Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hello everyone.I am currently using Lightroom with a subscription via the Apple App Store.The subscription costs 12,99 € and contains Lightroom and 1 TB Cloud storage (I think), but no Lightroom Classic (I know). I recently checked my subscriptions via Apple. There I see 3 subscription options:monthly for 11,99 €monthly for 12,99 €yearly for 144,99 €But there are no further details on what is actually in these subscriptions.Also the Apple support could not tell me and asked me to check with Adobe directly. Can someone here check and let me know the difference between the subscriptions above (apart from the obivous year/month difference) ? Thank you!Hauke

Greetings, I have the base 20gb included storage on my creative cloud account which was active prior to the discontinuation of the desktop sync app. I know the files that were there have been deleted and are gone forever but the problem is the available space isn't freed up. When I view the details for storage usage on the web interface or lightroom mobile it shows 6.8gb used of 20. Is there a way to reset this somehow? Maybe it's a glitch, but uploading 20gb takes awhile and I thought I'd ask first.

Hi, I'm completely new to this and all I want to do is to enhance a photo I have of my son. I thought I just had to click on the preset and it would improve the photo but I just get a message saying "no mask in the preset found". I've searched around the help menu but am not sure what im doing wrong. Help please! 

Sorry If this has been mentioned before. I installed LR on my brand new iMac 24 with an M3 chip,  8 gigs RAM,  Sonoma 14.4. The program is very slow, keeps lagging and often crashes during masking, with a spinning like pinweel icon. Ironically, i have use LR with an older ipad Air and a 1 year old imac with an i7 and don't have this problem. I don't think it's my iMac bec ause it performs very CPU intensive tasks with other programs. Thanks for the help. 

Hey so lightroom used to work just fine a couple days ago and suddenly the whole application just freezes every like 5 seconds, i cant edit like this, i have to wait untill it unfreezes and then after a couple seconds it freezes again,specs are:7900xtxi7-14700k2tb Gen5 ssd32GB DDR5 RAM 6400mhz cl36this has gotten so frustrating that i just gave up, my drivers are up to date including bios, gpu,adobe,cpu.literally everything is up to date no viruses on my pc as well, any advice would be awesome 🙂

Hi! I just bought a subscription for Lightroom and photoshop and have downloaded them both three times now. Each time when I open them and try to press anything - this pops up. How long should it take for them to contact me for fixes? Or does anyone have any idea what to do?

I recently purchased a new android phone and transferred my apps to it. Somehow l have lost my premium features to my mobile lightroom for mobiles. Has anyone encounted this?

Description of Issue I am using LR CC on a small Lenovo desktop equipped with an i7 CPU and Intel on-board UHD graphics. I don't expect grand performance from this configuration, but I expect it to display colors correctly in Adobe products.     When graphics acceleration is set to ON, display colors are over saturated, as if color management is not used, or not used correctly. When setting is OFF, colors display as expected (using LR Classic an other imaging software as references). Hey everyone. I just got Lightroom, and I had a question. I want my pictures to autosave to my folders as a JPEG image, but they keep saving as an XMP file. This is really confusing, and I don't know how to change it. Any help would be great.

Hello. I accidentally put an album to trash and when I wanted to restore the photos Lightroom said that I don't have enough free cloud storage (which I don't care about as I just store photos in my Ipad) so I tried to empty the cloud storage in creative cloud, so 20gb of synced photos, all of which I have downloaded on my drive. But instead of just emptying the 20gb of cloud storage (1500 photos) it deleted 23 000 photos from my laptop lightroom and 5000 photos from my Ipad lightroom. This is all of my work from the past 4 years. Did I really just lose absolutely everything because I just wanted to clear my cloud? I have never been as frustrated with a single program as I am with creative cloud. I am willing to accept that it is because I am stupid, but I would be very grateful for any help before I have to accept that I lost all my photos. Thank you.

After using Lightroom for a little bit of time, color temp slider stops working and I need to close light room and reopen it to get it working again. Making edits on versions in Lightroom 8.5 are not being saved.  I had selected a version to edit and the version was highlighted.  Made some edits.  Returned to the versions list and the version that I was working on was no longer higlighted and the edits were not made.  

lightroom v10.5, updated 8 Augustandroid v15 on Galaxy s24+ When I select multiple photos and then try to share, the menu does not respond at all. I expect to get a screen allowing me to select where I'd like to share the photos.Can dismiss the menu, but sharing is completely inaccessible.    None of this is illustrable with screen shots - everything appears normal, just doesn't work. This happened to me last month, and mysteriously 'resolved' itself when I cleared the cache.  This does not help at all now.  I suspect Adobe's done something to screw up the app's input, because I'm also unable to multi-select photos from time to time.  In that case, bringing a single photo up to view then going back to grid view makes multi-select work.  No such trick found to get sharing working. Long-time user of Lightroom on desktop and mobile, as well as Lightroom Classic.  Pretty frustrated that such basic functionality is broken again.&nb

I use a shared album to share photos with a small business I work with weekly. About 2 weeks ago the album no longer shows up when my client opens the app. I have reshared the album as well as made a new shared album with all of the images and it still does not show up in their app.  Is anyone else experiencing this issue or might anyone have some insight into some solutions?  Thanks in advance!

Trying to work out if anyone is having the same issue as me? When trying to use the "enhance" setting on lightroom, instead of nicely denoising the images as I would expect, it seems to do the exact opposite, making it very green and exteremely noisy (see below screenshot for reference) - this has happened since the latest update (with "raw details"), and originally going back to previous versions would help, but that doesn't seem to be doing much anymore. Glad of any help with this.

I just bought a Sony a6700.  When importing photos and videos on Lightroom CC Windows version, everything worked as expected. Hit "Add Photo", choose the correct "Connected Devices". Then all photos and vidoes appear in the preview. On Lightroom CC macOS, after selecting Add Photos, the USB drive, it shows "No Images can be imported were found". then I will have to click "Browse Computer", then navigate to- DCIM folder for photos- then USB drive > PRIVATE > M4ROOT > CLIP in order to see the videos separate.  On Lightroom CC iPadOS connected via a USB-C dangle with USBCcard, after hitting "Add Photos", if I choose "Connected camera/Card" it will only show photos in the next preview window.I will have to choose "File", nagivate to the USB drive > PRIVATE > M4ROOT > CLIP in order to see the videos.  Anyone know a solution on the MAC side? this is very frustrating.   thanks  

Hey guys, I've been trying to view/share an album within the Lightroom mobile app with a friend. However I can't seem to make it work. The folder won't show on my "shared with me" tab. I've also tried to create an album and as the album owner share it, but without any luck. The album won't show on any of our applications or devices. The only way to view the albums is through the link invite received through the email invitation. Other than that the album does not show. I've tried uninstalling the app but with no succes. Neither the Lightroom mobile app or the web app are showing the shared album.

mac, desktop lighroom app.select multiple photosphoto -> edit date & time"1 photo" shown in upper right and clicking change will only change that photos time, intead of all photos

Hi everybody, I just bought a new Macbookpro m4, 24gb and facing problem with the scrolling. It is not smooth anymore, kind of jerky. The rest of the system works very well so i am sure it is not a "slowness problem". Second one, the tutorial images apparear all the time when putting the mouse on the diferent modifications modes. Pretty annoying... Do you guys faced the same issues? Thanks a lot.
