Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hello can anyone please help. I just recently purchased a Surface pro 11 32gb 1tb and am using it for lightroom and photoshop, when I first got it I had zero issues but as of yesterday everytime I try and edit a photo regardless of what im doing, lightroom stops responding, wont close then completely freezes the whole computer where I have to hold the power button to do a manual restart.   Im on the latest verison of lightroom I tried disabling gpu acceleration and unistalled lightroom 3 times

I’m experiencing a strange issue in Lightroom (Android). In the Develop module, when I adjust the Saturation and Vibrance, the changes are clearly visible. However, after exporting the image, the exported file doesn't seem to reflect these adjustments – it looks like the saturation changes were never applied.I’ve double-checked that I’m exporting in sRGB and using the correct export settings (e.g. JPEG, 100% quality), but the problem persists.Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a setting I might be missing that prevents the saturation/vibrance adjustments from being included in the final export?Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions!

Hi thereAfter I have entered a search in the media library - e.g. architecture - the results are displayed. With the first photos, the correct photo is still opened after tapping on it. Further down in the list, however, another photo is displayed and not the one actually selected. All photos are exportet from LRC to the cloud. Is there a solution to this?

On the latest version of Lightroom v8.4 on Windows 11 Pro while attempting a Photo Merge (HDR, Panorama, or HDR Panorama) from photos not locally downloaded, the dialog "Downloading image files..." stops at 70% (but the photos are still downloaded according to Task Manager's Network activity). After selecting "Cancel" and restarting the particular merge, the merge completes as normal. Steps to reproduce:Import photos into Lightroom (cloud-based) from another machine. Allow time for the photos to sync to the cloud.On another machine, select a group of photos to apply an HDR Merge, Panorama Merge, or HDR Panorama Merge to. i've lost all my presets in adobe lightroom

The Lightroom desktop version fails to respond when I press the preset button. I need to wait around 3 minutes to resume the operation. It shows "Lightroom is not responding" all the time. 

Zufällig wird in Lightroom dieses kleine Fenster ohne Inhalt geöffnet und bleibt ca. 60 Sekunden dort. Während dieser Zeit ist das Programm nicht bedienbar.Die Software wurde letzte Woche geladen und ist neu aufgespielt.

Hi hi, my Lightroom mobiles AI functions have not been working since the past two updates. The message keeps saying no subject can be found, no sky could be detected etc.

Anyone else keep losing the recommended presets after there's a update in LR mobile? It's just says service not available......its been happening every time there's an update

Hello,I just noticed that my entire Bee Album has disappeared, along with all the photos of the species in it, which were also uploaded to separate albums.How can I restore it? There are no .lrcat files on my computer.I definitely didn't delete it myself, so it looks like I'll have to give up on Lightroom.

I am a landscape photographer and mostly takes pictures of nature, however whenever I use masking of Lightroom function, it shows this 'No people found', without letting me choose other masks, what should I do?  Really appreciate your help! Tips: It is only solvable by rebooting the whole software, but whenever I edit one mask, the next picture will look like this.

Ciao ragazzi. Vorrei chiedere aiuto su come mettere a più foto di diverse inquadrature la stessa filigrana. Ho visto che non c'è più la funzione ADATTA e questo rende tutto più difficile in quanto nelle foto in verticale la filigrana esce dalla foto ed in base al ritaglio orizzontale, la filigrana non arriva al bordo e non posso adattarla. Come posso risolcere? Hi guys. I'd like some help applying the same watermark to multiple photos from different angles. I noticed the FIT function is no longer available, and this makes things more difficult because in vertical photos, the watermark extends beyond the photo, and depending on the horizontal cropping, the watermark doesn't reach the edge, so I can't fit it. How can I fix this?

Problem with kraschen every time I use it after the last "update"... And why have Ai become more and more hard to use and also worse to make things look good... it's really frustratin how bad it now have become. ... it was pretty good but now you think before you try it... because it probably not work well anyway.But now Lr mobile dont work... and you dont seems to care...because this bug have now been for a very long time... I hope you do something to this problem that many people now seems to have.

I have Lr. cloud and use MacOS.  My 10 TB external HD is just about filled up.  I am buying  a 20 TB drive.Is there a way that I can continue to use the 10 TB drive for all of the 48,800 pictures on it and put new, future pictures onto the 20 TB drive, keeping both drives available to view/ active?

I use the AI denoise feature every day. I really loved it since it was introduced last year. The new version has a non destructive way of working and it saves disk space by not creating a big DNG file and you can tweak it after the process. In theory everythig is supposed to speed up your work flow but it doesn't... You can't select multiple images and denoise  them. You have to do one by one which is slower and tedious.. I found a workaround though: process the denoise in one image, copy the settings and paste to multiple images. It's ok, but barely because the new copy-paste is a pain... It doesn't work well most of the time. Previews don't update so you don't know if the paste command is complete. You have to go back and forth between selected images to see the updated preview. Bad! Also the new yellow "update" button that shows when something needs to be updated should be automatic. Why do you have to manually select it and run it. It's another step to add to each image since

y'all busted the ability to share more than one photo for lightroom on android a couple of weeks ago.   following a multi- select, then share,  the menu items are non responsive.  what's the eta for this basic functionality being restored?
