Bug Report – “Denoise” Option Missing After Update   Description: After updating Lightroom to version 8.4 arm64 [20250603-0500-10f89fb] (June 2, 2025) on macOS, the Denoisefeature is no longer available. The option that previously appeared under the Detail panel in the Edit module has disappeared completely.   This feature was working prior to the update.   Steps to Reproduce:   Open Lightroom version 8.4 on macOS 15.5. Import or open any RAW image. Go to the Edit panel → Detail section. Attempt to use the Denoise function (previously available in the top right corner of the Detail panel). The Denoise option is missing.     Expected Behavior: The Denoise (AI) feature should be available for supported RAW files, as it was before the update.   Actual Behavior: The Denoise option is no longer visible or accessible.   System Info:   Lightroom Version: 8.4 arm64 [20250603-0500-10f89fb] macOS Version: macOS 15.5 (24F74) Hardware:

After the recent update of both PS & LR-CC, the option of 'Edit in Photoshop' stops working with the following error message: Edit in Photoshop failed. This is happening across the devices and albums. Request to provide the solution.

Bonjour,J'ai aujourd'hui tenté de relancer Lightroom sur mon ordinateur et impossible de faire quoi que ce soit. Il considère ne pas être activé car il n'accède pas aux serveurs adobe alors que j'ai bien un compte PAYANT depuis 1 an déjà.J'ai tout tenté, votre outil pour modifier le host, lancer un autre logiciel (photoshop) qui marche bien et accède bien au serveur, tout fonctionne SAUF lightroom dont j'ai besoin urgemment.J'ai également supprimé tous les fichier "NGL" de cache etc rebooter plusieurs fois, réinstaller creative cloud, reinstaller lightroom mais toujours rien.Je suis sous windows 11, Lightroom version 8.5 (mise à jour ce jour), creative cloud version 6.7.0.278 (réinstallé ce jour du coup).Merci de me rembourser et de me débloquer au plus vite.Par avance, merci. 

Is anyone else having this problem? It is weird because when I move the files do a differnt folder in lightroom it actually moves it on my computer but is still showing in the original folder in lightroom.  It's driving me crazy!

I've edit a large number of photos with lens blur, that I now want to export to jpg's for delivery. However, the lensblur effekt seems to disspear from the editd photos and from the exported jpgs. If i look at a photo in detail view that I have editet, the checkbox for Lens blur is checked but the effekt itself is gone from the photo. I have to toggle preview changes severeal times, or un check and then recheck the lens blur option in order to reapply it.  However it just disspears again if i go on to edit another photo. As it stands I have to reapply the Lens Blur effekt on every phot, and export them one by one in order for the effekt to show up at the exported photos. HELP ?! Im on the latest build (20240214-0910-27200e9), windows 11, and latest drivers for my AMD 6950XT.I have set the gpu setting to highperformance anbd to be used for export and display.

Normally I have a standard preset I put over all my photos which includes reduce noise and it does show that its selected but I can still see the noise like it was before the edit so now I have to redo every photo and it takes very long to process as well. Is it just me or do other people have the same problem? I have the newest version of Lightroom installed (8.4) 

lightroom tells wont save, or find my photos on the SD card. tells me its already been downloaded, wich is not true. 

I was transferring 18,000 images from my lightroom catalog onto an external hard drive and 16,000 of them disappeared. I plugged in my external hard drive, dragged the catalog folder over into my external hard drive, shut down my computer, closed the computer, opened it back up, logged in, and they were gone. Is there any way to get them back?

Masking is still buggy. It won't detect subjects or backgrounds.   {Title edited by Moderator for clarity and to aid search queries} 

I'm just wondering why when I am using lighttoom I can access my photo library on my ipad and iphone but not my mac.  I have given LR full disk access on my mac.  When I go to my photo settings I dont have the option to add LR.  On my Ipad and phone the option is there and selected. 

They promised to be kept for 60 days after deletion, and this is not the case.  I took marked photographs yesterday, Monday, 25 August, and deleted them today, and according to the screenshot, they will be kept for 29 days in the Deleted album. Some photographs which I deleted 2 weeks ago or so still have 45 days.  This must be a serious bug somewhere in Lightroom.  

I just stared using key words and have a bunch I do not like and want to elimate permanently from option list that comes up when you enter the first letter of the keyword. I uses lightroom cc on phone and desktop.

I have confirmed I have a set of Canon CR2 files that have NOT been imported. But LR thinks they have already been added. I have renamed the files but LR is too clever and still says the images have been imported. My second wedding shooter had two canon bodies and perhaps the other body alreadyu used some of the meta data LR uses to detect dups? How do I get them in? Add another item to my wish: 1. Print module2. Selective import3. Force import even if LR detects dups  Thanks!

Personalmente tengo las copias de mis fotos de los ultimos años en Google Fotos, que las organiza por orden de captura. Pero cuando las descargo para hacer una copia de seguridad en un dicso externo windows las organiza de otra manera, sin respetar esa orden de captura -por orden de creación o de modificación- . Por lo que entiendo windows no ordena con metadatos. ¿Pues bien mi pregunta es si merece la pena organizar las fotos con Lightroom y si este programa puede hacer esa organzación por orden de captura para después guardar las fotos de manera ordenada en un disco duro externo, además de tenerlo en la nube? Gracias

I've recently downloaded Lightroom 8.5 after discontinuing my subscription a few months back.  I've spent hours editing new images.  During an edit, Lightroom froze and closed.  I opened it up again and not only were all of my new images gone, but all of my old Lightroom images and folders from past years somehow downloaded and appeared, which I didn't really want in my new download of the software.  Can I get my new images back? 

Lightroom HDR photo merge hangs at 68%. It's the most up-to-date version, it's 7 JPEG photos taken by a drone in an HDR burst, each around 5.7mb large. Any ideas?? The net seems to be devoid of any issues like this.

I know that my photos are supposed to be "safe" in the cloud, but I would have peace of mind knowing I can access them directly, outside of the Lightroom CC app.  Is this possible?

Good morning! Yesterday, when I opened Lightroom on an iPhone (not for the first time), I suddenly had to log in again. When I did this, all my presets and previously edited cloud photos disappeared. On my Mac the same: Cloudphotos are no longer avaliable and so are the Presets.Can anyone tell me what might be causing this and if I can get my photos/presets back? Thanks

  I've always had problems with Lightroom, although I have a Dell G16 13gen i9-13900 hx, 32 gb Ram. I fought, they made me download the older version Then it crashed too Now even The words: Default Defaults suddenly appears and doesn't work. I downloaded the defaults again, nothing works. In fact, the loading of the defaults seems to be blocked. How do I solve this? This is absurd   Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Copying and pasting edits from one photo to another is USUALLY instant, but lately it will sometimes bring up a text box saying "Pasting edit settings.  AI Settings will be updated next" and a progress bar at the top left appears which doesn't move at all for a few seconds or several minutes (always one or the other).  It happens even when the only edits are basic color/light slider adjustments, whether I "choose which edit settings to copy" and then right click-apply edits to one photo or just CTRL+C and CTRL+V.  It's also SUPER annoying that you have to click twice on "remove" to deselect it every time now from the "choose which edit settings to copy" since it defaults to people and reflection removal.  I've been having more and more issues with LR CC the past few months despite no hardware changes and no major updates (but programs/drivers ARE up to date) including high crash frequency, sluggish performance after several detail edits, suddenly going awfully pixel

I've been editing photos using the web based platform.  When I exit the photo it doesn't save the changes that I've done. I've applied the Save function. What am doing wrong?
