and have tried restarting.

Hi, I'm using Lightroom downloaded from the Mac App Store.When I open the app, the "Add Photos" button is greyed out, so I can't import any images from my local drive.I’ve already:Logged into my Adobe IDI'm using macbook air M4 15.5 (24F74), and Lightroom version 8.3.1 MAS arm64 [ 20250505-2344-4fb7147 ] (May 5 2025) Does anyone know how to fix this?  

The Windows task bar and Lr menu bar are gone. I've tried toggling T and F. No luck. Any solutions?

While processing some photos the other day, the previews for all of them became pixelated and low-resolution. I'm unable to see the sharpness and focus of any image when I zoom in. I've noticed in the past that images last worked on at least a week ago become like this, but starting to edit them causes them to return to their true look/resolution. However, Lightroom has been stuck on this low-res preview no matter what I do. I can only see the true preview when using the Enhance/denoise feature. I've attached two images to show off this issue.   I've read that changes to image previews are related to performance, so I've tried a variety of fixes to try and resolve this issue: setting Lightroom to High Performance graphics in the Preferences menu, clearing out space on my computer, and running Support Assist to boost performance. None of these have helped. I recently hit 19,000 images in my Lightroom library, so perhaps this high volume of files in the library is the issue? If not,

Lightroom CC Mac – Not Synching.I'm running Lightroom CC on an iPad, iMac and iPhone. No problems until March when everything suddenly stopped synching. I haven't changed any settings and I've tried logging in and out of Lightroom on my iPad, pausing the synch and restarting, but nothing has fixed the problem. I've also noticed the same problem on all three devices with images I've edited on my phone not updating either. I now have different amounts of images on three different devices. They are all logged into the same Creative Cloud account.Help!

Hi I Accidentally deleted all Lightroom photos including the deleted album is there anyway lightroom has a server back up because I have over 5k photos that are very important but no way of accessing them, is there any way to get these back from the server
